PART 29

MN house night

Mayank sitting in front of his laptop, nupur came in walking tiredly, sat on the bed and held her back.

"kya hua?"

"back mein pain hain"

Mayank closed his laptop and went to the cupboard, picked out the gel and came to her.

"isiliye kehtha rehtha hoon ki saare din stress mat lo. Abh let jao side turn karo, main massage kardeta hoon." she lay on her side and felt the pain come down as he massaged her back

" mayank, ab teek hain" and turned to face him

"nupur aaram se " and before he could say anything more, pulled him closer with her hand around his neck and kissed him . He smiled.

"mayank, kya humein wo class join karna hain? jo dia bolrahin thi wo?"

"agar tumhe jaana hain tho jaayenge "

"mera jaane ka mann nahin hain par..."

" nupur, mujhe bhi nahin lagtha ki ab tumhe koi bhi difficult kaam karna chahiye"

" par phir lagtha hain ki agar bachoon ko kuch hogaya tho...agar humse kuch galthi hogayi tho, maine tho kuch bhi alag ya special nahin kiya hain mayank bachhon ke liye . Shayad kuch aur care karne se kuch problem nahin hoga"

"kuch nahin hoga nupur" and placed his hand on her now easily visible tummy and stroked it ," jo tumhaara mann mein hain wahin karenge aur guilty feel mat karo "he stopped for a second, " sach mein dekha jaaye tho meri mistake thi ki tum college ..."

"mayank tum kya phir se shuru hogaye" she smiled at him," chup " she placed her hand on his mouth as he tried to say soemthing," nahin, mujhe kuch nahin sunna, mere pyaare se patidev ke khilaaf main kuch bhi nahin sunsakthi" he held the hand and smilingly pressed it to his lips gratefully and removed it

"tho ab sochna bandh karo aur so jao"

"mujhe is kamre mein neend hi nahin aatha mayank " she stopped for a second and then asked,

" mera sach mein mann hain morena jaane ka. Wahaan jaaongi tho mujhe lagega ki main...maa bauji mere paas hain , wahaan ki super swwets ki jalebi khaane ka itna mann karrahaan hain. Morena mein kitni sukhoon thi mayank" she looked at him pleadingly

"ab bohot risky hoga nupur. Jab delivery hojaayega tab chalejaana please" he replied gently.

her face fell and he kissed her , his one hand still on her tummy and another stroking her cheek," tab tum sab ko surprise bhi de sakthe ho twins ke saath" she smiled a little forcibly. He held her closer to himself and closed her eyes, stroking her hair lovingly.

Nupur woke up with a start and found herself sweating. She shook mayank trying to wake him up

"mayank uto mayank...MAYANK" he woke up suddenly

"kya hua? Tum...teek ho? Phir se dard hora..."

"nahin mujhe bohot bura sapna aaya ki koi has haske mere bachhe ko utaake lejaarahaan hain"

"kaun?"

"mujhe kya pata? Aur phir ..."

"aur phir..." she swallowed while he placed his hand on hers and pressed it reaasuringly

"mayank , maine kahaan chodo unhe ,chodo. Usne kahaan leke jao tumhaare bachhon ko aur..."

"aur...kya hua nupur? Usne tho chodiya na bachon ko tho kyun pareshaan ho?"

"mayank mujhe ...main apne bachoon ko pehchaan nahin paayi." mayank looked perplexed," wahaan kitne saare bachhe the, chote bade sab aur main apne hi bachhon ko pehchaan nahin paayi" she said tearfully," aur phir wo aadmi hasne laga zor zor se...mayank main duniya ki sab se buri maa banne waali hoon"

he wanted to smile but didnt, instead pulled her into his arms and said," nupur unko baahar tho aane do, bas ek sapna tha itna sochne ki zaroorat nahin hain"

"sapno ka kuch tho matlab hain mayank. Mera koi connection hi nahin bachhon ke saath. Jo jaan meri andher hain uske baare mein mujhe kuch bhi pata nahin hain "her eyes filling up

"kya connection nahin hain?" he replied scoldingly," jab bhi wo laat maarthe hain tumhe pata nahin lagtha? Aur kya tumne yeh notice nahin kiya hain ki jab tum kuch upset hoti ho ya stress main hoti ho tab tumhe wo zyaada kick karthe hain?"

she lifted her head up to face him," wo kab hua?"

"aaj ki baat lelo.jab dia ke baaton se tumhe problem hui tabse kya unki kicking session zyaada nahin hain?"

she thought and realised that what he said was true. Her face broke into a smile making him return it in equal measure. She got up excitedly but couldnt as her weight held her back. She still managed to get up and sat upright her tears forgotten

"tum teek kehthe ho mayank. Aur mujhe ek aur baat yaad aayi...jab aaj main Ra One dekhrahin thi Tv pe aur shahrukh ko maar diya us villain ne tab kitne saare laat maare in dono ne..." her hands placed on her tummy, she looked down as if she could see through the abdomen," aisa laga ki inko baahar aake villain ke saath fight karna hain"

mayank raised his eyebrows , sarcasm returning," tumhaare hero ke mauth ka badla lenge shayd"

"haan," she said fondly but immediately remembering," lekin wo sapna..."

"sapne hamaare dil mein jo hain wahin batathe hain. Hamare dil ke armaan ho ya phir darr. Tumhe yeh darr hain ki tum achhi maa nahin banpaaogi tho aise sapne aathe hain bas" he smiled and placing his hands on hers on the tummy," par kya tumne yeh nahin suna hain nupur ki jab ek bachha birth letha hain tab ek maa ka bhi janam hota hain. Tho wait karo nupur"

she nodded and adjusted her position to place her head back in its place, on his chest.they were quiet for a while. Mayank closed his eyes .She suddenly smiled

"mayank, judwaa! Wo dono ek jaise dikhenge kya? Ya alag alag honge? Agar ek jaise dikhenge tho humein pata kaise chalega ki kaun kaun hain?"

"maine tho sunaa hain ki mothers recognise karsakthe hain"

"achha? mayank yeh batao tumhe kya naam rakhna hain?"

mayank yawned and settled down comfortably next to her , nupur sleeping to on side and mayank towards her

"pehle yeh tho pata chale ki boy hain ya girl ...ya dono" and closed his eyes

" ladke honge- dono dekhlena. Waise maine sochliya hain, main batao? Ek rahul aur doosra.."

"raj?" maynaks asked sarcastically

" chi chi mayank, raj tho mera hero hain, nahi wo nahin..doosra prem"

He laughed with his eyes still closed ," tumhe pasand nahin aaya?" he shook his head.

"tho kya name .."

"sojao nupur.time hain decide karne ke liye"

He slept but nupur couldn't. She kept thinking and thinking ...
