"Coffee? I didn't ask for coffee."

"Khushi ma'am told me to bring it up here sir."

"Okay, put it here and go."

"Yes sir."

"Ash, thanks for letting me know about Gayatri Nani." Said Khushi walking in.

"I was just doing my duty ma'am!"

"Well still thanks!"

"You're welcome!" she left.

"Khushi, why did you order coffee?"

"Well, it's just that you seemed tired of the work load, so I thought I'd be a good PA and get some coffee for you!"

He smiled at her; "You take such good care of me!" he got up and walked closer to her grabbing her by the waist and pulling her closer.

"I have to take care of my boss! After all, the great Arnav Singh Raizada needs to stay healthy to concentrate hard on whatever new project he has. So much concentration that he has to neglect his wife!" she said sarcastically.

"I'm sorry Khushi it's just that the new project is really important. I'm not trying to neglect you!"

"It's fine, I was just kidding! Anyway, I need some money. Can I borrow your credit card?"

"Khushi, you don't have to ask! You can just take it from my wallet." He let go of her, and handed her his wallet.

"Thanks, aren't you going to me why I need so much money?"

"No, I don't know why you need it and I don't want to know because I trust you with my life Khushi!"

"Wow, you have changed a lot since I first met you!"

"You're the one who changed me."

She smiled wide, "I'm going shopping for Nanheji's and Lavanyaji's wedding!"

'Oh no! She ruined my surprise!' he thought. He had designed a lengha keeping her in mind and intended to gift on NK and La's engagement day so she could wear it for their wedding.

"Khushi, why don't I come with you?" He would make sure of it that she doesn't buy anything so that he can gift the lengha to her. He had to make his plan work!

"Really?" She said excited about the fact she gets to spend time with him. She smiled when he nodded in yes.

"But, aren't you busy?"

"Not for my sweet PA!" he said as he saw Gayatri Nani by the door.

Khushi guessed Gayatri Nani was there and she began her act.

"Gayatri Nani, Khushi and I are going shopping for NK and Lavanya's wedding. She has a great taste so I thought it would be nice if she tagged along."

"Okay Arnav, I'll look after everything."

"Arnav, if you don't like any of these then what should I wear?" She was disappointed at Arnav for not liking the millions of saris and lenghas she had already tried on.

"How about we go somewhere else?" he suggested.

"We've been to 7 shops already, normal people usually go to 2 or 3 shops and usually find what they want!"

"Well, I want my wife to look beautiful in what she wears."

"So I don't look beautiful and I need beautiful clothes to make me look beautiful?"

"That's not what I meant!" She was getting tired and irritated with her husband.

"Let's just go home; I will just wear something that I have."

"Mission Successful!" he thought smiling and following his wife back to the car.

Engagement Day!

"Send Khushi to my cabin now!" he angrily said to Ash.

"Yes sir!" she was little scared of his anger at first but now she was used to in.

As she left, Arnav smirked while putting the gift box on his desk. He was angry because he hadn't seen Khushi all day at work! She was busy chatting away with the employees while he was working and she wouldn't talk to him. She wouldn't even look at him, or come in his cabin when he asked.

"Ma'am ASR seems really angry and he called you up to his cabin."

"Alright, you can go now." Ash nodded heading out as Khushi took small steps towards Arnav's cabin.

"Yes sir?"

"Why are you being so formal? Gayatri Nani isn't even here!"

"Well, since your wife doesn't want to have an argument with you, because of your mysterious anger at her, I'm here as you PA. See, if you yell at your PA, she won't mind; it's her job to take care of her boss whether he's nice to her or not!"

"Well, I want to talk to my wife!"

"What do you want?"

"You!" he said with a smirk.

"Very funny! I'm busy what do you want seriously?"

"You! I'm being serious!"

"Well, you are going to have to wait." She began walking out.

"Khushi, wait! I have something for you."

"What?" she said uninterested in her husband's gift.

He picked up the box and handed it to her. "I designed it."

She opened up the box and saw the beautiful red lengha. "It's beautiful!" she said her eyes lighting up. She put the box back on his desk and gave him a huge hug!

"I knew you'd like it! I wanted you to wear it for NK and La's wedding." He said reluctantly letting go of her.

"That's why you were pretending to dislike all the saris we saw!"

He shrugged.

She smiled.

He went up to her and cupped her face with one hand. "My wife is the most beautiful women in the whole world! I don't think this lengha does justice to your beauty but all the ones we saw were also unjust."

"It's beautiful, no matter what anyone says! My husband designed it for me and that makes the lengha all the more beautiful!"

"Thank you Khushi!"

She didn't say anything, instead she gave him a huge wet kiss on his cheek. "You're welcome."

"Anyway, hurry up because we have to get home it's NK and La's engagement!

The exchanged the rings as rose petals fell from the ceiling. Arnav all the while was staring as Khushi who wore a beautiful lengha:

"So the date should be fixed in 2 weeks? On NK and La's wedding!"

"Arnav bitwa, I want you to meet Ashlesha's sister Jia."

After a little while of talking Arnav met up with Khushi.

"What are you doing here? Go enjoy with your guests, your wife doesn't need you!" She said sarcastically.

"Khushi if you want to fight we can go to our room and fight!"

"More like your room! I've been sleeping in the guest room while you enjoy the bed!"

"You're really mad, and I totally understand, but you need to stop fighting here. Gayatri Nani is over there and if she hears us fighting like husband and wife, we are both dead!"

"Fine, poolside in 10 minutes!"

He hugged her from behind as she stood watching the water in the pool.

"I'm sorry for being so distant from you. You know I love you right Khushi? By the way you look absolutely fantastic in this lengha! I knew it would suit my sweetheart!"

He kissed her ear, and made his way down to her neck.

"Arnav. . ."

"Hmm. . ."

"We need to tell Gayatri Nani the truth. She needs to find out we're married. How long are we going to drag on a lie?"

"Khushi, just let her get to know you. When she begins to like you, we break the news to her! She needs to accept you, or she'll do anything to tear us apart." He pulled apart, turned her around, and staring into her eyes he smiled. "We better get back; our long absence will get Gayatri Nani a bit confused."

She nodded and also smiled.

After the wedding, the whole family began teasing the new couple.

"I have an announcement to make!" said Gayatri Nani "Today we are all here to celebrate NK and Lavanya's wedding, but today we will also be celebrating someone's engagement." Everyone was shocked. "My devrani, Devyani's grandson will be getting engaged to the older sister of Jia Mehta. Please congratulate Arnav Singh Raizada and Ashlesha Mehta."
