Hi, as far as I know there is NO way to DIRECTLY upload your pictures from your PC to India Forums. What most of us do is following. We go to a picture uploading website. I use http://imageshack.us/ , but there might be other websites as well. Once there, you can upload your picture there and then it will be as if you have the picture from a webpage.

From there on, go to your post, click onto and insert the copied weblink of your picture. Make sure that you only have the //:http only once there.

Since the pming didn't work, let me tell you what went wrong:

Typ in:

[URL = http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3805239&PID=95556024&#p95556024]

followed by your index name

and end everything by [/URL]

DELETE the space before and after the EQUAL sign (=) in the first braket.

sorry for late rely. try this:

put this code [ CENTER ] right at the beginning and followed by everything you have so far, that is brackets with link or pictures. End everything with the same bracket only add a forward slash

[ /CENTER ] -> remove the gap within hte breckets.

try it and let me know if it works. it should...

Hi,
well if it is unknowingly and the moderators are informed then they will get into contact with you and tell you the same, that is that your story is similar to another story so please revise your writing.
I can understand your concern, this is quite natural especially since there are so many stories published on IF and many are very similar in themes. What I do and I have seen many others do so as well is to keep a note at the beginning of the story, saying that no plagarizing is intended and if someone feels that your work is the copy/similar to their story they should contact you first.
That tells people that you did not copy willingly and are ready to accept your mistake if it is commited unknowingly.
In general, plagarizing is punished harshly at IF. Reason is continuous direct copying which is always bad for the original writer. But at the same time the moderators will always give you a chance so don't worry if it happens unknowingly.
