Hi Charu,
if the DEV team has locked the thread then only they can unlock it. I saw that you don't even have more than 1 page full so I wonder what caused them to take this step. Usually they do this when the thread crosses more than 150 pages.
I would say, contact the DEV team with the link to your thread and ask them why they did so. It might just be a mistake and could reopen it. Here is the link where you can reach them:

I am afraid there is nothing more I can say, some things in IF are not in our hand, this is one of them.

i tried hyperlink that you have given tutorial for.

first of all thank you for that, many of us are helpful for that.

but, i am having 2 problem in the same

1) i was successful in hyperlinking my link but cannot rename it somehow.

2)How do i hyperlink my index in signature because there is hyperlink button there and again how to rename it.

Hi, I hope following instructions help.

For Renaming the hyperlink:

1. For renaming, try following. Click somewhere right in the hyperlink.
Example:
http://www.india-forums.com/new_reply_form.asp?IM=Q&PID=95557875&PN=&TR=52

2. Type in whatever name you want to give your link
Example:
http://www.india-forums.com/new_reply_form.asp?Reply to questionM=Q&PID=95557875&PN=&TR=52

3. Delete the bits that are not related to your link name.
Example:
Reply to question

I hope this helps. If not, please describe the problem you are facing in more detail so that I can figure out a solution.

For putting hyperlink into the signature:

1. Go to the Dashboard which is at the TOP RIGHT corner of the webpage. It is yellow and hard to miss. Once there, click on Edit where the Profile is.

2. Then, go to signature. Once there, type in the following:

[URL=adress link]Here Type in the Name you want to give the Link[/URL]

Example using your own link:
http://www.india-forums.com/forum_posts.asp?TID=3805239">Vishruta's Link

3. The adress link is the actual link to your webpage that you want to hyperlink. Please remember that there should be NO spaces WITHIN the quare brakets. And there should be a forwards slash in the last braket.
