It is understandable. Even I hate plagarisers but the more you do to prevent it, the more imaginative they become. The only way I see is hope your work is not plagarized and if you find it to be, make others aware of it and report it right away. Also, try and protect your work through copyright. That way you have put a stamp on your work already and if someone claims you work as theirs, you can show that is isn't...
