I like the update. Infact loved it.

Well, for starters she has gone off the face of the coffee shop for a month and in the train he'd watched her enough to detect a sense of loss inside her.

He still doesn't know what it could be, but he understands any loss is loss enough for an individual to mourn for it.

As of now there are no tunnels. The good thing is that they don't need tunnels ;)
I think somewhere in NYT I use the same analogy and I'm sure its a trite one all the same...but there is so much truth is what you have said.
This is just another feel good story, so I just hope it satiates your need for all the twists and turns that you expect with the journey.

This could of been a 3rd grade horror story or a lesser romance, but luckily you're the author! 😆😆

The whole setting has a sense of subtle intimacy, can't wait to see how the story unfolds, great story you're spinning here.

Its holiday time and I am stuck at office with BCP :(

So perfect time for me to devour your new stories and read the old ones again :) Feeling quite out of habit after Geet went off air though believe me, I didnt care much for it when it was on air !

Lovely name for the story - very holiday-ish and magical :)

Just finished Chapter1:

Your language is as always gentle and flowy - its like me sitting in that train seat and slowly but consciously realising whats happening around me...

So Geet's had a heart break, is it? And Alaska Cruise - oh its a dream for me ! :)

So contradicting are her thoughts about Xmas wishes then and now - and I loved this thought of extending the journey by travelling by train ..

"pumpkin spice latte" - never heard about it .. does it taste that nice and energising?

Loved this guy's attitude - he seemed to sense the confusions in her mind - or was it written on her face - or maybe he's a good mind reader ! but that whole scene was kinda nice :)

Done with Chapter 2:

So they are the only ones in the coach? I just loved Geet's effort at a hasty comeback ...and also the thoughts pounding her brain abt the serial killer thing :) that was normal yet hilarious..

May I say that I am in love with Maan already ? He has an attractive attitude ...

Up to date with Chapter 3:

Hmm..I am finally up to date and am not liking the fact that there are no more updates for me to read :( This SS seems like saying the story of two normal individuals - Maan's past was a very realistic one - it happens to people everyday and yet people fall in love, separate and mourn.. thats the rule of the world :)

There were some glances into his character which I loved - his commitment, his fun loving nature and his observant eye - are all noticeable. Its easier to identify an emotion in the other's eye if you have seen the same in the mirror sometime - maybe thats why he identified Geet's emotions soon and well enough.. I like it that inspite of his own current situation he is stepping ahead to make Geet feel comfortable..

Arent sparks already flying ? :)
