He went around the bed & looked at the pictures they were seeing. He smiled at his moms pic & kissed it dearly. Feeling lighter.. seeing her caressing his finger across her face.. holding her chain.
Later on nakul came & called him for lunch. Maan straighten himself & went to the dinning room. Before even he reached there he could hear her giggle...he automatically smiled. He cleared his throat as he pulled his chair. She immediately looked down & became silent.
Oops the sitting arrangement was such; Maan was sitting next to Daadi & on the opposite side sat Dev & Geet. Yash sat in head of the family seat. Maan quietly sat next to Daadi.
Yash smiled warmly at Maan ' tum Geet se tho millen hogen. She is in ur college

He suddenly cried out in pain as Geet kicked him under the table. He whispered harshly, lifting his brows to her What.. more in expression.. She just made a be quiet motion
Maan immediately coughed & gave her confused look.
Yash was waiting for Maan to complete...
Geet immediately took over ' we are doing the project together sir
Maan made cute face..rubbing his leg, wondering why she did that. Least did he know yash knows all abt her bestfrds BF troubling session & the last thing in the mid of all this confusion will be yash knowing that best frds BF is nun other than his own son Maan.

yash ' really so Maan is the guy who made all that slides that u where showing me the other day

Maan looked puzzled.. dad actually saw his work
yash looked at Maan ' great job son. I am really impressed.
Maan smiled weakly.. waisen tho pura time danthen rahten hain.. I could do more!! he made all kind of faces & still aweing at his fathers happiness & feeling proud knowing it was him.
Yash was really happy especially that Geet & Maan could work together. He had the little bit of fear in his mind..Maan may insist on a new team when he joins KC. He actually sighed in relief giving Dev a nodding smile, that only Dev knew wat it meant.
Dev shook his head.. as if dad would have removed Geet for Maan.. he giggled within.
Maan excitedly asked ' aapne presentation dehka?
yash ' dehka kya .. we even had a discussion

Maan was totally surprised.. this is his dad.. the business tycoon.. who doesn't have time for anything but his files & meetings, actually discussed his presentation.

aab how was she to discuss..they never spoke properly since then.

she made a puppy sorry face.. & then suddenly remembered the plight of her puchki teddy & looked away angrily warning he had no right to glare at her.
Uff ho.. that pierced his heart.. he was guilty. He looked down at his plate sadly.
Yash continued to discuss with Maan . Yash seemed to remember every small detail. While Geet didn't bother looking at Maan.
Then suddenly he heard Geet muffling her laughter & so was Dev. They both seemed to lost in each other. Dev kept showing her messages from Nt & as he was teasing Nt how Geet was here & they were having fun without her..
Nt cutely cribbed she too wanted to be there... she was sending all kind of odd smileys & frowning messages. Dev had the sparkle in his face..that Maan had never seen before or should I say never bothered to notice.
Yash looked at both of them & shook his head & warned Maan.. tum aab insab ki aadat dal loo. They r always like this in office. Jab se isne office join kiya hain... humren sober se Dev ko bhi hasna sikha diya.
Maan didn't understand.. wat that meant.. aadat dal lo.. kya matlab?? he frowned.. knotting his brows.. is she planning to sit with bro like that. His eyes invariable began to glare at her reflecting his burn with in. questions playing in his mind
if dad likes Geet so much then why was he so angry with Dev last week. He shook his head not understanding anything.. & worst off all his thinking was all diverted to Geet chipkofying with Dev. He glared at the small tiny.. space between their almost rubbing arms & stared back at her. Like an instant reaction she inched away. Then got angry at him for always being so possessive & confusing her. She leaned closer.
Maan jumped up toppling the drink on her across the table.
Dev yelled at him.. Maan wats wrong with u..
he immediately took a napkin to help her wipe. .. the agony felt so deep inside ..it itched Maan to just pounce at his bro's catching his collar & smacking him right their.
He could actually stand there & see his hands reach her in slow motion. He recoiled his hand in pain.. not feeling anything on the bleeding wounds.
She got up pushing the chair backward.. main teehk hoon Dev. I will just use the wash room. She rushed away from the sight of her heart bleeding with the color of his bandage turning red.
