Daadi did expect him to have GF... sorry Gfs.. but not like her.. god she is so .. wat to say .. forget it .. she can't explain it.. not that she is not good looking.. not that she is dressed well.. actually too decent. Daadi shook her head couple of times to make sure .. & to come in terms with the fact that this was her atangvadi pota only.
Maan was caught in a odd situation.. karan & visal standing next to Daadi & he walking towards them with prachi. He gave one of those weirdest uncomfortable smile to Daadi.
Daadi was our super Daadi.. she just played along & gave him a big hug, with a sight invisible pinch in to his abs. He muffled the ouch!! & grinned.
Maan cleared his throat ' prachi this is my grandmom
prachi smiled ' hi
Daadi took a brief moment imagining her falling at her feet instantly covering her head.. uff .. she sighed in relief..when she didn't.
& then maans turn to introduce prachi..oops... muskan crossing her fingers..
Maan ' Daadi she is prachi.

Daadi was getting supper angry now.. tere dost jyada tujhe tera semister beda lag raha hain
she shouted .. they have been going around for 2yrs she was disgusted 2yrs & cut the call in frustration.
Raj was shocked.. 2yrs.. & he never mentioned to him. He did say he had frd called prachi.. but never said he was serious abt her. In 2yrs he has spoken only abt Geet .. yeh prachi kanha se bech main aagayen. For a moment he could agree if Daadi said he was going around with Geet.. but prachi.. oh god wat is he doing.
Mean while Geet in her flat.
Since last evening she is been trying to pick up the pieces of her shattered heart. It was like hell broke down on her, she could see him in her eyes when close or open. She could feel him in her heart..like her every dream, she couldn't sleep because of him & ironically slept thinking of him only, feeling his arms holding her tight.. god why it has to be so hard to stop thinking abt him ..god sake he is forbidden..still she dreamt of him.. her lost heart ...lost to someone.. she couldn't ask for.
She is been trying hard to fix the pieces.. fix the pain that drew her crazy. no.. its not right.. its just not right.. she knows it. She cried ..cried the whole night like a baby.. why it has to be his words that matters so much.. only person who could sooth her.. she like a baby ran (basically first took a bus & then reached HP.. then to her hawali...) into her arms forgetting all her ego.. mama.. she cried.. cried for going so helplessly close to someone that she couldn't stop herself from getting hurt.
Rano hugged her tight.. didn't say a word.. didn't question her once .. just hid her in her embrace
mera bacha.. mama ka sher bacha..
mama.... she cried.. not able to tell her pain.. not able to explain wat was bothering her more..
that he was not hers or it ..that his words hurt her so much.. or that he thinks so mean abt her.
She didn't know how to explain wat hurt her so much.. why she couldn't stop thinking abt him
rano kissed her sweetly as she lay on her lap hiding her tears

Geet hugged her mom tightly.. knowing exactly wat she meant
rano ' hum ladkiyan bahut kuch seek jathi hain...
she chuckled... jaisen ki.. koi ladka tumhe pareshan karen tho.. he likes u..
Geet hid her face in her moms lap.
Har picture main, we see.. dreamy guy.. happy ending.. or a twist.. or a blessing..come disguise.. the unexpected declaration of love, the exception to the rule. Lekin phir wo zid... sometimes we're so trying to find our happy ending we don't learn how to read the signs...
how to tell from the ones who want us & the ones who don't, the ones who will stay & the ones who will leave.
Aur insab ke beech.. tho dil hi hain jo toot tha hain.. sometimes its not the end yet.. knowing that person.. it may be u.. just u on ur own.. picking up the pieces & starting over freeing urself for a beautiful future... may be its not the end.. its just the beginning.. just moving on.
Yah tho sirf yeh samjna ki.. dil bhi toot tha hain.. because of blunders & misread signals, through all the pain & embarrassment
