Chapter 14
The night was so peaceful all r very happy. Di's happiness have no bounds. Maan is sleeping peacefully dreaming about his geet his princess his mishty. Anand, vijaya, pooja, rishab r very happy about sudha. But geet is not able to sleep thinking about morning bike incident n in college. She felt very safe when maan is around. His one glimpse his one smile gives her strength to fight all odds. What is that feeling. She is really frustated about her feelings. She is afraid that when he comes to know about her feelings what he will think about her. With this thought she too slept.
Next day morning.
Maan n geet got up early in the morning. He is waiting for geet in the garden of HM. After some time geet too came down n they both went for near by road n geet started to drive the bike slowly. When she was about to fall then maan always use to help her n their eye locks. When he touches her she felt like current passed through her spine. One week passed. Now geet is understanding her feelings but not so clearly. She thought of asking di about it but again no no no I cant ask di. What she will think of me.
Day by day geet became more restless. When maan is around her she will fell so safe n happy but when maan is not with her then she will be lost in his thoughts n feel restless. When he is around geet will be so shy but doesnt show it but maan observed the change in her. He is very happy that his one touch is affecting her so much. But he want to take it slowly. He will wait for her first let her understand her feeling then he will take next step.
Meanwhile all the elders went to talk to yash parents about the marriage proposal of yash n sudha.
Hello mr n mrs malhotra wished anand n rishab.
They welcmed them n all of them settled on the couch.
Hum aapse ek important baat karne ke liye aye hain.
Boliye mr. handa.

All r very happy listening to this. They all hugged each other. Yash is on cloud 9. he is literally jumping in joy. Yash immediately called sudha n told the good news. After listening that she is very happy. Her face is glowing like anything.
Back to malhotra residence
mr. malhotra told that vijaya ji hum aaj hi pandit ji se baat karke sagai ki muhrat nikalte hain. Aur hum hamari bahu ki shagun leke aate hain.
Vijaya happiness has no bounds.
Ji bhai.
Aaj se hum ek family hain anand ji. N they both hugged each other.
Vijaya n mrs. malhotra hugged each other.
All the elders have some friendly talk for some time. Then khuranas n handas took leave. They all went to HM to tell the good news to the children .
Maan, geet n karthik r in KM n di is in HM. As geet has some doubts in her studies so she went to ask maan. At that time maan is surfing something in the net. So geet just barged in is room n told him that
oho maan muje yeh kuch bhi samaj mein nahi aaraha hain.
With this she sat on the bed
Maan shot up his head by her shouting.
Kya hua geet? Tum aise chilla kyun rahi ho?
dekho maan muje yeh circuit kuch bhi samaj mein nahi aaraha hain. n she made a cry face.
Geet muje book dedo. Main dekhta hu.
geet gave him the book. Maan just smiled at her n took the book. After sometime maan explained her the circuit n she understood it very well.
Wow maan this is very simple. Thanku very much maan.
She hugged him tight. Maan too hugged her. They both lost with each others touch. Maan trying very hard to control his feelings he just pulled her more close by her waist. Geet closed her eyes feeling his touch n lost in his touch. Maan kissed on her shoulders. Here geet is also completely lost n hugged him more tight digging her nails on his back. They both r in the same positon for some time. She is breathing heavily
Maan broke the hug n cupped her face. Geet felt so shy n lowered her eyes. Maan made her to face him they both shared an eye lock. Lost in each others eyes which were full of love. Maan kissed her forehead , then both her eyes n cheeks.
Geet is blushing furiously.
Her cheeks became crimson red.
Maan kissed her neck n saw her face which is so beautiful. So angelic, so pure n innocent. Again he was lost in her innocent face.
Now Maan just staring at her lips.
Their lips were just few cms away. Her lips r shivering. She just opened her eyes n noticed that he is staring at her lips. She is soo soo shy that she could nt face him n closed her eyes again.
When he was about to kiss her lips sudha di came to KM n screamed in joy.
Due to the the sudden noise they both came out of their dream world. N they jerked back n feeling soo embrassed. They r not able to face each other. Geet got up from the bed n staring at the ground. There is awkward silence. No one is daring to speak. But they didnt feel bad for what they did. They both felt so rite n complete.
But maan thought that geet felt bad. When he was about to sat something again di shouted. (di... becharo ko baat karne do na... )
Maan, geet, karthik where r u guys?
Geet shouted aarahi hu di.
Maan n geet went down n saw di. Her face was glowing like anything.
She hugged both of them n told
yash ki family ne shaadi ke liye yes kaha.
Karthik too came there n heard the news.
Wow.. di congrats all shouted in unison.
All had a group hug.
They broke the hug. All r very happy for her. Just then maan saw geet n she too noticed he was staring at her. She saw guilt in his eyes. She just nodded her head in no n shied. Maan left a sigh of relief n smiled at her.
Maan (st): thank god geet is fine. I was so so worried what will be her reaction. The guilt is killing me but when I saw her reassuring nod n that shy I was so relieved. I love u so much geet. Muje ab poora barosa hain ki tum bhi mujse pyaar karti ho. Aaj main bohot khush hu geet. Tumko pata nahi geet tum meri zindagi ki roshni ho. U r colour of my life. Agar geet nahi tho maan nahi. Maan ki geet sirf maan ki. Aur main geet ka maan sirf geet ka.
He came out of his thoughts when karthik shouted.

hu.. ya ya..
bro aap koye koye lag rahe ho. Sab kuch thik hain na.
Ha chinna sab kuch thik hain. Acha di sab log kaha hain. Koi bhi dikh nahi raha hain.
Sab log yash ke ghar gaye hain aarahe honge.
Acha... tho aapko jiju ne phone karke bataya yeh news teased geet.
Ha yash ne bata... n blushed.
All r very happy to see her happy. N they all settled on the couch n talking about the arrangements for engagement. Just then all the elders came there n told them the good news.
Pooja n vijaya hugged ach other.
I am very happy pooja. Meri badi beti ki shaadi ho rahi hain.
Ha bhabhi hamari sudha ki shaadi.
Mom n mama aaj hum sab bohot khush hain na. Tho mein ek baat poochu.
Ha poocho beta.
Mom I will prepare sweet dish for all.
Just maan n karthik shouted : NOOO
geet pouted n saw her mom n mama with pleading eyes.
Arey maan n karthik what is this. Geet kitni pyaar se sab ke liye sweet bana rahi hain aur tum dono. This is very bad. told pooja
Mom plz dont support her in this matter said karthik.
Yes mom last time when she made sweet do u remember bechara sweet ka kya haal tha. Ghee mein thoda halwa kam tha. Hain na geet? Asked maan.
That time I dont know how to cook. But ab muje aata hain sachi maan. Sachi chinna.
But they nodded their head in a big big NO.
oho maan n karthik tum dono chinta mat karo. I will help her ok told di.
Atlast they r convinced n di n geet went to kitchen.
Geet what u want to prepare.
Di aapko gulabjamun pasand hain na so we will prepare that.
Aww thanku geet. Chalo we will prepare.
They started preparing n di is telling her how to mix the flour n how to prepare suger syrup n all. After some time they both came out with a big bowl full of gulabjamuns. During dinner geet served them to all of them. They r so tasty that all started praising her even maan too. Suddenly maan asked
di yeh kisne banaya.
Aur kaun maan, geet ne banaya.
Sach mein di.
Ha baba sach.
Geet made a baby face at him indicating that she only prepared the dish.
Maan smiled at her cute face n told
wow.. geet they r really very tasty.
Geet is very very happy.
Thanku maan.
After dinner all of them retired to their respective rooms. Here geet is lost in her thoughts.
Geet (st) : babaji thanku very much main di ke liye bohot khush hu. She should be always happy. She made a baby face looing up par babaji muje kya ho raha hain. She is thinking of morning incident which happened between her n maan. Muje itna acha kyun laga jab maan ne muje kiss kiya tab. I saw pure love n care in his eyes. Kya maan mujse pyaar karta hain. Kya main bhi maan se pyaar karti hu. Does he too feel the same which I feel. Ha main di se hi poochti hu. Jab pyaar hota hain tab kaise lagta hain.
With this she slept thnking about maan.
Here in the maan's bedroom he was lying on the bed in deep thoughts.
Maan (st) : omg... today I lost my control n I kissed her. What she will be thinking about me. But I saw pure love n her eyes. Kya wo bhi mujse pyaar karti hain. Ek kaam karti hu main geet ko kehta hu ki I love her. No no no what if she dont love me. I dont want to hurt her. Yes I will only make her to tell me. I just want to know her she loves me thats it. Then I will make that moment special very special in her life.
With this determination he too drifted to sleep with geet thoughts.
