PART 4

Around 7.30 Maan reached home it was his routine to hugged Ameya & Aryaa once he is back at home. After freshened up they all sat together Aryaa was sitting on Maan's lap.

Maan : Aryaa aaj kya kiya & tell me y you called me on my cell?

Geet : (didn't know about this) Aryaa when did you call papa?

Aryaa : in the afternoon.

Ameya : But y you called Papa.

Aryaa : I wanted to talk with Papa.

Saying this she got down from Maan's lap & went near Ameya.

Maan looked at Geet & asked her what the matter was, but she just shakes her head & goes to kitchen to finish the leftover work.

Ameya & Aryaa looked at each other. Both were signing to each other that you should speak with Papa. This was notice by Maan so he asked Ameya.

Maan : Ameya whats the matter?

Ameya : Papa still 2 weeks are left for school to open so…we…were thinking……. to go …..to……... Nani's house.

Maan : Ameya not now.

Aryaa : par Papa jana hai. Mama is coming tomorrow.

Maan got up & sat near them, brushing Ameya's hair.

Maan : Your Papa always miss u most of the time in vacations, Ameya that's y I said no, but if you want we can go on coming Saturday & return on Sunday. Maan hugged both of them tightly this was noticed by Geet. Even she was not ready to send both of them to Pune with Ajit.

Aryaa was so happy after hearing this she quickly kissed on Maan's cheek.

Aryaa : Papa, pakkawala promise.

Maan : Yes pakkawala promise.

Aryaa (spreading her arms) : Aryaa loves Papa sooo much.

Maan : I to love you & your Mamma more than anything & again took them in embrace.

After having their dinner Maan & Geet made Aryaa & Ameya sleep properly & then went to their room. Geet wanted to know the reason y Maan said no first & then agreed.

Geet : Maan, y did you said no to them first?

Maan : I want to spend time with them when their vacations are going, I can't stay away from you & children for a long time & you are very well aware of that Geet.

Geet : Maan they hardly go to Pune for 1week.

Maan : Geet you too go with them & I only know how that one week goes without you all.

Geet : Maan you have not changed at all.

Maan : Not at all Geet.

Geet : Maan you were going to tell me something about our Juhu Flat?

Maan : Oh I forget let me tell you, you know Mr. Sharma?

Geet : Haan, I know him but that was his bad luck the day he met with an accident.

Maan : His wife came to office to collect the dues. She took a decision to do job but no place to stay at this very moment so I told her to stay there till she gets job.

Geet : Accha hai par itna bhi emotion mat hona.

Maan : Geet you are the only one & last to be in my life. Chalo sote hai nahi toh tumhara dimaag kahi aur chala jayega.

Geet : Maan I trust you, but I didn't say anything wrong it just flick in my mind & came out nothing else. Maan took her in embrace & they went to sleep.

After 1 week - In Office

It was around 11.00am Maan was going through the schedules of the tour. Actually, he was expecting call from Geet, as they both had to go out for some shopping. Unexpectedly he receives call from Mrs. Sharma.

Mrs. Sharma calls Maan & tells him that she is leaving Mumbai. Maan asked whether she had problem of staying there, she replied that I could not tell you on the phone. Maan told her that he is coming. Maan did not know what was wrong with her even her voice was sounding low as she was scared. After an hour later Maan reached there. He went on ringing the bell but no reply from inside for about 15-20mins. Mrs. Sharma slowly opened the door & was happy see Maan & as soon as he entered in Mrs. Sharma hugged him she could not speak & went on crying. Maan was shocked with this reaction of her, he removed her hands & moved side way, told her to sit & be relaxed so that we can discuss what has happened.

Mrs. Sharma: somebody is following me from next day when i started staying here.

Maan : Any guess if you have seen him earlier.

Mrs. Sharma: No

Maan : Wait for 2 more days & again if he do so, let me know coz in this society such things never happened in the past.

Mrs.Sharma : Fine… just wait I will bring something to eat.

Maan: It is Ok. Have to leave now, kept all the pending work aside & came here.

As soon as Maan left, she saw the same person standing opposite side of the road. She was trying to call Maan but he had already left out of the gate. She was afraid to stay alone cannot even go back to Nashik as she was called for final interview next day in the morning.

At Office

Instead of calling Maan, Geet goes to office directly but surprised to see that Maan is not there so she asked Anil.

Geet : Anil, Where is Maan has he told you where he is going

Anil : No Ma'am but I saw he went in hurry & when I asked him, he told that after coming back to I will tell you.

Geet : Meeting was not there. Must be some client must have called him out.

Anil : Exactly no idea about it.

Geet : Anyways I am sitting in his cabin.

After an hour, later Maan reached office, at Reception he came to know that Geet is there in office. He was little tense & was well aware that Geet might ask him where he was. Moment he enter his cabin Geet gave a cross look.

Maan : Geet you were supposed to call me before coming that's what you told me in the morning.

Geet : Yes but later on thought to come directly. By the way where have you been, neither a message nor a call.

Maan : Geet had some urgent work so I had to go. So are we going now or in the evening while going to party.

Geet : Maan, will go right now & try to come home early so that you can rest for a while then we can go for the Party.

Maan : Let me finish my work then we are off to n what about Ameya & Aryaa?

Geet : Both of them busy in preparing the birthday card.

Maan ; Birthday card but y? We can buy a nice card for Atharva.

Geet : No Maan it was decided by Ameya & all his friends that the Birthday cards will be prepared by themselves.

Maan : Good idea… by the way whose idea it is?

Geet : Ameya……aur koun…. Maan any work to be sort out urgently?

Maan : Geet, haan ek hai just check out with Anil about the salary schedule till then I will finished my work.

Ok was the reply from Geet. She took the details from Anil,was going through. A office peon handover the envelope to her. Geet was surprised to read her name on the envelope & the sender's name as your well-wisher. She called the peon & asked him who gave this envelope but he too couldn't reply her properly. Geet came to Maan's cabin, he was still busy with his work, so she thought to read the letter but could not read it as she receives the call from Ameya regarding birthday Gift.

Maan finished his work & saw Geet little bit nervous.

Maan: Geet kya hua, all of sudden why are you nervous?

Geet : Nothing Maan… just thinking about the Gift, let us go now & we are going home straight way after shopping..

Maan : Yes Ma'am as you wish.

They both left out for shopping.
