Geet- Tumhe lene. Yahan akele kyu khade ho?
Maan turned behind anger was evident in his eyes.
Maan- because of you. I cant enjoy and the reason is you.
Geet innocently- maine kya kiya?
Maan marched towards her and held her shoulders.
Maan- JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!!
He jerked her away and again turned his back towards her. Geet was shocked with his sudden outburstbut she was not that fool. She read his loneliness and pain behind anger. At that time she only wanted to sooth him, to tell him that he was not alone and she will always be with him.
She took silent steps towards him and turned him, she somehow knew that he wont resist, he cant.
Maan looked in Geets gliterring eyes with his burning red ones but Geet had some other plans in her mind or did she ever planed anything. She without thinking softly pecked his lips. Soothing him and fulfilling her desire to remove his pain.
Maan was flabbergasted with her gesture. But it felt nice no not only nice but divine. They remained in that position Geet's raw rosy lips touching his.
Soon they heard footsteps and instantly parted. Both's cheeks turned red, and both didn't knew how to look in each other's eyes.
Geet ST- Oh shit! ye maine kya kiya.
Prem- tum log yaha kya kare?lets go and enjoy.
Geet looking down- haan wo mai aa rahi thi.
Geet started leaving
Maan- suno...
Maan himself didn't knew why he stopped her. It was like he wanted to say many things but didn't knew what they were.
On the other hand Geet was already confused with her besharmi. Plus this Maan. She turned around.
Geet- Kya hai? By the way mera ek naam bhi hai.
Maan- Aa... Kuch nahi Geet.
Now it was Prem's turn to get surprised.
PremST- Maan never called any girl by her name this is 8th wonder.
His thoughts were broken with an announcement.
Party host- The next song is title track of kuch kuch hota hai requested by Meera and is dedicated to her BFF Geet.
Geet- Are wah!! Mera fav.
Saying this she ran from there while Maan and Prem burst out laughing.
Geet danced with Meera and everyone watched them in awe. Rest of the party went quite uneventful.
Same day, 10 p.m
Geet was in her room when Meera knocked on her door.
Geet- Meera kya hua? Iss waqt.
Meera- Matron is calling us. Ghar se fone aaya hai.
Geet- But phone calls are not allowed in academy.
Meera- There is some emergency
They went to matron's cabin. She handed the phone to Geet.
Geet- Hello!
The receiver slipped from her hand and she started crying.
Maan was lying on the roof blankly looking at the half moon reliving the beautiful moment again and again. A shy smile automatically adorned his lips.
Prem came to him running.
Prem- Maan Maan, Geet n Meera are going to London.
Maan- Kya?
Prem- Geet's father had a heart attack. Meera n Geet's fathers are partners. There business collasped. Mr.Handa was shattered. Now someone is offering them to settle their business in London. So they are moving there and Geet meera are going with them. They are packing their things. Lets go n meet them.
Prem ran away but Maan's steps were glued on floor. He was broken.
Maan ST- Why always this happens to me. Whenever I love someone they leave me. What is my fault?
A tear escaped from cornor of his eyes.
Geet came to him to meet him for the last time. She knew that he would be on the roof.
Geet- Maan...
Maan- Ab kyu aayi ho? You are going. Right.
Geet- Mai kya kar sakti hu. Papaji ko heart attack aaya tha n business...
But he did'nt let her complete.
Maan- I don't want to hear anything. I just know one thing that you are leaving him . I wont be able to see your face from tomorrow. Never ever!! It hurts Geet somewhere deep. You wont understand.
Maan's eyes became teary. Geet herself was no better even worst. Only she knew how she composed herself. It was not easy for her too.
Geet- Maan...
But he was not ready to hear anything he turned his back towards her.

Geet cupped his face. Now she cant take it more seeing him like this was shattering her from inside. She thought she was strong but no she wasnt. Her eyes filled up, tears spilled and she ran away from there. Leaving Maan behind. Both were hard broken at the same time helpless, helpless by the hands of destiny.
Next day, early morning
everyone came to main gate to bade Meera and Geet goodbye. Manav was literally crying his eyes out because his dear Meera was going. Everyone was there but Geet's eyes were searching for one person and he was not there.
Maan didn't wanted to go. He did'nt had the courage to see her leaving only the thought was killing him.
Mr.Raj- lets go Girls.
Meera and Geet sat in car. Wheels rotated and the car moved forward. Geet saw the academy for the last time it gave her so many precious memories that she will cherish life long specially Maan.
