Garv and Aaliyah reach Olive Garden to meet Kasak. Garv doesn't know how he is going to tell Kasak about breaking his to be marital alliance with her. Aaliyah assures Garv that she will understand. They are waiting at the table for Kasak.

Kasak enters.

Garv waves at her, she sees him and comes to their table.

K: Hi guys.

Kasak and Aaliyah hug.

A: Hi dear, how are ya?
K: I am fine, long time haan?
A: Yup, good to see you, Kasak. You look great.
K: thanks, Ali. You look great yourself. Hey Garv.
G: Hi, Kasak. What's going on?
K: I am sorry for being late, just got caught up in the traffic.
G: Oh that's fine, we got here two minutes ago.
K: Oh really? Well I don't feel so bad now.

(Garv is thinking, I hope u don't feel bad, after I say what I gotta say to you).

G: So what you girls gonna have?

(So basically they are just having dinner, Garv is waiting for the right moment to break the news to her. Aaliyah hints to him that he should tell her when they are alone, so that Kasak doesn't feel awkward about the whole situation while Aaliyah is around. They are done with the dinner, and now it is time for them to go, Aaliyah decides to leave them alone).

They are in the parking lot.

A: Hey guys, I think I should go now.
G: Wait...
A: Garv, Kiran is home alone. I promised her that I will take her out for some ice-cream. And being the good aunt that I am, I can't let her down. You guys go ahead.
K: are you sure, Ali?
A: Yup. Kasak, I will catch up with you later. Alright?
K: Sounds good. Take care you.
A: yea, (they hug, each other good night). Now Garv, I will see you at home. If Kiran ain't home, she is with me, alright. I will call ya.
G: Yea, ok.
A: Don't worry yaar, u will do fine.
G: Right!

Aaliyah laughs and Kasak has this confused look on her face. Aaliyah leaves.

G: So Kasak, what do u wanna do?
K: I don't know, u say...
G: Umm.. I don't know how to tell u this, Kasak.
K: Tell me Garv, come on now, we have been friends all our lives, u can tell me..
G: Kasak, I can't marry you! I am sorry.

(Garv just says this in a blurr. I mean in a matter of seconds, he thinks that's the best way to break it down to her. Kasak smiles and at the same time, has tears in her eyes. Garv is upset himself, for breaking his friend's heart.)

K: Why?
G: I am still in love with Kumud and always will be, she is the one for me.
K: Hmm.
G: I am sorry, Kasak.
K: Don't be sorry, Garv, instead I should thank you.
G: Thank me?
K: Yea, thanks Garv.
G: Ok this is over my head.
K: garv, I like you, you have been a very good friend. I never fell in love before and so I thought marrying a good friend like you, would be my best option. Your honesty has saved our lives, garv. I mean before I would have really fallen in love with you, you told me the truth. Kumud, truly is lucky to have you. I am not upset, I appreciate your honesty.

Garv holds Kasak, he touches her face.

G: then why these tears. (he wipes em off).
K: nothing, just ...now u go get her.
G: but before that can I ...get a hug.
K: No.
G: Please... (Garv has tears in his eyes too).

They both hug. They cry. End of scene and bid each other good bye. They promise to remain friends though. Kasak says that she will definitely attend his wedding with Kumud.

Garv comes home and see Aaliyah and Kiran packing.

A: Hey Garv, how'd It go.
G: It was better than expected. I mean Kasak understood, she is ...
A: A total sweetheart.
G: Yea. She is awesome, I really like her.
A: Yea, she has always been that way. Now Mr. Sachdev, Kiran's packing is done, aap ka kya?
K: Daddy, Aliyah aunty packed all my clothes up, how long are we gone for?
G: I don't know beta, but the more clothes you have the better.
K: Should I take my toys along too.
G: Yea, you can. Make sure you don't have a lot of luggage beta.
A: Kiran and I took care of it, u need to start yours.
G: Woh sab toh thik hain, lekin tickets ka kya?
A: They are booked, tomorrow morning 7am. You will reach Mumbai 10 am IST.
G: Ali, you are the best.
A: I know.
G: Do you think I should call Kumud?
A: I think you should surprise her, girls always like these kinda surprises.
G: Alright boss, gotta listen to you. Stay here tonight, drop us at the airport.
A: That was my plan.
G: Smart! Now, I will go pack. Ok? Thanks buddy (he gives her a hug).
A: No problem.

Garv goes to his room.

A: So kiran beta, time for bed.
K: aunty, aap chalengi humare saath?
A: I will join later.
K: I will miss you... why are we going there?
A: you will meet your Kumud mom there.
K: Cool. I miss her too, I am so happy.
A: I know, she will be very happy to see you too.
K: but you are going to come to naa?
A: Yea baba.
K: If you don't, then I will cutti with you.

Aaliyah hugs Kiran and takes her to bed.

Next morning at the airport. Garv and Kiran are about to go in.

Garv: Ali, u better be there soon.
A: I will, 100%, coz I remember Kiran's cutti.
K: Good, aunty. Remember that ...

Aaliyah picks Kiran up in her arms, and gives her a kiss.

A: Don't be naughty, okay?
K: I won't.
A: Promise
K: Yup.
A: Cool, take care beta, I love you.
K: I love you, too (Kiran kisses Aaliyah).

G: Ali, Keep me updated, and u take care. I will call you as soon as I get there.
A: Yea, do that. Bye.
G: Bye, thanks for everything
A: Hmm... Now go (Aliyah and Garv hug).

They go in.

Aaliyah leaves the airport.
Garv and Kiran board the flight.

They have been on the flight for an hour now. Garv is thinking about Kumud and Kiran is watching Cinderella on her TV panel.

After awhile...

K: Daddy, have I ever been to India before?
G: Yup, you were born there, but u were very little, when I got you to America. So this will be the first time you will see the real India.
K: Oh cool. I am so excited.
G: yup.
K: Daddy, I want to see your school.
G: my school?, (Garv starts laughing)Okay!
K: Is India like America?
G: kinda, u will see, I think India is the best.
K: America is the coolest.
G: okay.

So they talk and sleep and pass their time on flight.

Garv and Kiran land at the Mumbai International Airport. Garv calls Aaliyah and lets her know that they have reached, Aaliyah wishes him best of luck. Garv and Kiran rent a car at the airport, since they don't have a mode of transportation. Garv directly goes at the Kapoor house. He is feeling kinda awkward. He rings the door bell.

Abhay and KKusum are in the living room. Kali and Nakul are there too.

Kkusum opens the door, and is shocked to see Garv.

They all are speech less. Abhay comes to the door, and hugs Garv.

A: Garv beta?
G: Abhay papa!

ABhay and Kkusum have tears in their eyes. Garv doesn't know what to say.

A: Kkusum, dekha I told you he would be back.
Kk: tum sahi thay. (kkusum looks down and sees this cute lil girl. She smiles. Kiran is confused. Kkusum looks at Garv. Garv nods in a way to say yes. Kkusum lifts Kiran in her arms).
G: Beta, she is your...
Kk: nani.
K: nani? What's that.
Kk: Grandmother.
Abhay and Kkusum already are in love with Kiran. They both give her a kiss.
Kk: Bahut pyari bachi hai Garv. She is a replica of Kumud.
G: Mom, that's the reason I ... (he doesn't wanna continue and say that he adopted her coz Kiran might hear him, Kiran doesn't know she is adopted)
A: Good decision, Garv.
G: Dad, I am here to get the love of my life, where is my Kumud at?
Kk: she has gone out on a walk. She tends to be alone, and has always been lonesome since she got back.
G: I will fix everything up, mom.
A: Kkusum, Garv is definitely a replica of me. I mean he is going through the exact same things I have.
Kk: History has repeated itself.
G: What? (Garv is confused)/
A: I will explain you later, now go and get Kumud, my baby will be so happy.
Kk: Thanks Garv beta, despite all that has happened, you still came back.
G: I realized I am nothing without Kumud, I will always remain incomplete without her. I had to come back.

(Kkusum gives Garv a hug).

K: Daddy, I am hungry.
Kk: let's go get you something to eat. Abhay come along.
A: Yea, Garv I will be right back.
G: Dad, I will go look for Kumud..
A: yea...good luck,

(Kkusum carries Kiran in her arms, and goes into the kitchen. Abhay goes too. Kali and nakul are standing there watching. Garv sees them. He walks to them.)

G: Hello Nakul,...Kali.
N: Hi Garv (He extends his hand for a shake)

(Garv smiles and shakes his hand).

K: Its nice to see you, Garv.
N: Yea, good to see you.
G: you guys really mean it?
K: Garv, I know this will be hard for you to believe but I have changed, I am not the same Kali anymore.
N: She is right, Kshitij Bhaiya's death has changed me. I am not the selfish Nakul anymore.
K: And don't worry I won't come between you and kumud anymore, I love Nakul. I am sorry Garv for all the pain I have caused you and Kumud. Its' because of me, that you guys couldn't be together. If possible, forgive me.

(kali joins her hands in forgiveness. Garv holds her hand, Kali is crying)

G: Come on, Kali. It's okay. The fact that you are sorry for what you did, is good enough, now don't make me cry. Nakul ask her to stop.
N: Garv, I am sorry too.
G: Not this sorry business too. All I want is us to become friends.
N: You got it dude. You are now my big brother.
G: (Garv smiles.) Hmm...hope I will make a good one. Now take me to Kumud guys.
K: I know exactly where she is.
G: Let's go.
N: Yea..

(they all get into Garv's car, and they stop at this park. Its windy outside, and seems like its gonna rain. Garv, Kali and Nakul spot Kumud out, walking all alone in a slow pace, like she is thinking about something)

G: thanks, guys. Nakul you go ahead take this car. I will come with Kumud.
N: are u sure?
G: Yea, we will be fine.
K: Now, good luck, Garv. I won't be surprised if she is mad at you, after all that you said to my sister. I can't believe you. You love her and then you break her heart.
N: Kali, stop lecturing him, now fate is by his side too, coz today happens to be Valentine's Day, too. What a perfect day yaar, to confess and unite with your love.
G: Yup. Everything seems great and will soon be perfect. Can I go now.
K: Oh yea, today is Valentine's day. Yea, go ahead garv.
N: We will meet you guys at home, from there we will go to dinner, special Valentine's day dinner. What say?
G: sounds great, ab mein jaoon
K: Yea sure, Nakul quit stopping him.
N: sorry, go garv, best of luck.
G: Thanks, I need it.

Garv gets out and starts walking towards Kumud.

K: I am so happy, Garv and kumud will finally get the happiness they deserve.
N: yup. Good for them.
K: So what's in store for today my Valentine?
N: Nothing for you, since you forgot all about it.
K: Oh Puh lEase, I knew it all along.
N: yea sure, stop ur nautanki.....

Kali and Nakul continue to fight, but they love each other now. Garv and Kumud reunite soon.
