Epi: 8: Tere Liye

Maan laid down Baby in cradle…placed his hand on Baby's head….He had lil smile on his lips….n then looked at Geet who was sleeping due to injection given to her …Maan felt relief .. now…..Geet was really out of control n this was really new for Maan ….especially when... He has to handle two lives ……He was in deep sleep on couch jst in seconds ….Around one o'clock early morning ….A voice disturbed his sleep... baby was crying……Maan jumped from couch n ran towards cradle in such a way lik …He is used to it in his daily routine…..meantime... Nurse on night duty also came there after hearing baby's voice…..But Maan had taken baby in his arms…..Nurse changed baby's diaper as this was new thing for Maan n instructed him how to feed baby with bottle…Maan followed her instructions

Next Morning

Daddi gave jerk to Maan's shoulder….He suddenly got up …Baby was sleeping peacefully on his chest…..Daddi was so happy after watching this..

" Daddi Maa aap kab aayin ?" Rubbing his eyes Maan said

" Jab apnay dekha Betay " Daddi had lil smile at corners of her lips….n She took baby in her arms.

" Daddi Maa who Geet so rahi thi …to maine socha uski neend kyon khraab karni….isse maine dudh pilla ka sulla dia..when I slept I don't know " Maan gave that explanation which Daddi not demanded

" Humko sabh patta hai Maan Betay " when Daddi said Maan was surprised

" Nurse nay sabh kuch batta diya humko jo kal hua" Daddi said

Both were silent for some time .Geet was still sleeping.

Maan at once hugged Daddi Maa who was standing near the couch " Daddi Maan main kya karon ?…mera dimaag Kaam nahi kar raha " n Maan was crying... lik a child ... all his hidden emotions came out in forms of tears

" Beta aise matt ro-e-a sabh theek ho jayega " Daddi sat next to him

Daddi's presence helped Maan to control himself... He was feeling lite after this ….He changed his cloths…. took breakfast …

" Maan …Maan.." Geet was regaining consciousness as... She had Maan's name on her lips . Maan called Dr Adwita …When She came Geet had regained her consciousness Daddi Maa was sitting on her holding her hand

" Mujhe kya hua tha " Geet said in low tone

" Kuch nahi Geet tuhara BP thoda high ho gaya tha ..usko control karnay k liye jo injection diya tha …uski wajah say tumko neend aa gayi " Adwita cleared her doubts

" Geet how r u feeling ? " standing nere her bad Maan asked Geet

" theek hu " Geet gave a fake smile

Adwita checked Geet n baby both were fine ….Geet was happy to find Maan still with her .they were waiting for the reports so . here was delay in Geet's discharge . Maan got Geet's reports at 11 in morning.It was clear from reports that in Geet had no physical problem related to her delivery .Baby was healthy.Problem was jst Geet's mantle state .

" Maan reports r saying same thing ...what we know…ya Geet needs medical supervision …But above all ...She needs family support n lov….especially urs…U might hav some conflicts in ur marriage…But plz leave them apart for some time..if not for Geet ….but for urBaby .." Dr Roahn said Maan looking at reports

" Ya Rohan I hav to leave my personal matters for the sake of Baby…kal ki raat kaffi hai yeh samjhane k liye " Maan had a unknown fear on his face

" Toh Maan I hop u will cooperate with us …..Geet problem main hai…aur mujhe patta hai k baby ki care who na bhi kar paye …even then ...tum aur puri family or may bhi koi aaya baby ki care kar lagi…Per Maa …Maa hoti hai…aur tumhari bacchi ko Geet chahea…aur koi nahi …or uskay Pass Geet tabhi hogi ...agar tum Geet k pass hoggay….Geet needs u …otherwise no medicine can help'' Dr Rohan cleared everything

Maan ensured Him to follow each n every instruction ...which He gave ….When Maan went out of Doc's cabin .He was thinking about his past.When his mother died in a Car accident …He was jst three.Daddi Maa was also with her ...she had some injuries .So his father arranged a aaya for Him…Daddi protested her son's decision She wanted to take care Maan herself …but there was no other potion ……

Daddi was also ill...Parminder or Pammi became Maan's Aaya then Step mother…This was also true no body in Khuraan family or even servents gave her such respect which a Bahu expects….Even after Dev was born ….his father loved him more then anything else….He was the only heir to Khuraana Empire ….Step mother remained always a step mother …Daddi's lov was enough for Maan that He never missed his mother... But now If something wrong happens to Geet…what will b future for Baby….He had Daddi Maa …even now Daddi Maa can giv that lov to baby... but…her health is not such that She can take this responsibility …..

Geet might have deceived him ….But She is mother first…..n a faithful n loyal daughter in law for Daddi Maa….every body loves her…Whole Khuraana family n every link related to Khuraana's is attached to Geet …..His one wrong step can destroy everything ….Espacially Daddi Maa can't bear the bitter truth….So if one silence can save everything..He will have to keep silence …He will do all duties of a Good father n a husband jst for the baby n his family……Baby is innocent ….He will do his best Maan has taken his final decision

With all these inner struggles …when he reached Geet's room .A fake smile was on his lips " Daddi Maa saari formalities complete hai aab hum ghar ja saktay hai….." Maan first looked at Daddi's face then towards Geet.Both were happy

It was about 1 o'clock when they reached home .Nandini was waiting with Aarti .She did Aarti of Maan Geet n Baby .Maan was holding baby in his arms .

" Maan betay Geet ko room main lay jaayo …..delivery k baad jitna aaraam karegin utne jaldi recover karegin" Daddi gave a great smile giving instructions to Maan.n He followed lik an obedient child .
