Dil-dil ka connection to thik hai par pehle woh confirm to kar leti that he is Maan or not because when she left him he was still in coma according to her knowledge so how can she think that so early he got alright and came here to take her...

when she made relations with him during his comatose state then also she didn't love him at all it was just lust for her that time...it was Maan who loved her in heart
