part - 15
It was Saturday . second day of their short family vacation . maan and geet had already planned on the places to visit and also arranged for a tourist van for travelling . first they visited some of the archaeological places like Arvalem Caves , Goa State Museum , Usgalimal Rock Carvings , Reis Magos Fort .. geet was totally immersed in seeing the culture and the way they ancient people lived their life . they got to see many rare pictures an rock cravings ..
On the later part of the day , they got to see the "Chapoli Dam" which was located near north-east of Chaudi in Canacona. The dam was located in a scenic spot extending westward from the Sahyadris. It makes it an excellent spot to take a break as it lies deep in the valley between hills. The place was filled with greenery that none would have a heart to leave the place . the fresh air devoid of any pollution was truly a bless to anyone . the next place they visited was the "Arvalam Waterfalls". The charming waterfall gave them a mind-blowing experience, with Rudreshwar Temple in its vicinity . the place had lots of greenery all round with fruit laden trees with various fruits such as bananas, bread fruits and coconut palms to name a few.
They reached the cottage around 8PM after having their dinner in a hotel near by . the day was really wonderful that none could forget easily . there was no tiredness but the sense of peacefulness and happiness was there in them . everyone sat outside the cottage . since it had a private beach , none was there to disturb them . arjun and maan set a bornfire while pinky was persuading everyone to play truth and dare game . at last after much pursuation , everyone agreed . pinky played the song from her cell while cushion passed from one hand to another . the song stopped and first person who got caught was arjun .
Pinky : so arjun bhaiya !! ready ??? truth or dare ??
Arjun smiled : I ll settle with truth .
Dadi whispered something in pinky's ear while she grinned : so arjun bhaiya your question from dadi is " when are you planning to give a baby annie or arjun to her ???
Annie and arjun blushed to a deep shade of red while other laughed out .
Geet : arey come one arjun !! you have to say the truth !!
Arjun blushed slightly : this year ..
Dadi laughed and said : I ll remember this ..
Annie did not know where to look while maan side hugged her .
The music again started and now the cushion landed on vaibhav hands .
Pinky : so pa truth or dare ??
Vaibhav : dare !!
Geet , maan , arjun and annie were whistling and hooting ..
Pinky : geet what can we ask him to do ??
Geet : pa sing a song for ma .
Chitra looked at her as if eyes would come out any time . vaibhav smirked .
Chitra : yeh kaisa dare hai ???
Maan : arey aunty !! see we have given you the opportunity to see uncles love . you have to encouraged him .
Chitra was utterly embrassed and looked at vaibhav . vaibhav smiled and sang a song for his wife while playing an artificial guitar in his hands .

Geet : wow pa !!! what a style !!!
Chitra wacked her head : chup beshmaram .
The next round of play started and the person who got caught was maan .
Pinky : truth or dare bhai ???
Arjun said giving evil glares : why are asking him that question ??he ll take dare pinky . he loves challenges . you don't know that ??
Maan cursed arjun mentally . he was about to say truth but now no other option than to say dare : yea pinky dare .
Arjun : pinky I ll say what dare we should give him please ..
Pinky :with pleasure bhai !!
Arjun : so maan !! your dare is " you have propose some one from here"
Maan who was drinking water chocked and started coughing . dadima laughed silently thinking where its going on .
Maan gave him a look : are you serious ???
Arjun returned him the same look with : ofcourse am !!
Now he was caught !!! whom would he propose to ?? anniie or pinky ?? nahi both are his sisters . chitra and dadi don't stand a chance . the only one left was geet .
On the other hand geet was simply enjoying thinking whom he might propose to unaware that she was on his mind .
Maan got up and went towards geet . he kneeled down with one leg . he thought for a minute and said

the time he finished geet was dumbstuck . it all felt so real for both of them . it was only when arjun crushed maan in a hug , they came out of their world .
arjun : wow man !! I gave this dare thinking you would back out .. but I never thought you would be such a poetic . it was so damn real maan .
geet just smiled and left the place saying she was feeling sleepy .
maan too left with the same reason ...
dadi and geets parents passed a knowing glance and soon everyone were back to bed for a peaceful sleep '..
