Paami was sitting on the bed quietly looking at the picture she had captured on her phone. She knew Geet never accepted her as a part of her family let alone mother but regardless she couldn't help not caring for her like she was her own. The way she would come home late that was when she started suspecting. She even noticed her one-day completely drunk coming up the stairs towards her room. She even tried talking to her when she was sober, but she screamed " Stop trying to act as my mother, you can never replace her! So please stop interfering with my personal life and mind your own business!" She then even tried to talk to her husband, Mohinderlaal, but he couldn't believe that his daughter could do such a thing.

But this time she had proof. She had taken a picture of Geet sitting on some guy's lap her arms around his neck as he sat on a motorcycle. The man's face was not visible because Geet was blocking it. She didn't know what to do. She was nervous in telling her husband scared from his reaction toward Geet. She didn't want her to get hurt. But she didn't have any other option she thought.

Mohinderlaal comes in and sees her worried face.

Before Paami could say anything he had grabbed the phone to see for himself as he was concerned when shock coursed his body. This couldn't be his Geet.

This was what Paami was scared of. Forcing Geet into something she hates will just push her away from this family and she could not bear seeing that. She wanted to help her knowing their was some pain she was hiding except she didn't know what, but could sense it.

The next morning the Khurana family was eating breakfast. Everybody's sneaky eyes were mostly on Maan wanting to know if he had calmed down from last night's talk. Maan was kind of eating in a hurry so it definitely caught everyone's attention. Dev and Vicky had a mischievous smile on their faces.

" bro what's the hurry you can't control not seeing bhaabi five minutes late?" Dev whispers only for Maan being able to hear.

Vicky does the same and says, "What's the rush? She won't kick you out of the house after all you are Maan Singh Khurana" fighting back a grin.

Maan almost chokes up on his food and just gives both of them an angry glare.

Maan chokes on his food again and starts to get angry. Both Dev and Vicky blow out laughing.

He gives them a deadly glare shutting both of them up.

Maan didn't know what to do. He hasn't even talked to Geet yet. Doesn't even know her feelings. So he can't tell his parents just yet. If he said no to Daadi then he would never hear the end of it. He decides to just agree to meet this girl after all the condition was just to meet her.

" Okay now that is settled Maan tell us what happened to your car?" Yash says trying to divert the attention to something else before the breakfast table turned into a battlefield.

" uhhh someone broke my car's headlights and it is at the mechanics right now" he says so calmly as if there was nothing weird about what he just said.

Both Dev and Vicky chocked out their food.

Everybody gives them a weird look, forgetting to even ask why the heck did someone break his headlights.

Dev and Vicky just give a shocked look at each other. It still felt weird to them.

It was as if her day couldn't get any worse. She had to go to this stupid business party tonight to meet the stupid person who wanted to marry her. Ugh as if she wasn't irritated enough now she was running late too. She was cursing her fate as she was leaving out the house.

She didn't even have a car and she forgot to charge her phone last night so now how was she going to call a friend to pick her up. . . their phone numbers were in her cell phone's phonebook. She was going through her handbag trying to see if there was any phone number, but when ever was luck on her side that it would be now?

She looks up deciding to walk until she found a taxi, but that's when her feet get glued in place. Her eyes travel up from his perfectly black polished shoes up his perfectly toned torso to his breathtakingly handsome face who was nonchalantly leaning against his motorcycle.

5 seconds . . .10 seconds. . . 20 seconds none of them uttered a word. . . their eye's locked in place. Geet looked captivatingly beautiful in her green salmar kamiz making Maan lose himself to her.

Maan finally breaks the ice, " Whenever you are done checking me out pagli I will drop you off at your college?"

An irritated Geet blurts out, " Checking you out my FOOT! Oh and what makes you think I will let you drop me off? I never want to see your face again!" she says walking away.

Maan quickly grabs her wrist. "Ithni gussa? I am sorry sweetheart next time I promise I won't be late!" he says with a sexy smirk.

She stopped trying to fight with the grip he had on her hand as his words sink into her. Oh gosh Why was she always helpless in front of him! she thought.

Maan let's go of her and sits on the bike.

She mentally swore inside her head to get revenge from him one day. She hated how he took advantage of her helplessness. She goes and quietly sits behind him putting her arms around his chest. Geet knew what a crazy driver he was and therefore did not want to risk falling and dying again. Maan closes his eyes as she snuggled closer arousing his body with desire. Maan snaps out of it and mentally yells at himself to control.

And then presses on the gear speeding away and Geet clinging on to him as much as she could bringing a naughty smile onto his face.

They finally arrive at the college obviously late.

"I am so screwed," she says as she gets off the motorcycle as fast as she could without saying a goodbye or even a thank you. She just ran before she got a month detention. Maan just looked on.

She arrives at the door of the class. Trying to calm herself down before she went inside. She tries looking through the glass part of the door to see if the teacher would notice if she just sneaked in.

But before she knew it Maan entwines his fingers with hers, opens the door, and pulls her inside.
