Part 3

It was all routine KM - KC - KM for Maan & Geet. They both go together to KC n back home together.

Days are passing by Geet is trying her level best to bring back Maan's memory by taking care of each n every step n things related to him. With Geet's presence all around Maan whether its home, office or parties made him changed a lot, whenever she was not seen around him he used to be restless n worried but not remembering her as his wife. Geet was happy to see the changes in him n felt nervous too for not remembering her as his wife but she is well aware of his condition.

More Geet was near him he was thinking y her presence makes me happy, even her eyes r saying something whenever i looked at her, y her smile makes me cool n calm whenever I am in angry mood ?? whenever she is in my arms her touch gives me relief n relax feeling y I want Geet to be around me more?? Is that I am getting attracted to her??? But something is going in his mind.

Maan used to get up all off sudden from the sleep as if he has seen some nightmare he can see the fading figure in his sleep but can't get it as to who she is, this was happening with him daily. He can't even tell dadi about this as he cares for her a lot n don't want to see her in tense…

At KC..Wednesday

After a weeks time Maan receives call from Mr. Kapur

Mr. Kapur : Hello Mr. Khurana it's a request I want to complete this project urgently as I want to give surprise to my mother.

Maan : Hello Mr. Kapur when to start with it…Mr. Kapur : Next week Mr. Khurana.

Maan : Mr. Kapur , I will discuss with my team in let u know immediately.

Mr. Kapur… Ok and yes one thing I like to tell u y don't you settle down in Mumbai till the project is completed. Maan : Mr. Kapur about settling down in Mumbai I can't tell u now but can make it as up/down

Mr. Kapur : Mr. Khurana as you wish but it will better if you settle down in Mumbai till completion of project that's what I feel… Maan : Ok Mr. Kapur I will let you my final decision.

Maan start thinking on Mr. Kapur's words should i settle down in Mumbai it will take 3-4 months or more also can't say, till then I have to stay away from my MISHTI (recollects whether he have ever gone/gave this name to anyone) , but I want her to be with me till the project is completed. How this will be possible?? Will dadi allow her to come with me???? In his thoughts comes near her cabin standing hand folded n watches her, Geet busy in her work, moving her head little side way n sees Maan standing there.

Geet : Aapko kuch chahiye tha Maan Sir???? Comes out of his thought n says : Ha tum (jumble with words) woh mai kahene aaya tha ki mujhe tumse kuch baat karni hai. Coming close to him putting her hands around his neck ha kahiye kya kahena hai (making a wicked simle) Maan too puts his hands around her waist n drags her... Maan Sir yeee before she could speak futher puts his finger on her lips n says chup ekdam chup….. Geet shaking her head ok….n just raise her eyebrows as what he was to say.

Maan : Bhul gaya jo kehane aaya tha…ghar per baat karte hai n frees her n goes to his cabin, n start thinking again aisa kyu hota hai Geet ke paas jate hi chup hota hu, kuch bol nahi pata? n calls Adi in his cabin.

Maan : Adi.. Mr. Kapur ko inform karo Mrs. & Mr. Maan Singh Khurana Mumbai aa rahe hai Saturday so that work can be started from Monday onwards…Adi : Mrs Khurana …… Maan gives stern look at Adi.

Maan : Adi maine kuch galat kaha …..Adi : nahi sir…toh Geet bhi aapke saath hai… Maan Ha koi problem hai. Adi : nahi sir mujhe kyu problem hogi….thik hai mai inform karta hu. Maan : That's better. Maan again started thinking maine aisa kyu kaha??? Kya rishtaa hai mera or Geet ka???? Shakes his head n starts going through some files.

Geet tears in her eyes to herself Maan ye sab harkate mai to karti hi rahungi aapke saath taki aapko yaad aaye ki ek saal pehele humare beech mein kya hua tha n starts with her work

AT NIGHT

Maan :Dev, Dadi n Geet I want to discuss with you on important matter.

Dev : in mind ab bro ko kya baat karni hai, bataya toh tha 2-3 din me KC join karta hu.

Dadi : ------ab Maan ke dimaag me kya chal raha hai. Geet : hey babaji mujhe bachana waise dophar me kuch kehene wale the… All trio in thinking n staring at him..

Maan : Kya hua aise kyu dekh rahe ho mujhe….. Dadi : kuch nahi aap ko kuch kehena hai. Maan : Ha … Mr. Kapur ka phone aaya tha Mumbai bulaya hai unka project khatyam hone tak wahi settle hone ki baat kar rahe the.. All are surprised Geet was double happy thinking she will be going with him n now they both will get enough time to spend together.

Maan had plan something here n expecting it to be successful.

Maan :Dadi woh Mr. Kapur ka project next week se shuru karna hai toh mai Saturday Mumbai jaa raha hu akela… Dadi : Akele nahi Geet bhi jaayegi aapke saath.

Maan : No dadi, yaha ka kaam Geet, Dev n Adi sambhal lenge, or waise bhi mai outhouse me akela hi rehata tha… Dadi…. Maan, outhouse ki baat alag thi aap humare nazar ke samne the or ab ki alaga hai abhi tak aap poori tarah se thik bhi nahi huye hai. Maan n Geet looking at each other.. Geet tries to convince him by eyes to say YES, he too replies by the same way NO, again their yes no continues n was noticed by Dadi… Atlast she takes a final decision . Dadi : ok its final that Geet is going with you and now no more nos, ifs & buts understood. Maan agrees with a smile looking at Geet.

(Actually this was Maan's plan to say no first n to get permission from dadi to allow Geet to be with him) Maan : baki ki baate kal subh karte hai, me going to sleep now…. Bye Good night….

PART 4

Next Morning - Thursday

Maan was in his room getting ready to go to office n was happy that his plan worked.. After all ye Maan Singh Khurana hai n gets what he wants. Again going in Geet's thought "ye ladki ne mujhe pehele hi pagal banaya or kitna pagal karegi, kyu mai usske pas khicha chala jaata hu? Geet's face coming in front of his eyes… cute, innocent, with one thing he is upset. Dev n Dadi decides that they will come late for breakfast so that Maan n Geet will get some time. After having their breakfast both were about to leave dadi comes Dadi : Maan toh ye decide hua ki aap or Geet Mumbai jaa rahe ho Saturday ko. Geet mai abhi se hi packing shuru karti hu.. Maan : Ha dadi n looking at Geet abhi tum mere saath office chal rahi ho, raat ko packing karna tumhari or meri bhi samjhi. Maan n Geet looking at each others eyes, Geet was surprised to hear this n side by side she was pouring water in glass which overflowed n noticed by dadi.

Dadi : Geet beta aapka dhyaan kaha? Geet comes out of sense ji dadi n looks at the glass Uff yeh to hona hi tha in her mind, there was smile on Maan's face. Maan : Dadi Dev kaha hai woh bhi to office aanewala tha na aaj office sabko instructions deni hai so Dev's should be present there .. Dadi : Ha aap chaliye hum bol dete hai office aane keliye n they moves ahead to Office

AT KC :

Geet was on cloud 9, as she too going with Maan.

Maan : Geet come to cabin immediately. Geet : Ab kya hogaya hey babaji bachana mujhe. Geet knocks the door, Maan : come in or tumhe knock karne ki kya zaroorat hai?

Geet : ye office hai Maan sir sabhi to knock karke aate hai na…Maan little bit irritated stands near her n says : So miss HP you r coming to Mumbai with me n be carefull when u r with me. Geet : shocked, surprised to hear him calling misss HP n thinks is his memory coming back n to check she ask him Maan sir (yes still she calls him Maan Sir) aapko kaise pata ke mai HP se hu? Maan : matlab ha woh tumhare CV per likha tha… Geets makes a small face n says to herself Geet kuch toh gadbad hai achanak aisa kyu kaha??? Maan : Geet Geet . She is still in her thought n not knowing that Maan was standing back of her. Maan puts his hands on her shoulder n shakes her she comes out of her thought n turns ji mai ye soch rah thi Maan Sirrr Maan puts his finger on her lips n says I don't mind u calling me as Maan looking into each others eyes again he says ha Geet bolo sirf Maan. Geet : par aapne hi kaha tha Maan sir bolne keliye. Maan : Kaha tha per ab nahi n hugs her tightly closing his eyes (as he always like the way she used to call him as Maan Sir but know he want her to call him Maan only).

Geet didn't known y all of sudden he told her to call him only Maan, her eyes were teary unable to understand him.

Maan : Geet kyu mai tumhare paas khicha chala aata hu? When u r not around y get worried for u?? Geet bolona. Suddenly knock on door… Geet goes to her cabin.

Adi : May I come in sir.. Maan : to himself Adi ko bhi abhi aana tha. Ha Adi bolo…

Adi : Maan sir woh aap to next week se office me nahi ho to kuch papers sign karne hai. Maan : Adi jobhi hai usse aaj mai ghar jaa kar sign karta hu. Or ha Dev aaya ho to usse mere cabin me bhej do… Adi : Maan Sirrr Dev Sir to abhi taka aye nahi. Maan in anger calls Dev n asks him where he is?? Dev Bro car parking zone will be there within 5 mins.. Maan : Ok be quick…. Maan to Adi : Dev, tum or Pinky be there in my cabin after 15 mins. Adi: Geet ???? Maan : Geet kyu let her finish her work n if u don't remember she is coming with me to Mumbai have u forgotten ??? Adi : nahi sir woh aap instruction dene wale the na issliye poocha can I go sir??? Maan : Ok

Full day goes in giving instructions to all in general & n cabin Geet, Dev, Adi, Pinky

Maan : Adi/Dev in my absence you both r going to handle the office, mujhe kisi bhi tarah ki laparwahi/gadbad nahi chahiye n kuch problem ho toh inform karna yuhi haath me haath rakhkar baithna nahi….(In his mind Dev now let me see how u r going to handle the office). Geet : Maan agar aapka hogaya ho to ghar chale. Maan : Ha chalo ek minute Geet. Maan : Adi poen se kehakar sab files car me rakh do… Adi : Ha Maan sir

Already rakhe hai. Maan : thik hai n kal subh jaldi aana….

PART 5

After having dinner Geet in her room busy with packing. Maan in his room n going through some papers coincidentally he sees Geet photo n says y her photo n that too in my shelf Shall I ask dadi about her, she will definitely tell me? But avoids to speak with dadi…He moves his hand to the back of his head n comes to neck confuse n see what it is Taveez???? Yeh kisne diya mujhe or kyu?? per aisa hi kuch maine sapne me dekha tha chehera kyu nahi saaf dikhta hai, he becomes more restless n goes to dadi's room n sit down keeping his head on dadi's hand.

Meanwhile Geet gets up from the sleep in fear n calls Maan n goes to his room, not seeing him there, she goes to Dadi's room n was shocked to see Maan in that condition n stands near the door.

Dadi gets up, Dadi : Maan bte kya hua or aapke aakho me aansu kya baat hai bolo…

Maan : Dadi ek chehera hai jo mujhe saaf nzar nahi aata or meri neendh khul jaati hai, dusari or mai Geet ke bare mein itna kyu sochta hu?? Dadi : Maan bte shayad aapko Geet se pyaar hogaya ho issliye sochte ho??

Maan : Dadi per usski toh shaadi huyi hai na(whenever he used to come near Geet this was going in his mind) fir mai usske bare me kyu sochta hu???

Now dadi can't control herself, she don't want to lie him, as she got a chance to tell him the truth of his marriage, gets up n brings MAANEET wedding photo n shows him.

Dadi : Maan bte Geet aapki biwi hai….Maan : per dadi maine to peheli bar dekha hai.

Dadi : Nahi bte aapki shaadi Geet se hui hai n this is a proof of your marriage..

Maan was totally shocked n was in his thoughts. Dadi sees Geet falling after hearing what Maan said n screams Maan Geet, but Maan in his thought.. Poor dadi anyhow manage to handle Geet but can't handle Maan… Geet n Dadi took Maan to his room.

Geet : Dadi aap soo jayiye mai Maan ek paas rehti hu. Dadi per Geet aap.. Geet just makes face n assures dadi everything will be alright. Geet sits next to Maan moving her hand on his hair in making him to sleep, after along time he went to sleep but holding Geet's hands tightly… Geet too sleeps putting her head on his chest……….

Next morning Friday

Maan gotup late he hurriedly came to dining table. Maan : Good morning dadi. Dadi : Good morning bte how r u now??? Dadi : kyu mujhe kya hua hai… mai bilkul thik thak hu. Geet : U were not feeling well Maan n today u are going to office you decided to stay at home as we are leaving for Mumbai tomorrow morning. Maan : Yes I know that, lekin kuch kaam hai or final instructions deke aata hu, don't worry I will go n come early…. Maan n Dev finishes their breakfast n leaves for office. Geet : Dev Maan ka khayal rakhana or jaldi ghar aao.

AT KC :

Maan in his cabin, gets call from Mr. Kapur… Mr. Kapur : Hello Mr Khurana. Maan : Hello Mr. Kapur so you got my message. Mr. Kapur : Yes i got your message u n Mrs. Khurana are coming that's good idea, n I will pick you from airport and we will be go ing straight to my Farmhouse at Khandala... Maan : Yes we are coming & at your farmhouse at Khandala, but when I came you didn't tell me abt it. Mr. Kapur : Mr. Khurana you were in hurry so I didn't told you anyways now u r coming see u then by.

Maan : Ok Mr. Kapur see u bye…

By afternoon he finished with his work & giving final instructions to all n specially to Dev, Adi n Pinky, left for KM….. Geet was waiting for him for lunch had some dicussions with dadi they both had their lunch. Maan before going to his room told Geet to wake him at 5.00pm n tells to do their packing n Geet nodes her head n meri packing hogayi bas aapki karni hai. Maan : thik hai baad me karlena he goes to his room.

Maan in his room starts thinking of Geet a lot on what dadi told him still confussed.. Same face is still coming in front of his eyes in sleep but this time he got flashes of Office/Partytime/ Marriage ceremony/fighting with someone… but he was searching for the face he used see but not clearly seen tries to think a lot but no hopes n gets up n was surprised to see Geet standing near the door. Maan : Geet tum yaha. Geet : Maan aapne hi kaha tha 5.00 baje uthaneko , so mai aagayi, now getup n come down everyone is waiting for tea UFF sorry for Coffee. Everyone at table having Tea/Coffee n discussing what to do when he is not there. In that short period there was touch n go between Maan n Geet but Geet kept a distance from him, which made him angry n gives a stern look at her, she too makes funny face to tease him…Maan gave final instruction to Dev n dadi n told them not hide any thing from him. Geet : Idea dadi alternate day phone karte hai taki mai Maan ki bhi shikayat karsakti hu. Maan hold Geets hand n takes her to his room. Geet : Maan ye kya kar rahe ho. Maan : Geet chup ekdam chup… khud ki packing ki or meri packing koun karega. Geet : woh mai abhi karne wali thi cuts her in middle by keeping his finger lost in each others eyes for sometimes. Geet gives him a pinch Maan aap meri help kar raheho na packing me. Both of them finishes the packing n comes to have dinner, discussing with Dev n Dadi. Dadi : Bas Maan or kitne instructions dene baki hai. Maan : Dadi peheli bar ghar se bahar jaa rahahu woh bhi 3-4 mahine or shayad usse bhe zyaada…. Issliye or kuch nahi. Dadi ok thik hai abhi chalo aap or Geet jaldi sone jaao kal subh jaldi bhi uthana hai. Dev : Waise bro kal flight kitne baje ki hai?? Maan : 11.00 baje ki.. Dev : Ok bro….. saying good night to each other. Maan in his room to check whether everything is done properly or not….Geets enters his room n reminds him for medicine. Geet : Maan medicines li?? Maan : Geet nahi li, ab tum aayi ho to dedo. Geet : toh Mr Maan Singh Khurana ko medicines ki yaad dilani padhti hai or kehate hai Mumbai me akela hi rahunga saying this she tries to run but Maan was so quick he holds n puts his finger on her lips. Maan chup bina kuch bole medicines nahi de sakti, har waqt bak-bak. Geet wo mai de rahi thi na n gives him the tablets n says Good Night to him n goes to her room…. Maan laying on bed thinks again on what dadi told – if she is my wife then y can't I remember her??? They told me I met with an accident but how, when, where?????? thinking on this he feels dizzy n goes to sleep due to medicines…
