Part 13:
i hurriedly changed into the spare shirt that i always kept in the cockpit. checked the machine and came down to get them. aadi had arrived by then and i for once felt like hugging him at least he remembered that i hadn't had anything for breakfast or dinner or lunch.what a great morning was i having still sleepy. woke up with a breakfast of vase and newspaper. dragged to fly again in my trousers. my most favorite shirt again ruined by vomit.i do look like a married man now dont i ? i asked myself and chuckled and in return got stares from 3 set of eyes.aadi as he hadnt really seen me laughing before and definately not all by myself and the other two who were looking at me as if i was some character from the zoo. i sobered up and gave my famous angry glare to all which worked as always but not on geet
i sighed and followed them back into the plane.i had opened the seats to make 2 beds. so i did not need to stay in the cabin anymore i left for my regular flight safety round after closing the door.eyeing the bag which was still in aadi's hand.
chalo aye ga to mere pass hi . 2 beds hai aik pe pinky soe gi dosre pe geet so jae gi. aadi to mere cabin me hi aye ga.
aram se auto pilot pe plane lagao ga khana khao ga or so jao ga.
i had just settled in my seat daydreaming about food and sleep when slight knock on the door made me look back.
geet cam in all pale .
wo pinky slept already and well aadi said he was tired and wanted to sleep too so well if you don't mind can i sit here as there is no space back there.
yeah sure. come sit here i pointed at the co pilot's seat. i did not know if i should feel happy that geet will stay with me for the whole duration or sad that my breakfast is still no where in sight..
i started the plane. and geet turned her seat away from the wind screen. i looked at her questionably.
she nodded her head in no and whispered . scared.
i noded. she was sitting in the plane even that was accomplishment i reached for my bag and took a out an anti emetic. and fed her.
i mechanically followed the protocol and when the plane was finally in air at a steady height and pace i switched on the auto pilot and looked back at geet. she was sitting with her eyes close. her knuckles were white with holding the chair so tightly.
geet i shook her softly. its ok its over now we are in the air all safe and sound you can look out
i dont want to
ok fine dont look out but atleast look in . i mean 8 ghante kia ankhe band ker k baithogi. dont look outside mujhe to daikh hi sakti ho.
she smiled faintly and opened her eyes slowly.
and took a deep breath
see its not that bad
yeah she nodded
i smiled looking at her overcoming one of her fears.
and then she took out a bag from her purse. wo u hadnt had any breakfast so i asked aadi to bring something for you. and she handed me the donut bag.
thanx i said and started gulping it down i was on second donut when she while laughing at my way of eating accidently looked outside and that did it. it all happened in milliseconds.
she vomited over me my shirt doughnets everything got sprayed. dam there it go now even my spare shirt was ruined . i was still hungry and now with nothing left to eat. i should have given her an over dose of anti emetics.but she vomited again and i forgot all my anger and rushed to her. she was now just retching nothing left in her to vomit i guess..
once i came back after cleaning myself well just in my trouser as even my spare shirt was ruined.she was standing there in the corner. the whole cabin was neat infect she had even sprayed an air freshner
sorry she said innocently i looked at her and then we both burst out laughing. it wasnt long before i lost myself in her laughter.
we did not stay more then30 mints on london airport. food was ready for us to take .
nurse and ambulance was there to pick aadi and pinky up.
we headed back for home.
PRECAP:
the weather got worse and we were in the middle of mountains. even though i was telling her to trust me and we will land safe i knew there was no chance left.
