How much more pain?
All of a sudden maan feels a hand on his shoulder and turns to see it was none other than Vicky. He turns back toward the woman in his dreams, but to find that she was gone as if she had vanished into thin air.
Vicky: Maan are you alright? Why do you look so shocked.
Maan: uhh yeah I am fine it is just the cold air maybe that's why.
Vicky: Yeah it is so cold tonight. Anyways here are the blueprints you accidently left in the office.
Maan: Thanks Vicky.
Vicky: Okay take care of yourself I have to meet my brother tonight.
Maan nodes and Vicky leaves. After he was alone Maan runs to the last place he saw her. He couldn't believe it'was she real? Or was he seriously losing his mind? He felt her though'he felt her.

Geet was in such a rush that she didn't even notice the man she accidently bumped into. Her body felt all tingly and in a weird way good for some reason when she collided with his body. She didn't even get to say sorry, it was not like her, but her mind was so preoccupied to find Dev at the moment.
After a couple of minutes she reaches Rahul's house and knocks on the door. Rahul open's the door and is shocked to see Geet. He tells her to come in. Geet takes the shawl off and Rahul could not stop himself from marveling her in the red sari she was wearing. Geet feeling his piercing eyes on her starts to feel uncomfortable.
" Dev kaha hai Rahul?" she says a little nervously.
"Ouch that hurt. So you came to see Dev not me" he says trying to flirt with her a little.
Geet looks away in disgust at the way he was looking at her and just puts the shawl around herself again. Just then Geet hears Dev's voice. "NOoo I lost all my money", he screams out in anger. She runs by following the sound from where she heard his voice. She gets shocked seeing him in the drunken state that he was and that too gambling.
" Enough Dev. Let's go home" she says in a stern tone.
Dev gets even angrier hearing the tone geet was using with him. He grabs her by the hair and shouts, " Who are you to tell me what to do . . .haan??!" and pushes her against the table. The table snapped in half and the alcohol bottles shattered, while the cards and poker chips scattering everywhere.
Vicky had just walked into his brother, Rahul's house when he saw a woman get pushed by Dev into the table. He quickly rushes to her side. "Ma'am are you okay" Vicky asks Geet.
She nodes for a yes and tries to get up. Vicky helps her and asks her, " Are you Dev's wife?".
"yes . . . I am" she says holding back her tears. She happens to be the wife of a man who apparently physically abuses his wife now as well'
Vicky closes his eyes in anger. He knew Dev was never a good person! How could he treat his wife like this? He looks over and sees his brother enjoying his drink.
" RAHUL! What is going on here! I thought you said you quit drinking and gambling! Just you wait I will deal with you once I am done helping this woman".
"Everyone else OUT now" he roars in anger. Seeing the seriousness and anger in Vicky's voice they all left.
Vicky: Dev it is better if you go home too.
Dev: And If I don't what are you going to do?
Vicky: I will tell Mr. Khurana to reject working on the project with you.
This time Geet interrupts hearing that Dev may lose a business project and opportunity to achieve success.
Geet: No please don't do that. Please I beg you.
Vicky was shocked. Why was she helping him, especially after all the abuse she received she still cared for him? Yeh kaisa pyaar hai??? He couldn't bear seeing her in this pain. She looked so helpless and weak.
Vicky: Theek hai I won't. Just get him out of here.
Dev willingly came out of the house with Vicky and Geet, as he didn't want to lose the deal either. Vicky helps Geet put Dev inside the car and closes the car door. " Thank you" geet mutters as she rolls down the car window.
" Don't thank me I didn't even do anything, but I must say that I never met such a woman with boundless love for her husband. You are really a strong woman", he says in a friendly tone.
" Unfortunately not strong enough", she says as she rolls up the window and hits the gas peddle speeding away into the dark and looming night.

She helps Dev get inside the apartment and into their bedroom. He was so drunk that he passes out right away on the bed with his business attire and even shoes. She takes off his shoes and puts the blanket over him, but then all of a sudden she feels a stinging feeling on her arm.
She takes the shawl off and sees a piece of alcohol glass in her skin. She runs to the bathroom to get the first aid kit. She screams and cries in pain as she tries to take the piece of glass out. From the shock of Dev's behavior she didn't even notice that she had gotten cut. The adrenaline prevented her from feeling anything in the beginning but now it really hurt.
She winces in pain as she cleans her wound herself. The whole sink was filled with her blood. She looks at herself in the mirrior not being able to recognize herself anymore. She looked so weak, unhappy, and helpless. "Kyun Dev. Tum meri saat isa kyun kiya?" she cries out, but the person she wanted to hear her cries wouldn't so why would anyone else or that's what she thought.

Maan was eating dinner when he felt he heard someone's cries'.a helpless voice. His heart felt restless and anxious for some unknown reason. He brings up the spoon to his mouth, but just then her half-covered face with those brown eyes pop into his head, and he stops and drops the spoon into his plate and gets up from the table.
He goes near a window letting the chilly air cool down the internal fire in his mind and body. She had to be real and not just part of his imagination because he felt her . . .he felt the electric current her touch passed through his body. He looks at his hand, which had touched her and says, " You are real brown eyes . . .you are real".

He brings out a taveez and tells her " yeh lo beta". Geet looks at him all confused. " Your wait is over. Soon you will be in the arms of your humsafar . . .of your lover. He will bring back the happiness in your life.
