Maan lied there tired and shaken slowly drifting to sleep. But sleep was not helping either. All his moments with Geet was revolving around his eyes.. her accident, her smile, their wedding ,their happy moments, her pranks her ' he was bleeding, he was injured both physically and emotionally but all he could wonder was about Geet . His physical injuries all forgotten.. Any other man in his place would not even be able to stay conscious let alone get up from bed and cry for others..but for him the pain of loosing, the fear of loosing her was way to much to loose conscious.

He woke up with a start . Geet he shouted

Baita sab theek hai' tum ne bura sapna daikha hoga wo to hospital me hai

Nahi baba mujhe us k pass jana hai use hospitals se dar lagta hai

Usne mujhe kaha tha .. mujhe jana hoga me usse akele nahi chor sakta

Maan drived rashly towards the hospital . by now all his bandages were full of blood.infact blood was staining his clothes and face.

Media had gathered near the icu. Afterall it was Maan singh khurrana's

Sir we need to pull the plug .. there is no hope . her brain is long dead it's only her heart that is beating and that too because of artificial breathing .sir there is no survival for her

Maan could not control it any more he took a step back lost his balance and to maintain that he holded a glass on the table

And a sigh escaped her mouth

Monitor showed increased heart rate.every one stood there glued to their positions looking at Geet. How did she respond.

He shooed away the doctors after they had done the checkup of geet and had bandaged his hand

He sat there holding her hand ,weeping
