I can answer.

That's when Maan and Geet meet after a misunderstanding after Maan's accident and they go into the flower room in the hospital. Maan is in the hospital white shirt and pants (my god.. he looks killing in those)... and geet in her pink suit. This was also the time when Yash was introduced (3 episodes before this epsidoe)

i am sorry.

But that was when Dadi ma had come into teh office and she was standing in maan's cabin and Maan had worn a white shirt (full-sleeved ) and then he called her for giving a dictation and also a file of which she ahd to do photo copies to be presented in the upcoming Mr. Chopra meeting.😉
