A Day too Late - Superlong AR OS - END ON PAGE 2

Okay well while i was away i literally dreamt up two story ideas, so i really want to write/finish these before returning to my longstanding FFs (tum mile and mere khwabon mein jo aaye)

before you all panic, don't worry! these should be short and end super fast!

Anyway i'm more excited about my other short lekin this one is shorter so i'll start here. btw it'll go really fast as it explains stuff going on over time. it could have been a long ff, lekin i want to keep it as a short. also i will continue writing it in one part so it'll be a OS :D

Aaj meri shaadi hua. woh bi ek ajnabee ke saath. well i guess Armaan isn't a stranger lekin, it was an arranged marriage and well we just met 3 days ago. We never spent anytime together ever. I have this strange feeling. I am nervous and scared yet optimistic but then again i have a bad feeling. This has nothing to do with the fact that i'm sitting on my wedding bed waiting for my husband on my suhaag raat. well i am scared about that too, lekin urgh you know what. i dont even know....

*click*

Suddenly the doors opens and Armaan enters closing and locking the door behind him.

arm: hmm riddhima, why don't you change into something more comfortable? yyou must be exhausted wearing that heavy lahenga all day. there should be a night gown in that cupboard. don't worry i wont do anything you aren't comfortable with. why dont we get to know each other better first hm?

ridz: haan, sure...waise thanks

A few days passed and there was no physical intimacy between them. They didn't ignore each other. no not at all. It was more like they were getting to know each other. Riddhima didn't realize when she began falling in love with him.

One day,

riddhima was in the kitchen when she felt a pair of arms snake around her waist.

arm: hmmm aaj ghar pe koi nahin hain. mumma pappa bahar gaya hai, naukar ko bhi chutti hain. toh main soch raha tha kyun na main aur tum...

ridz: ky...kya?

arm nuzzles his face in her neck and places a few kisses there.

arm: i can show you better then i can tell you

ridz: arm..armaan..

arm: mujhe apne biwi se pyaar karna hai...

with that armaan carried riddhima to their bedroom and made love to her.

when riddhima awoke armaan was in the shower.

rid: haan i know ki i love armaan. thank you mamaji. i know ki you married me off because you hate me since mama and papa left all their money to me after dying, lekin unknowingly you gave me an amazing husband. aur saath main uski mom dad bhi mujhe bohot pyaar karta hain.

When riddhima goes downstairs, armaans parents are back along with armaan's brother, who happened to know ridz before AR's marriage.

ridz: good morning mama, good morning dad. omg rahul bhaiya? aap yahaan?

rah: haan actually heard my little brother got married without me... i was so hurt :'( then i found out ki he stole my riddhu! haye mein to barbaad hogaya!

ridz: rahul bhaiya! tumhari nautanki toh kabhie baand nahin hoga! waise i never realized ki armaan's brother rahul was you! omg did Muski, Atul, Anji, Nikki, or Abhi come? it's been sooo long!

billy (armaans dad): wait wait rewind! how do you know each other?

rahul: actually riddhima studied in our college dad. she is three years younger than me, lekin our friend circle was quite well unique. age never mattered to us. you know muskaan mere girlfriend, woh to riddhima ki best friend hain! and no they haven't come. they will join a few days later. you know we were all so upset! after your graduation you just left! phir shaadi karli! and we found out afterwords! none of us could make it!

ridz: woh sorry, you know na ki mom dad ka accident hogaya tha. phir when i returned mamaji told me i was getting married. i never had time to inform anyone.I guess I lucked out getting married to such a great family though.

rahul: hmm i hope armaan treats you well. btw where is he?

ridz: he should be out any minute. he came out of the shower and started doing something on his laptop. something about work?

rah: hmm i really wish i could have talked to you before marriage riddhu

anaya (arm's dad) - aur woh kyun?

rah: no reason mom. no reason.... hey ridz, you and me lunch? whats say?

arm: hmm rahul bhaiya! your back! waise that sounds great! i have to go to work! something urgent came up! waise how do you know my wife so well? hmm?

rah: tumhaare wife, meri bohot ache dost hai for a couple of years.

ridz: sirf a couple of years?

rahul: haha okay well we go way back, let's just leave it at that hmm?

arm: lekin ridz toh tumse choti hain, haina? toh phir?

rahul: well muskaan bhi mujhse choti hain, and well ridz went to college with me, and well before that even we met at parties and such. phir i actually me muskaan through her. funny story actually... that prank you played on me turned into something else now huh

arm: kya prank?

rid: woh kuch nahin

rah: no we should tell him riddhu

ridz: lekin rahul bhaiya...okay fine, lekin you can tell him

rah: okay well you see I asked riddhu here to go on a date with me. and she said yes. phir when i went to the restaurant i realized she sent muskaan in her place.

ridz: i didnt realize he really meant he wanted to go on a real date with me, i mean we were just friends, and he was like my brother

rah: haan, well muskaan and I really hit it off. turns out ridz tricked her into going. muskaan thought she was going to have dinner with riddhu

ridz: hey i played cupid be happy, though i meant to prank you both...

rah: hmm lekin what a beautiful prank it was...anyways chalo let's have breakfast.

armaan somehow felt uncomfortable knowing that rahul wanted to date riddhima, but brushed it off.

After breakfast:

arm: hey riddhima, please can you help me with this tie?

rid: haan sure. waise kab tak ghar aaoge?

arm: jaldi aane ke koshish karunga, lekin bohot kaam hain.

ridz: theek hain

Lunch with rahul

rah: dehko riddhima, i want you to be careful with armaan

ridz: kya matlab

rah: well frankly there is a reason i'm not close with my brother. he pretends to be something at home, lekin really he is a party animal playboy. different girl every week....he has slept around a lot. lekin i think ki woh sab shaadi ki pehli ki baat. i'm sure he wont cheat you. i havent been in touch with him in years, we talk lekin not about that stuff. so he has probably changed. lekin phirbhi you are one of my best friends. and well i want to ensure he never hurts you. i dont know if he shared his past with you or not. and well frankly you are more important to me then him.

ridz: no actually he never shared his past. lekin he seems different. understanding, caring...

rah: then i was probably worrying for no reason.

ridz: haan, i'm sure armaan would never cheat me

How one week passed by nobody realized. armaan would leave in the morning and return very late at night. He never seemed to have time for riddhima, but he would often kiss her. Riddhima knew he was a doctor so she never complained. She studied mba, but she knew doctors led busy lives. Everyday she would pack him lunch and help him get ready in the morning. Then she would dutifully wait for him to return home at night after everyone else was long asleep and served/ate dinner with him. Not once did she eat without him, no matter how late it was.

One day around 6 pm:

rahul calls riddhima on the phone: riddhu i have a surprise for you. come over to the marriot hotel and ask for the key to room 405 okay? phir meet me there okay?

rid: theek hain i'll be right there.

Marriot reception desk

rid: namaste! can i please have they key for room ...ah kya number bola tha? 504 ya 405?...um haan the key for room 504 please?

clerk: well usually i dont give keys like this, but here you go

rid:thanks..

Riddhima makes her way to room 504, and enters the key, and openss the door. she is shocked at the sight before her.

a blond girl was moaning - "oh that;s right babby...oh yes oooh" while making love to a man riddhima knew only too well, Armaan.

Armaan seemed oh too happy to be makin love to her as well..

with tears brimming her eyes, riddhima slowly left the room, closing the door.

just as she left her phone rang

rah: riddhu kahaan ho tum

rid: what room did you say?

rah: 405 come on up we're waiting! trust me you will LOVE this suprise

ridz: love toh dur ki baat hain, i need to talk to you bhaiya......

rah: kya hua? are you crying?

ridz: i'll be right there *she hangs up*

As soon as riddhima knocks on room 405 the door swings open and riddhima is greated by rahul, muskaan, abhi, nikki, atul, and Anji

ridz: omg guys! *she starts crying even harder*

muski: hey kya hua? i thought ki tum humme dekh ke kush hojayogi

ridz: jo maine galti se abhi abhi dekha, uske baad kaisa kushi?

rah: kya hua riddhu?

ridz: i took the wrong room card, i guess it was fate. you were right. go see for your self bhaiya... *ridz hands the room card over to rahul* haan lekin use kuch mat kehna please meri kasaam, i need to make the first approach. just take a peak and leave, no matter how difficult it is. and abhi go with bhaiya to make sure he doesnt say or do anything.

Rahul and Abhi exit and Nikki hugs ridz

Nik: sweety kya hua?

ridz: Niks tum lawyer ho na, can you help me? mujhse divorce papers chahiye

Anji: kya? lekin tumhari toh abhi abhi shaadi hua hain. aisa kya hua?

Just then abhi walks in holding a furious rahul

Rah: abhi let me go i'm going to kill him. i'm going to kill him today!

abhi: rahul shut up we have to go about this calmly!

mus: kya hua abhi?

abhi: i can show you a clip better then i can tell you. i took a short video on my phone for evidence. careful though it's pretty gross.

nikki: yeh kaun hai?

ridz: my soon to be ex husband

anj: omg sweety i'm so sorry

atul: oh god. riddhu, ab kya karenge?

ridz: mujhse divorce chaiye aur kya?

nikki: hmm well i'll need a few days to get the papers ready.

ridz crying: i refuse to stay with him a day longer. i can't. i'll suffocate. Mumma papa ka ghar woh mujhe shor dia. i've been thinking about renting it out, but i guess i'll move in there now. can you guys come help me pack? i need the moral support. what am i going to tell mama and papa rahul bhaiya?

rah: we are going to tell them the truth

ridz: no they'll be crushed!

atul: let's go pack up your things quickly. for now you can say you're staying with the girls as you havent seen them in so long. we'll think of something else later.

nikki: haan good idea. waise if you don't mind ridz can we really stay at your house? i hate hotels!

ridz: yeh bhi koi puch ne ki baat hain kya? you dont have a choice! you have to stay with me!!!

At the Mallik house

rid: hi mama, hi papa, yeh meri aur rahul ki friends hain. um mama, i was wondering, would it be okay if i stayed with nikki, muskaan, and Anji for a few days? i really miss them and well they invited me for a few day slumber party

billy: of course beta! you don't have to ask! have you asked armaan?

rrid: um..woh...he...he'll be fine with it papa. i called him, but he didnt answer...he must be busy

anaya: no problem beta. we'll inform him when he returns. do you need help packing a few clothes?

anji: we'll do that aunty!

rah: haan chalo guys!

In riddhima's room:

abhi: you want to grab a few things or everything now?

rid: everything lekin how do we get it passed them?

musk: out the window of course! start packing. i'll explain in a bit!

after they had packed all riddhima's belongings muskaan told the guys to go outside. then she called down and said catch!

musk: ab the big bags toss down to them from the balcony. we will carry the small one.

ridz: thanks guys.

nikki: no problem shona!

At Night when armaan returns,

arm thinking : hmm she was soo good yum.. lekin why was i thinking so much about riddhima? what's happening to me? ah i cant wait to see riddhima, lekin wait a minute where is she?

armaan calls out riddhima's name, but no response

arm: umm she always waits up for me, i hope she isnt sick...

armaan rushes to their room, but can't find riddhima anywhere. he begins to worry and calls riddhima in a panic

ridz: hello...

arm: jaan where are you? i can't find you anywheere! sab jaaga dund li a! kahaan ho tum? tumhaari tabiyat toh theek hai na?

ridz: armaan i'm fine. i'm with some friends. i told mama and papa. you were busy and your phone was off so.... anyways i'll be gone a few days.

arm: shona you just left without telling me? tumhaari bina kaise rahunga mein? kitne din?

ridz: just a few days armaan. you'll be fine. anyways i have to go.

arm: ruko ruko, did you have dinner yet?

ridz; haan, bohot pehle

arm: mere bina? waise mere khana kaha raka hain?

ridz: woh actually i left early, so i'm sure you'll find leftovers in the fridge. armaan i really have to go. bye

arm: hey tum theek toh ho na?

riddhima hung up.

armaan couldn't understand why but he really did feel bad. she wasnt gone for a day yet, but he was missing her. he had become so dependent on her and so used to her being around, he wasn't sure if he could manage without her. armaan went downstairs to find an empty fridge. he settled on an apple. when he went to his room, he couldnt get to sleep without riddhima next to him.

arm: what is wrong with me? she's gone for a few days i should be glad i can spend more time with melissa, why do i feel guilty? why am i missing her scowl and the way she scrunches up her nose when she thinks, kya hogaya mujhe? i need to talk to someone, lekin kaun? haan angad ko phone karta hoon

ang: hello?

arm: thankgod your up! i need your help man

ang; of course i'm up! just got back from my shift at the hospital! waise what's up?

arm: i'm so confused man. you know all about me right? i've been with melissa every evening this past week and come home to riddhima at night. i've been feeling so guilty. when i'm with melissa i kept imaging she was riddhima. riddhima went to her friends place without properly informing me and i miss her like crazy. i can't stop thinking about her.

ang: stupid your in love with your wife

arm: kya? yeh nahin ho sakta. me. armaan mallik aur pyaar?

ang: haan. just like when i fell in love with kripa remember? i went from playboy angad to fully commited no two-timing angad...best thing that ever happened to me i tell you

arm: kya main use pyaar...i mean.

ang: close your eyes and tell me what you see

arm closes his eyes and sees riddhima smiling at him

arm: riddhima..

ang: you're in love. now let me go to sleep. night

arm: night

armaan spent all night awake thinking about riddhima.

next morning:

hmm chalo let me call riddhima

arm: hello jaan i miss you

voice: um hold on, wrong person

arm: yeh kaun hai? meri riddhima kahaan hain?

voice: excuse me, yeh kaun hai?

arm: main armaan mallik hoon. riddhima ki pati. ab kya tum batasakti ho ki meri patni kahan hai aur tum kaun ho?

voice: oh mein anjali hoon. riddhima ki friend. riddhima isn't here, she went jogging with abhi, nikki, and rahul

arm: KYA? kab gaya? aur phone kyun nahin le gaya?

anji: chill, she forgot her phone but she's fine.

arm: okay ask her to call me when she returns.

anji: yea sure bye

arm: bye

arm: riddhima jogging karta hain? how come i never knew? hmm let me call rahul then i can talk to her.

arm: hello rahul

rahul: haan, armaan bolo

arm: can i talk to riddhima?

rahul: i'm not with her

arm: but i called riddhima's phone and anjali said she was jogging with you abhi and nikki.

rah: haan, but you know ridz na, she can go on forever! we got tired so we are in a coffee shop waiting. she's still out jogging with Abhay

arm: abhay? yeh abhay kaun hai?

rah: abhay is her old neighbor. he caught up with us while jogging. oh look she's back hol d on a sec. hey ridz hey abhay kaise raha jog? *he gestures that armaan is on the phone*

ridz loudly ensuring that armaan can here: it was great, abhay is soo bad though! gosh i missed him so much

abhay: i missed you too darling

nikki: ridz why are you all wet?

ridz: woh abhay being abhay wanted to prove he could still jog fast while carrying me, phir he threw me in the beach

abhay: it's not my fault tum itne baari ho

ridz: am not you liar

rahul struggling not to laugh : hey hey wait ridz armaan called. here he's on hold. quick my battery is dying.

ridz: hello?

armaan: hello jaan?

*click* riddhima hit disconnect and turned the phone off.

rahul: wow guys you are too good! and nikki that lie about ridzy being wet how did you two make that up?

nikki: its called improv

abhay: well guys i better run, gotta meet up with piya before she kills me for being late again! gosh i love her so much! if you need me you know where to find me!

ridz: thanks abhay!

abhay: no problem darlinggggggg

after abhay leaves nikki hugs ridzi and wipes her tears

nikki: i'm so sorry you had to go through all this pain ridzy

rid: lagta hain meri kismat hi karab hain! i loved him so much, sirf main hi kyun?

nikki: i dont know i dont know

Back to Armaan:

uff lagta hain his battery died. damn. all day passed and every time armaan tried calling riddhima, her friends made up an excuse or another of why she couldnt come to the phone. not once did she call him.

arm: she didnt call me once today. she usually calls me throughout the day to ensure that i'm fine.

suddenly his phone rings

arm: don;t ever call this number again. it's over melissa. i realized how stupid i've been. i'm in love with my wife. i can't do this anymore.

armaan thinking: hmm why dont i surprise her when she comes back? yea, then i'll tell her how much i love her. haan

two more days passed and armaan was getting worried. not once was he able to talk to riddhima. when suddenly his phone rings.

arm: hello?

rid: armaan?

arm: omg jaan i missed you so much,

ridz: what time will you be home today?

arm: in about 20 minutes. shona when are you coming back? i miss you too much, please i cant bear another day without you anymore. aaj ghar aajana pleasee

ridz: i'll be there in 20 minutes exactly. you better be there armaan.

armaan: i'm leaving sanjeevni right now! i've the best surprise for you!

rid: okay bye.

arm: bye jaan, can't wait to see you

15 minutes later armaan enters home all excited with a bunch of roses.

billy: hmm excited much armaan?

arm: dad aaj riddhima ghar vapaas araha!

anaya: yeh toh bohot ache baat hain.

billy: so can we see what this big surprise for her is?

arm: i want her to see it first

suddenly the door rings and riddhima enters with her purse, her house keys and an envelope.

armaan: riddhima! *he rushes over and hugs riddhima* jaan i missed you so much! never leave me again main marjaunga...i can't wait to show you what i did to our room!

rid: mr. mallik please leave me. *she pushes him off her*

arm: rid..riddhima? kya hua?

rid: here are my copy of the house keys. mama papa i'm so sorry, please forgive me for what i'm about to do, but i can't. i can bear everything in life but one thing.....armaan here you go *hands him the envelope* I want a divorce. here is your mangalsutra and ring back. *takes them off and gives them to him, she then wipes her sindoor off* i can't bear seeing you any longer. please yeh papers sign karke mail them to me. oh and btw don't bother trying to call me after today. I got a new number and in about 20 minutes my old one will be permanently disconnected.

armaan in tears: shona lekin kyun? please dont leave me, i love you. main tumhaare bina marjuanga.

ridz: tum mere liye already mar chuka ho. you want to know why? here watch this! recognize the man in the video? dont push me armaan! i'll tell mama and papa everything! the only reason i haven't yet is because i love and respect them too much!

armaan was shocked. he was watching a video of him making love to melissa.

arm: riddhima please let me explain

ridz: i dont need any. *she grabs her phone back* goodbye mr. mallik. sorry mama sorry papa please forgive me...and mr mallik. please do sign and return the divorce papers soon. goodbye.

with that riddhima leaves the house and armaan falls to the ground crying.

billy: armaan calm down. i still dont understand. what happened. what did you do that bad that she wants a divorce?

armaan: nahin! she can't leave me! NO!

armaan gets up and starts knocking everything off the tables - breaking mostly everything in his way,

arm: NO SHE CAN'T LEAVE ME! NO I LOVE HER, NO NO NO I LOVE HER D*MNIT

billy: armaan calm down!

armaan ignores billy and rushes into his room, billy and anaya quietly follow. they are shocked to see the room covered in pictures of riddhima. so that was his surprise...they watched armaan open riddhima's cupboards and drawers to find them all empty.

arm: no NO NO! you can't do this to me!

Two weeks later,

Nikki: riddhima i still can't believe that the company we all came here to work for belongs to you.

rid: tech. it was papa's and i honestly had no idea you guys all even applied here. i wasnt managing anything at the time. the trustees were. how could you all not realize? i mean shashank gupta's company?

anji: well come one SPR group of industries? how could we guess?

ridz: SPR - Shashank, Padma, Riddhima.........

abhi: hey guess what's the date? i need it for this check

ridz: January 10th. My one month anniversary...*tear* waise rahul bhaiya, what's going on with him? why hasnt he returned the divorce papers? i sent another copy a few days ago, but no reply...

Rahul: honestly i havent spoken to mom dad or armaan... i've been staying with abhi... i couldnt stand to see armaan's face...

ridz: rahul bhaiya what about your parents? that's not fair

rahul: okay i'll go home and see them okay? i'll even see if i can find out about the divorce papers

suddenly rahuls phone rings

ra: that's strange, it's dad

rah: hello dad? KYA? what? he what? you know what he deserves to, but she is with me right now, i'll ask her and we'll be right there. honestly though i dont want to bring her with me. if he wasnt my blood brother, i would have killed him myself.

rid: kya hua?

rah: um do you mind dropping by the house for a second with me? armaan attempted to commit suicide? on top of that he hasn't eaten properly or come out of his room in the past two weeks...

ridz: kya? theek hai jaldi chalo!

rah: riddhu you don't have to,

ridz; but i do...forget ki i was married to him, forget ki i should go for humansake, but i still love him...even after all this i still love him rahul bhaiya....*crying* i can never be with him, but i still love him...

rahul: theek hai chalo

abhi: okay you two go, well stay here and manage the office

anaya: after you left he broke down completely, he hasnt left his room, he doesnt let us go in his room anymore, he's become delusional and he is severely depressed. and well frankly what you see in his room maybe a bit frightening and at this point some things a tad bit obsessive. but well the obsessive portion he did when he thought you were simply at a friends house and soon coming home. he broke down and told us everything beta. he realized how much he loved you when you werent here, he felt guilty and ashamed of himself.

rid: auntie what happened?

anaya *crying*: after you left he broke down completely, he hasnt left his room, he doesnt let us go in his room anymore, he's become delusional and he is severely depressed. and well frankly what you see in his room maybe a bit frightening and at this point some things a tad bit obsessive. but well the obsessive portion he did when he thought you were simply at a friends house and soon coming home. he broke down and told us everything beta. he realized how much he loved you when you werent here, he felt guilty and ashamed of himself.

rah: he deserves to...but what were you saying suicide?

anaya *crying*: woh actually, in the past 2 weeks, he has tried to commit suicide 3 times. pehle was the day riddhima gave him the papers. he tried to drink rat poison but billy stopped him in time. then a few days ago he tried cutting his wrist with a bit of broken glass. then todayhe was crying that it would have been your one month anniversary and he found his old hidden pocketknife. he tried stabbing his stomach. he did manage to cut himself, but not too deeply. he wont let us touch him and clean it or anything thought. we called angad but armaan wont let anyone near him. angad just left saying armaan is severly depressed, paranoid and well out of his mind.

rah: okay, toh what do you expect riddhima to do?

billy: we were just hoping she'd agree to talk to him. we need to clean his wounds. we need to get him out of that room. we need to clean him up, clean the room. if you can just talk to him beti. just ask him to listen to us. shayad ab he'll only listen to you.

ridz: i'll try papa, i'll try. lekin i want to talk to him alone.

billy: i dont know if that's safe beti. his mental status is highly imbalanced at the moment. he might do anything.

ridz; papa, i left him because he cheated on me, nothing else. i'm not scared of him. and at the end of the day even though i'll never take him back, i do care about him.

billy: thank you beti thank you. lekin room mein jo dekhthi ho, it's not a pretty sight. it actually makes me sick to my stomach seeing it...be careful...

ridz: theek hai papa.

Riddhima opens their bedroom door and is shocked...

Armaan was sitting on the floor crying and singing to a picture of her. He had lost a lot of weight and looked like he hasnt slept in the past 2 weeks. He was surrounded by broken bits of glass all over. The room was covered in HUGE portraits of Riddhima. most were of Riddhima alone, but there were a few of them both from their wedding and a single picture of Armaan...

ri: ARMAAN?! what have you done to this room?

armaan turns and looks at riddhima

armaan crying even more: rid...rid....riddhima?

armaan gets up from the floor next to the bed and runs and hugs her (she doesn't hug him back)

arm: tum saach main yahan ho na? i'm so sorry riddhima, please mujhe maaf kardo. pleasee. i missed you so much.. i love you jaan. i love you so much. i'm so sorry. please never leave me again. please shona...*armaan kisses her neck crazily*

Riddhima pushes armaan off her much to his dismay

rid: don't touch me armaan. don't. what have you done to yourself? what have you done to this room? you know what i dont even want to hear it. this is pathetic. go get in the shower and clean yourself up. you smell disgusting. and have you changed even once since i left? EW

arm: i'm sorry riddhima, please meri baat suno, i'm so sorry...

rid: we can talk later armaan. right now you smell. go take a shower.

arm: nahin, please..agar i take a shower toh tum phirse chale jaoge....please...

ridz: i promise i want go anywhere. now get in the shower.

armaan takes his clothes and goes to the bathroom reluctantly. right after the shower turns on riddhima runs out of the room finally allowing her tears to pour out.

She runs to rahul who is waiting in thee living room.

rahul hugs her

rah: hey riddhu kya hua?

ridz tells him what armaan is like

rah: shh sab theek ho jayega

rid: i dont know if i can rahul...he's so broken..he doesn't even realize he is bleeding...he is like numb to all physical pain...

rah: do you still love him?

ridz; i've always loved him, lekin after seeing him with that girl...i dont know what to do....i just don't know....

rah: apne dil se pucho....

riddhima runs back to the room wiping her tears and followed by rahul.

rid: kya hua armaan?

arm: riddhima! *he runs and hugs her - his hand is bleeding as he broke a glass vase* tum kaha chale gayi thi? you promised ki tum mujhe chor kar nahin jaogi..please mat jaana.. main mar jaunga...mein mar jaunga....

ridz; armaan calm down, i went to talk to rahul bhaiyya. i need help cleaning this mess you've made...

armaan: nahin, please i just want to be alone with you pleasee

rah: armaan beta you look like you've been awake the past 2 weeks... when was the last time you slept?

armaan: the last night riddhima was with me

ridz: you mean 3 weeks ago?

arm: shayad...i've lost track of time...

ridz: chalo armaan you take a nap and i'll start cleaning.

rah: i'll be outside if you need me. *he leaves*

arm: nahin, agar i sleep toh you'll leave me...

ridz: uff okayy toh i'll sit here *sits on her side of the bed* and tum so jao.

armaan hesitantly gets on the bed. he then lays down placing his head in her lap and his arms around her waist

rid: armaan? get off me!

but her plea was left in vain as Armaan was fast asleep

ridz: arey yeh toh already so gaya....hey bhagwaan meri madat kar please. i'm so confused. kya karun mein? mom dad please i want to forgive him. i want to come back and pretend like nothing happen? how do i know he really does love me? kaise?? mom if only you were here today...i miss you so much mom...

anaya: padma is duniya mein nahin hain, lekin tumhari yeh mumma hai na?

ridz: mumma?

anaya: shh don't move, he'll wake up, how did you manage to make him sleep anyways?

ridz: i yelled at him, phir i promised not to leave while he sleeps.

anaya: and like magic... chalo i've brought Sanaa wih me to clean this mess up.

ridz: sure, um mumma can we talk?

anaya: haan, kya hua?

ridz: i don;t know what to do? i love him so much. i hate seeing him so weak and vulnerable...per how can any women stay knowing her husband cheated? i want to hug him, comfort him, but i can't. i feel disgusted. i saw him with her! *crying* i dont know what i should do.........

Riddhima wakes up and realizes she dozed off, armaan is still in her lap, but he is now looking up at her as he is awake.

ridz: tum kab uthe?

arm: bas abhi abhi, riddhima kya tum mujhe maaf nahin karsakta? please?

ridz: armaan *bzz buzz*

suddenly riddhimaa looks at her phone and sees 18 missed calls.

rid: oh my gosh! 20 missed calls! 3 baar abhi, 2 baar rahul, 2 baar atul, 3 baar nikki, 3 baar muski, 2 baar anji, 1 baar abhay, aur 4 baar Rishi. OMG RISHI! main toh bhul gaya! i was supposed to meet him tonight! omg! armaan hatho! i need to call rishi! is baar toh mein bilkul gaya!

rahul walks in on the phone

rah: acha rishi, hold on let me get her...ridz sorry to disturb you but rishi is dead mad at you for misssing your date. here talk to him

ridz: hello? haan sweety sorryyy! nahin baba i fell asleep aur i dont know how i missed it! i'm so sorry baba! acha baba ab toh maaf kardo! nahin you know na ki i love you. acha how about we go out for ice cream another time? haan i promise. nahin i'm not at home yet, lambi kahani hain....okay main rakhti hoon. give shubankar and keerti my love. love you sonu! byeee

arm *crying*: rishi kaun hai?

rah: she's got a point beta...you look pretty depressing with this beard...

arm: nahin...tum chale jaogi....*grabs her waist again*

ridz: okay i'll come with you okay?

arm: theek hai, chalo

armaan gets up and holds riddhimas hand like a baby and follows her to the bathroom, where she makes him shave.

arm: riddhima, abhay kaun hai? kya tum use pyaar karte ho?

ridz: nahin, abhay sirf mera dost hain, aur woh piya se pyaar karta hain.

arm: toh kya tum mujhse pyaar karte ho?

ridz: karta THA armaan karta THA....*thinks aur hamesha karta rahunga...*

arm: toh kya you don't love me anymore? i love you so much...

ridz: would you still love me if you caught me making love to abhay? i'll wait for you downstairs.

then riddhima walks away leaving armaan in tears

ridz; toh he's looking somewhat human now...

billy: how did you manage that?

ridz: i literally had to promise not to leave him while he does each thing. he even dragged me into the bathroom while he shaved....

anaya: oh gosh lekin...shh armaan agaya

armaan sits next to riddhima and holds her hand

rahul: chalo khana shuru karte hain

riddhima manages to make armaan eat though he wouldnt let go of her once...

after dinner:

ridz: okay main chalta hoon

arm: KYA? NAHIN KAHAAN? KYUN?? PLEASE MUJHE CHOR KAR MAT JA PLEASE *CRIES*

ridz: armaan i can't stay here tonight. i dont have any of my things..

arm: tum meri kuch pehen na, lekin please main mar jaunga please...

ridz knows that it may not be best for his mental state if shhe leaves so she hestitantly agrees

once in their room riddhima goes to armaan's cupboard to get her favorite mickey mouse t-shirt of his that is fairly long on her.

as she takes the shirt out two tickets fall out of his cupboard.

ridz: switzerland? armaan? yeh kya hai?

armaan: woh actually jab you went to stay with your friend *tear* i realized ki main kitna baara gunaah *tear* kiya aur ki i love you so much.*tear* phir i decorated our room with your pictures and bought honeymoon tickets for us... *tear*

riddhima looks at the date of the tickets... they would have left 2 weeks ago and would have been there for 2 months....

Riddhima goes to the bathroom to change without saying anything. in the bathroom she sheds some tears and changes.

ridz; okay chalo ab go to sleep.

Armaan sleeps again - but with his arm around riddhima and his face in the crook of her neck, and one leg over one of hers, making it a very difficult night for Riddhima...

Next morning Nikki drops by with spare clothes for Riddhima. Riddhima then leaves for an important meeting - with armaan in tow as he wouldn't leave her....

While in one meeting Armaan waits in a general waiting area when he is greeted by Angad,

Ang - heyy armaan! tum yahaan?

arm: woh riddhima ki saath aaya...she's in a meeting, ur tum?

Ang - came to pick Kripa up for lunch...toh kaise ho?

arm- living dead...i've hurt her so much angad...i love her lekin i hurt her....for once in my life i had someone actually love me, but i lost it...you know mumma and papa never loved me...hamesha i was never good enough for them...rahul bhaiyya also never...kabhie nahin....girls were always all over me, but none ever loved me...main toh pyaar mein vishwaas karna band karliya tha...like how can love exist? i never got any...from anywhere...mumma and papa always loved rahul bhaiyya but me no....phir riddhima aaya mere zindigi mein...i thought ki she;ll never love me either...i listened to vivek aur i did things i shouldnt have...but i didnt like it...it felt wrong...phir i realized ki i love riddhima...aur shayad she loves me too....i didnt know how to recognize love until it was too late. meri woh galti galti nahin gunaah the...aur woh gunaah ki wajase i lost the most precious thing of my love..i lost my riddhima....main marjaungi uske bina....uske bina har ek pal maut se bhi zyada karab hai...

ang: kya woh kabhie maaf nahin karenge tumhe?

arm: pataa nahin...

ang: kya woh tumse pyaar karta hai?

arm: karta tha

ang: armaan you can never stop loving someone. no matter what. saacha pyaar mein koi tha nahin hai...

arm: lekin maine itna baara gunaah kiya....

ang: agar pyaar saacha hai toh she still loves you...

unknown to armaan and angad someone had overheard their conversation....

"riddhima? hey kya hua? why are you crying?"

rid: oh hi Rakesh. woh kuch nahin

rakesh (another company's worker who came to SPR for a business deal) : lagta to nahin ki kuch nahin hain... waise if i may you look quite sexy...

ridz: dekho i dont appreciate these types of comments. please jao.

rak: kyun? nahin i think ki tum aur main...*he grabs her*

ridz: ruko! ARMAANNN bachao!!

armaan turns around and notices riddhima struggling to get free from rakesh

arm: RIDDHIMA!

armaan runs and pulls rakesh off riddhima and begins trashing him, while angad runs to call security

ridz: armaan ruko marjayega!

armaan: usne MERI riddhima ki saath betameezi ki hai!

but then security comes in and takes rakesh away

armaan turns to riddhima and cups her face

arm: tum theek toh ho na jaan?

ridz: ha..haan..

armaan slowly kisses her tears away - sucking them away. then he slowly leans in and softly kisses her lips, she slightly responds gently and he moans "ooh i love you so much shona"..

then it hits her, what's happening...she pulls away and runs with tears in her eyes...

it was very emotional seeing armaan's state

i feel bad for him and riddhima

really wanna know if riddhima will be able to forgive him
