what a wonderful update sorry i wont be able to give a detailed analysis or give the detailed account of what i liked and what i loved.........my observations...............i am hounded by assignments,presentations and upcoming exams...plzz bear with me...... well i kno its extremely frustrating for u.....but be rest assured......u r doin a fab job...... once i am done with my exams.....i will resume with the detailed feedback.... keep writing melody

Their honeymoon is exactly what anyone would want theirs to be (ok maybe a bit more but then .). I loved the baring of the souls that they id today.I think the biggest milestone in any relationship is when you can talk to each other without the fear of being judged or misunderstood. Mis-understandings may still happen, tempers may still fly and nerves may still fray but you are always comfortable with the fact that the other person will hear you out! I think these two have crossed that milestone today!

I also want to comment on a remark you made previously- about your dialogues not having the poetry like Barry Dhillon's.While your dialogues may lack the poetry, the visuals you weave with words are far more stunning...the way you describe the setting, their thoughts, their emotions- are just beautiful....so please do not underestimate the beauty in the simplicity of your writing!

Hope you have fun on your NY trip and please have a hot chocolate in the French bistro...thats on me!

EDIT: This is probably the longest post I have made on IF.

You Pixie...humble pie...what can I say? I didnt make it the typical honeymoon because, they are not a typical couple. They havent even been on a long phone call, if you recall from the past updates. The max they have done is text a couple of times when she got her new phone.

Otherwise, she would only meet him when there is an issue. The problem with these two is they shared deep love right from the beginning, which Maan was clear about, but our Geet confused it for attraction. When she married him, she knew it was not. So now they have to live through that phase to understand each other first before anything else. I do want to make them human in every way, so there is some precap to what actually goes on in the honeymoon (I was so tempted to use Jake's word here LOL)

Thank you for the long post. Technically I read your other long post for the day in another post as well. Given the fact I'm still one among your long posts I'm honored. Thanks a tonne for taking the time to write.

I have actually stopped bothering about the dialogues nowadays. I just write what comes to my mind, for now my concentration has moved on to plan the scenes than the hindi dialogues. If it gets too bad, do let me know. I will totally switch to english.

no time for opinions or precaps ?
u will b going to NY tomrow followed by the weekend so i guess we will have to wait(long wait) for the next update
OMG itnee badi punishment
this part is wonderful yaar
tell me which is ideal season to explore this place
& maan geet wow
definitely dont rush
its not even 5 months they know eachother
as said marriage is just an excuse to keep them together
if they were not married they would have been hiding ,staring or maybe dating
i m not saying that u will know ur better half completely within this certain time
infact there is nothing like that
every day u will get to know some thing new , even after years
its all about accepting. accepting the way u are
i guess they will b going to NY in the next part & geet may b moving to SF
waiting to see them through ur eyes
dont make me miss u mishti

I think you have missed a couple of my other posts. I'm going to NY just to feel NY and write from there. NO other plans. Perhaps, I want to go to MoMA and catch up with one Broadway musical, but that's it. I'm just going to be in one of the cafe's around Central Park writing updates. May be have lunch at little italy and take the PATH back to the other side of Hudson and enjoy the view of Manhattan from there.

This is just a very adhoc trip that I planned a month ago, because I started the FF and was craving for New York. Hopefully NY becomes more beautiful in the FF once I start writing from there, for I will actually get a chance to write about it. When Geet moves to SF, anyways I will be there once again. I will probably drive down to the bay bridge and post from there. What say?

You are not going to be punished. If not one update a day, you will definitely atleast get 1 every 1.5 days..

well... i love your characterization of geet...she is still very immature at heart....she gets nervous, confused and indecisive which makes her so much human :)

Maan is just as "dreamy" as the maan in the soap...

all in all as much as i love watching the soap, i love reading ur ff too....and wait the both of them :) :)
