Sorry guys.....

Had a busy week so couldn't update. And News of MJHT ending drained me out.

Here goes part 4.

Part 4

A big building with large board "EXCEL COLLEGE".

Several boys and girls entering in the college, all were excited to be the part of the most prestigious college of Mumbai. This is the college were mostly the kids of high profile people study. Only 3 seats are given to the students coming on scholarship.

Samrat enters in the college, excited like others to be the part of it. But as soon as he enters he is surrounded by a gang of guys.

Guy 1: Hey you....Fresher ho...????

Samrat: Nahin, I have taken admission in 3^rd year. I have come here on scholarship.

Guy 2: Oh....charity case ho???

Samrat: Charity??? No sorry scholarship.

Guy 1: Ek he baat hai dude, hamare liye to ek hi baat hai....hamare parents jo college ko donation dete hai....usi se to tumhari scholarship aati hai. To hua na charity case...!!!

All the guys start laughing.

Samrat didn't want to argue with them on the very first day of his college. So he decided to leave them, but was again stopped.

Guy 2: Hey dude...kaha chal diye....apna intro to dete jao...college ke rules nahin pata kya??? Kisi Gaon ke college se ho kya??

Samrat: Nahin. St Paul church trust ka college hai. Wahan se.

Guy 1: Laughing....total charity case....matlab orphan ho....kapde bhi charity mein mile the kya.

Guy 2: lagta to aise hi hai. Yeh t-shirt kafi purana lag raha hai. Waise maine bhi apne kafi clothes wahan donate kiye the. Ab se isse hi de diya karunga.

Samrat was now fuming in anger. But still tried to control his temper and decided to leave only to be pushed by those Guys.

Guy 1: Jaane ki bahut jaldi hai. Pata bhi hai Hum kaun hai.

Samrat: Mujhe tumse koi matlab nahin. Tum jo koi bhi ho. Ab agar mujhe roka to theek nahin hoga.

Saying this he pushes them and goes ahead.

Guy 2: Samajhta kya hai khud ko....hero hai kya kahin ka.

Guy 1: Jaane de abhie isse....kaha jayega...asli maza to tab aayega jab RV and Yash aayenge...tab dekhte hai isse. Kaha jayega bach ke. Charity case.

Saying this all the guys leave from there.

Samrat was upset after all this happened. He never expected that his first day at college would begin like this.

He went to Men's Loo and washed his face to calm himself.

Samrat (to himself): Un logon ko main dekh lunga. Himmat kaise hui unki. Par mujhe kya farak padhta hai. I am here to study and I will do that. Unhone kuch galat bhi to nahin kaha...par aise kisi se koi baat karta hai kya. tameez nahin hai yahan ke logon ko. Par mujhe koi farak nahin padhta....I will not cross their paths.

Thinking all this he leaves for his first lecture.

Samrat checks his schedule on notice board and goes for the lecture. He had first lecture on Economics. On entering the class he saw same gang of guys on the last bench with some girls. They all started laughing as soon as he entered, but he ignored them and sat on the first bench with his notebook on the table and began to wait for the professor to come.

Few minutes pass but there is no sign of the professor and Samrat is getting irritated by the constant bickering of the gang. Few more minutes passed. Samrat decides to ask the boy sitting next to him about the professor.

Samrat: hi, Could you tell me why no professor is taking the lecture? Is he on leave?

Boy: No, we don't have an economics teacher yet.

Samrat (surprised): What?

Boy: yes. Our old professor was thrown out of college when he complained to management about a group of students. Those were from influential family and even our principal couldn't support the professor under the management's influence.

Samrat: Oh Ok. That's bad. Anyways I m Samrat. New admission.

Boy: Hi, I m Benji. Nice to meet you.

Samrat: Same here.

Just then the Principal Mr. Saxena enters the room. All the students stand to greet him except for the gang.

Principal: Good morning students. As you can see we have a new admission here. Samrat Shergill could you please come here.

Samrat goes to Principal.

Principal: Students. This is Samrat Shergill, a new admission to your batch. He has got admission on scholarship. He has been recommended not only by the St. Paul Church authorities but also the Inter State Basketball team club. He has played BB on state level and has won all the matches, the credit for which goes to him. I am proud that excel has got one of the very good student and sportsperson and I am pleased to welcome him to be the part of our Excel Family.

All the students clap except for the gang who are whispering amongst each other.

Guy 1: Dekhte hai. Kitna best hai yeh bb mein.

Principal: Very soon we will be appointing a new economics teacher for you. Till then please concentrate on your other subjects.

Saying this Principal leaves the classroom.

Samrat: Great yaar. Principal sir is quite nice.

Benji: ya he is.

Samrat: We just had 1 lecture today. And that too there is no professor. I think I should leave now.

Benji: Why so soon yaar. Come I will take you on a tour to our college. And then we will go to canteen.

Samrat: Not today dude. I have to go to see my accommodation and place of my part-time job.

You can take me on tour tomorrow.

Benji: Sure dude. No prob. Can I call you Sam? Short for Samrat.

Samrat smiling: Sure.

Saying this Samrat left for Shekhar Bhusan's mansion.
