Oh common.. the situations can totally be compared coz the emotions underlying them were essentially 'almost' the same.. only they were more intense and magnified by time.. i agree that the phase in their relationship was different.. i was going to put it in there.. but i didnt coz that would mean another para of stubborn denial and then realization for Riddhima.. and it certainly saved her and the readers a few more tears.. lol.. also taking into account the fact that ultimately she too wants Armaan..😳 and even i was in a hurry to get them together now!! lol!! 😆
Armaan messed up alright and Riddhima endured the pain. but i am not repeating that i have repeated a hundred times of how he feels the same pain that she does. even if you think that is filmy crap, Riddhima herself at some level was responsible for what happened..
Love is not always what matters. sometimes other emotions take over.. and for a guy who's been accused of ruining his parents' life in the past Shashanks acusations hurt more than they should have. for someone who's actually believed at some point in life that they are nothing but a burden and bad luck to the people who love them, it shattered him to know he was back to it again.. i know i made his life a little too tragic, but then it a story.. so in his eyes he saw Riddhima's love, but it got overshadowed by the realization that Dr. Shashank was right and his love was wrong..
what he did was still wrong.. made hasty decsions.. but came around.. another part of his emotional potential that needs to be explored is that all said and done he shouldnt have left her if he loved her so much.. like she couldnt bring herself to imagine a life without him, nor could he.. how did he still bring himself to separate himself from her.. that is what Riddhima will realize as time passes..
and of course time heals.. i am sure these two weeks wont matter two years down the line. fortunately Riddhima is the forgiving types.. otherwise poor guy would have to actually wait forever..😛😆
and lastly about Dr. Shashank.. are you serious.. he shouldnt be forgiven ever.. he did what a dad had to do.. he's still right in his place.. wronged by his ego.. he just needs to see through it.. hopefully he will.. but i dont think giving up your family for the love of your life is the right thing to do.. and it is so not true that he doesnt care about his daughter.. its because he cares so much is why he's so reluctant to give her away to someone he thinks is wrong.. you have to see things from his veiwpoint too.. everything is not about just love..
And above all this is a story.. in a perfect world, shashank wouldnt have caught them, Armaan would have spoken to him, he would be impressed and Armaan and Riddhima would have been married by now.. whats the fun in that.,🥱
also if Armaan had not overheard shashank's unfair accusation he would have fought for Riddhima.. of course in that case he would not have left her alone.. nor would she have to run away.. but then again, whats the fun in that..😆
in conclusion.. i am sorry to have bugged you with this long reply but i had to defend my characters.. its almost like another update. lol! but that also shows that i could not get across my point in the update. so my apologies..
