I am so sorry to hear about your frend,may your friend rest in peace.I know how hard it is,and I am going through the same.I cant seem to accept anyone right now.But hopefully I will find that one person who will accept me with my friend:(Just like you...

If you need a friend to talk to I am always here,although you have your husband for that:)

And its good to see that you are blessed with someone so understanding.....(L)Thank you for reading my ff,it is probably as emotional for you as it is for me.....You will be suprised to see how much my story will reflect on your life....Next chapter will be dedicated to your friend and my friend:)

They entered the house,but were stopped as three young women clad in designer saree's carried on the rituals of the entrance of the new edition to their family.After all the rituals were finished,Maan grabbed Geet and took her to the living room where everyone was seated.Upon her entrance,she finally noticed the men and the two younger children.The two younger men were a spiting image of the elder one,who she presumed was Maan's father.She smiled at them and bent down and touched Mr Khuranna's feet.Mr Khurana put his hand on her head and offered many blessings.After she was introduced to Mr Khurana,Maan introduced Dev,Vicky and Arjun.Maan was about to introduce their wives,but they beat him to it and hugged her.Naintara,Pooja and Arohi smiled with tears in their eyes knowing Maan had found his love.Everyone sat down and two young twins came to greet her.

"Aap kon ho"They asked in unision

"Main woh khadoos ki wife,"She wisphered as the twins laughed.

"Waisay aap kon ho?"Geet asked aware of everyone's eyes on them.

"main chahat hoon or yeh meri behn jannat."

"wow..App dono ke kitne payre naam hain?"

"Really?"Chahat said.

"Really."Geet smiled.

"Papa..Papa..she is so nice and sooooo pretty.I love her"Jannat said to Vicky.

"Haan meri bhabi toh bohot pyari hain.Wasaiy Bhabi aap jaisye sexy larki mera khadoos bhai ke saath kiya ker rahe hai.OWWW.Pooja baby that hurt."Vicky said as his wife hit him on the head

"do not mind him Geet,wasaiy mera pagal husband sahi keh raha hai.Ap bohot pyari ho!Aur mere dono babies ko toh koi bhi pasand nahi ata.Magar apne unka dil chura liya!"Pooja said as she sat her children in her lap.

Geet smiled before her eyes fell on Arohi,she saw a certain saddness in her eyes.Confused,she turned and looked at Maan who said he would tell her after.Feeling her sadness she got up and went and sat by Arohi.Arohi looked up with confused eyes.She sat by her and told Arjun to go sit by her brother as she wanted to sit by her new friend.Geet gently gave her hand a squeeze and wishpered something,the rest watched as Arohi smiled and gave Geet a side-ways hug.

Everyone fell into a deep conversation about Maan's childhood,geet would feel left out at some points, but then Naintara would tell her that she felt the same way when she first came.Maan noticed the sleep that was taking over Geet.He nudged his mother telling her they were going to head off to bed.The men gave Maan a thumbs up and a blushing Geet a wink.As if that was not enough the two twins who were just 4 years old asked loudly if Maan and Geet were going to make babies.Poor vicky got another slap from his wife as he was the one who had accidentally said that out-loud when Arjun and Arohi got married.The blushing couple went to their room,Maan closed the door and looked at a shy Geet.Feeling the need to tease her,he slowly moved closer and closer to her.Geet was lost in his eyes,with each step he took forward,she took backwards.He trapped her between himself and the wall,gently he wrapped his hands around her waist.He bent down and placed an innocent kiss on her cheek.He looked at her and stuck his tongue out,and geet knew he was playing a very naughty game.

"Geet,do not worry.I will not force you in to anything.The beds all yours,I will go and lay on the couch."

"Its okay Mr DD..I mean maannuuu jiii.We are both adults now,I think we can behave and sleep on the same bed."

"are you sure?"

"yes Maan."

Maan smiled and went to change in the other room as geet changed inside.She put on her long shirt and guy shorts,that reached to her knees.Pulling her hair out of the braid,she ran her fingers through her head before she heard someone knock on the door.Maan came in and froze in his spot as he took in her attire,even in loose fitted clothes she was a sight.Shaking away from the thoughts,he smiled and made hs way to the left side of the bed.Laying down he saw geet sit down and put her hands together to pray,he watched her with great interest.Maan never prayed as much.as her eyes opened slowly he looked at her and asked her what she was praying for.

"For you,your family my family,Ali and for my future.I am praying for everything really"Geet said smiling which mad Maan smile,She just entered the house and she was praying for them.

"Maan why is Arohi so sad."Geet asked lying down facing him.

"Geet,Arohi had a miscarriage twice ths year.She is so weak that her womb can not carry a child.Arjun loves her and tells her it is okay,but like any girl she wants to be a mother too."Maan said before looking at the ceiling.

"Maan,I will pray for her.You guys should not just leave her like that.Be her support.From tomorrow I want to be her friend."Geet said before sleep took over.

The next morning Maan felt a light feather like weight on his chest,something warm and fragile.As he opened his eyes he was met with the most innocent face,Geet lay there sleeping with her bottom lip stuck out a bit.She started to stir,and Maan gently shut his eyes to save her from the embarrassment.Geet slowly felt the rays of sun hit her flawless skin,she snuggled in to the bed even more."wow this bed is so soft and muscular...wait muscular"Geet thought before opening her eyes and realizing that it was Maan she was hugging.A blush creeped up her neck,as she pulled away.She gently got up,and left to open up her drawers and find a sari to wear.Last night she had seen her drawers filled with different designer sari's.She took out a black saree and headed to the washroom yawning.Geet came out wearing the saree,as she turned around she saw that the bed was made and Maan was no where in the room.Geet decided to leave her hair out because the sari had a revealing back.Her long wet hair covered her back,making her gasp from the water dripping down her back.She reached for the sindoor laying on the table,as she was about to put it on someone's hand stopped her.She looked up as Maan took the sindoor from her and shook his head in disappointment."Yeh mera haq hai"He chocked out not being able to think straight because of her flawless beauty.She silently thanked him and said she had to make her first dish as a bahu.When she got downstairs she heard a few whistles,turning around she noticed the family sitting on the couch looking at her.Smiling she went and got blessing from Mr and Mrs Khurana,she proceeded to an old lady,who looked at Geet with a big smile.She looked at Sanaya mama,and then Sanaya told her that this was Savtri Devi Maan's Grandmother.

"Namaste Dadi"She said as bent doen for blessing from the elder women

"Namaste beta,jeete raho!Wow Maan ne toh kabhi nai bataya ke uski choice itni achi hai,."Geet blushed as she felt Maan come and stand beside her

"Dadi,apka pota hoon!Choice toh achi hi hogi na!"

"wasay sahi kaha."

"Woh Geet,hum breakfast aaj late kerain ge,first we have to go to Ali's grave."

"Maan abhi?"

"bilkul"

"But I can not go there in this saree."

"Wear a shawal over it.I want to get his blessing before we do anything else."Maan said and smiled,geet 's eyes watered as she hugged him.
"Maan who is Ali?"

"Woh maa,I will tell you guys.Geet and Maan go and come quick.I want to try my bahu's first dish."Mrs Khurana said. to Savtri Devi and the rest of the family.

THe trip to the grave yard was very intense.For the first time Maan was scared ,scared that Ali would not accept him as Geet's husband.Geet was nervous because it had been awhile since she visited his grave.Upon arrival,Maan helped geet out of the car.Even with a shawal over her saree she looked good.He watched as geet covered her head and went inside the cemetery.After a short walk they reached a grave,and Maan knew it was him.He felt a gust of wind blow the dost away from the tomb where his name was engraved.

Missed by Mother,Father ,Shilpa Handa and Geet handa.

Maan put the red roses on his graves,the ones he had brought for Ali.Maan did not know what it was about his grave that made him so comfortable and peaceful.Although whatever it was,he knew that Ali was happy.He turned around to see Geet crying,walking to her he took her in to his embrace.They stood their for awhile before geet bent down by his grave and kissed it.Maan watched a few more tears slip from her eyes."I miss you"She said before wiping her tears and taking a deep breath and continuing."I am getting Married Ali,your wish is coming true.He will take care of me.Can we have your blessing?"Geet said before she felt the wind move some of the rose petals on the grave to her lap.It was as if he had sent her a sign,and she knew he approved.

Geet and Maan returned a little after 9am,geet tied her hair in to a bun before leaving to go to the kitchen and cook.After a an hour or so,everyone was called to the table.The family was dumbstruck with how good the food tasted.Geet had sat down by Maan and smiled telling them she loved to cook.Everyone praised her,and Maan felt proud.Everyone watched Geet as she talked to Arohi,after what they found out about Geet they felt so sorry for her.Arohi had felt a connection to her,as if she knew how much it hurt.
