~~~~Part 9: Destiny~~~~

In the college, there is bit of a strange scene at the computer lab room today. Seems like there is an unusually long queue extended further out of the room itself. The new student is one of the candidates waiting for a very long time in the queue for the availability of a computer in the lab. As a new student, he is losing patience. So he asks another student in the queue..

N: bhai yahan kya hamesha aise hi lambi line lagi rehti hai?
S: nahi…itni lambi to nahi hoti. pata nahi kya hua hai aaj..
N: ek minute main dekh ker aata hoon

So he pushes the queue and gets inside the room only to see few computers available and while the queue is moving quite well on some computers there is one PC where this student is taking all her time as her typing speed seems 1 word per minute. So he gets really annoyed and approaches her from behind..

S: excuse me..(apparently when she turns her face towards him, to his great shock its none other than Nupur)
N: tum…?
S: yeh to main bhi soch raha hoon..tum????
N: tum yahan kya kar rahe ho? kahi peecha nahi kar rahe ho hamari
S: o hello…mera dimagh phir gaya hai kya jo main aafat ke peeche peeche usse dhoondhta phiroon
N: aafat? tumne mujhe aafat kaha? niklo yahan se…abhi issi waqt niklo
S: kyun? yeh tumhara bedroom hai jo nikaal rahe ho. college hai yeh aur yeh jo lambiiiiiiiiiii si line dekh rahe ho aap, yeh aap ke meherbaani se hai. to zara inn ghareebon per rehem khayye aur yeh computer khali kar dijiye…plzz
N: arre magar computer ka khatam nahi hua to kyun khali kare hum
S: dekhiye…aap jiss raftar se apna kaam kar rahe hai na…aap ka to pata nahi par hum saare students yehi pe khare khare burhe hojayenge aur bechare computer ki umer ka to uparwala hi jaane
N: kya…kkkkya matlab hai tumhara (as she strutters in embarrasment) humain kya computer chalana nahi aata?
S: are nahi nahi…hamari aisi majaal k hum aap ke baare me aisa soche!! woh hum keh rahe the k aap apne in naazuk haathon ko itni taqleef kyun de rahe hai? layye…kaunsa project ka paper hai? main kar deta hoon
N: Nooooooo…(as she covers the screen with her dupatta). hum kal kar lenge…koi zaroorat nahi. And she rushes out of the room with her wet eyes.

Outside, in the courtyard, Nupur was feeling both embarrased and frustrated at the same time.

N: yeh tu kya kar rahi hai Nupur! This is not YOU. zindagi me pehli baar tujhe lekar log baatein kar rahe hai, tujh per hass rahe hai. kya hogaya hai tujhe
N: yeh to humain bhi nahi samajh aaraha k kya hogaya hai humain! email karna itna zaroori to nahi na! 3 mahine baad khat hi likh lenge.
N: magar woh intezar kar raha hoga…kya yeh sahi hoga?
N: 10 saal jo tunay intezar kiya usska kya?
N: woh intezar to humnain apne aap ka kiya k kab hum umer ki uss dehleez per rakkhe jab iss intezar ko ek haseen anjaam milega (she starts smiling on her own)

Suddenly someone's apparent throat clearing brings her back on earth…its that new guy again. All her anger has now found a diversion...

N: tum?? tumhari problem kya hai? larkiyon ka peecha karna…unhe pareshaan karna, logon k saamne unka mazaak uraana..bas yehi kaam reh gaya hai tum jaise larkon ka!! sharam nahi aati…koi tameez hai k nahi tum me???
S: I am sorry…
N: (was going to continue with her harsh tone but stopped..) kya kaha?
S: I said I am sorry…mujhe aise tumhe sharminda nahi karna chahiye tha itne students k saamne. yeh lo…yeh tumhara notebook jo tum wahan per bhool ke chhor aayi thee.
N: (just realises that the notebook is not with her and the draft letter too is there. She grabs it from him..) Thank you (and starts walking off)
S: suno..hamesha computer use karne k baad logout karna mat bhoolna. tum ne jaldi me apna email account khola hi chhor diya tha. Don't worry, maine logout kar diya hai aur tumhari email DRAFT me save kar diya hai. tum usse baad me complete kar lena.
N: tumne hamari email parhi?
S: tum mujhe ghalat samajh rahi ho. main aisa insaan nahi hoon jo doosron ki personal matters me interfere ya intervene karoon. bas draft me save karne k liye jitna dekhne ki zaroorat thee utna hi dekha woh bhi majboori me, jaan bujh ke nahi. chalte hai…
N: suno…I am sorry
S: kyun? ghalti to mujhse hui to tum kyun sorry bol rahi ho?
N: nahi..woh humnain khamakha hi tumhe itna kuch keh diya.
S: well..I deserved it :)
N: No..you're nice human being and you don't deserve this. By the way, my name is Nupur…Nupur Bhushan
S: (smiles at her) pata hai..
N: haan??
S: I mean notebook me dekh liya tha naam. I am Tanmay…Tanmay Sengupta
N: Nice meeting you Tanmay after all these fights.

They shake hands and become friends.

Nupur's jouney starts from this point where her life has just taken an alternate route.

Thought: Will this road lead her to her destination or did she, unknowingly, just took one step away from what could have been her destiny.

Back to the update... Bechari Nupur sab usske he peeche parhey hain...

lol...Aafat...🤣 I'm loving this new guy.. Jho Nupur Bhusan say takraya hai...

But very nice... Kya zamana agaya hai bechari sakoon say mail bhi nahi likh sakti hai...

But amazing update Neela "as always"...

So Tanmay & Nupur...? 🤔 I've analysed this line a lot, read the previous parts once again... & read ur comments to others...And I've come to an conclusion ... I'm still not sure, you're very unpredictable but let's see what happens next... & I'm having a very bad feeling about this... it's like you have given some clues in every update... Yah yeh mujhe he lagta hai..? 😛 But in certain updates there are sentences that makes you think...Lekin dekhte hai Nupur ki kismat main kya likha hai...

aj tum kamal k din hai...pehly tu ap k pm aaya .....is pagham k intezar hum kab se ker rahy thy....kal hi soch rahy thy ap ko tang keray ek scrap ker k...per ap k dil zayada acha hai....humari baat tu sunata hai kam se kam..😆...

a beautiful one...though was short.....but nupur' unsaid word...her fears n her embarssmnt all was perfect in this.....tu akhir kismat ahi gai....humain intezar tha us moor k jis se kahin ek new turn layti hai.....
