Hey thanks all!😳 Since last update was a short one there you go the next part!😉

PART 7

"My love for you is a journey starting at forever and ending at never"

That was the first line in the album. As she turned the pages she saw so many of her pics made into a beautiful collage. She herself couldn't remember when all these pics were taken. In fact Sid has been clicking her pics every now and then in his mobile without her knowledge! Something he has been doing for a long time! Collecting the pics of all their beautiful moments together and various expressions of Riddhima. He was preparing the album to gift it to her on their first wedding anniversary but alas! There were tiny little notes in between the pictures.
Riddhima went through each notes with a heavy heart. But one particular note made her blush. It was next to a pic where Riddhima was with the kids in the orphanage! She had one of them in her arms. And the note read
"My lover girl.. i love to love you.. Waise cant wait to see you holding on to our junior Sid! ;)"

Her cheeks had turned beetroot. She was glad no one was around to see her blush like a newly wedded bride! She left the very personal album in the cupboard as she dint want anyone else to see it. She took the shirt with her and left to her parents place.

Meanwhile Armaan was already there convincing Padma and Shashank about his wedding with Riddhima. Shashank remembered what Sid told and so he dint take much time to approve Armaan's request. After all he just wanted to see Riddhima happy and dint wanna force any decisions on her.

Armaan was leaving when Riddhima reached Gupta's. He stood next to his car and waited for Riddhima. She walked towards him in concern

Riddhima : Armaan! What are you doing here?

Armaan : Surprise for you baby! He gave her a quick hug and a peck on her cheek

Riddhima tried to figure out what's happening.

Armaan : woah woah! You look SHOCKED! Relax! Everything is fine. Anyway i got to go! Too much to do and too little time! He winked at her and zoomed away

Riddhima was still clueless. She entered home to see s beaming dad and mom! The smile looked forced though! The Gupta's were clearly not happy with what was going on. Breaking away after marrying a guy twice. But soon they realized it's better if Riddhima marries Armaan as they dint wanna force another marriage on her which could end up in a disaster like her previous one. They were still clueless about what happened between Sid and Riddhima but yet dint ask her even once because of what Sid told.

Riddhima : What's going on?

Shashank : Your knight in armour officially asked us our daughters hand for marriage. That's what happened.
Both Shashank and Padma shuffled her hair and went to their room leaving behind a stunned Riddhima.

She slowly walked to her room. Still holding Sid's shirt tightly.
'Marriage? But... so soon...? I should talk to Armaan.
She decides to freshen up and calm herself down before calling him.

Riddhima : "Hello..? Armaan?"

Armaan : Basket! hmm.. soo?

Riddhima : So... what?

Armaan : How was the surprise?

Riddhima : oh ya.. good... but Armaan isn't it a bit early...? I mean my divorce hasn't even been settled yet...

Armaan : Arre don't worry about that. It will be done in another one week.

Riddhima stayed quiet. So Armaan continued

Armaan : So i was thinking why not have a christian wedding... This court thing is boring and saath phere an all.. well i told you before i dont believe in all that...!

Riddhima : hmm.. ok

Armaan : You are happy no? Or you haven't yet recovered from the surprise?

Riddhima : a bit of both.

Armaan : Basket....?

Riddhima : Yes?

Armaan : I love you..

Riddhima : me too

Armaan : What me too? Tell me you love me...!

Riddhima : Yes..

Armaan : Tell "i love you"

While she hesitated a bit, Padma called her from downstairs for breakfast and Riddhima rushed the conversation with Armaan.

Riddhima : Armaan i'll talk to you later, ma is calling!

She disconnected the call and stared out of the window for a while and went down.

Couple of days passed by.

Wedding date has been fixed. It's schedule on coming weekend. ie 7 days from today! Ceremony for close family & friends only. A christian wedding in the Goan beach. Eternal lover planned his wedding differently. He avoided the usual indian wedding intentionally as he knew it would remind Riddhima of her previous marriage and Sid! Armaan dint want Riddhima to 'think' about anyone else on his wedding day but him! Hence chose christian wedding outside Mumbai in Goa.

In Hospital Armaan had planned another surprise for Riddhima. Since the fire escape of Sanjeevani had played a major role in their romance Armaan decided to propose Riddhima officially in there. And so when she was grabbed by her arm and pulled to the Fire Escape Riddhima had a sense of dejavu. At first it reminded her about the dream she had about Sid few days back. But when Armaan took out the ring to propose her it reminded her of the time Sid proposed her. His sincere words... his intense eyes.. the way he cupped her face and blanketed her in his arms... Though Riddhima seemed to look straight in Armaan's face there was a shield rather a wall infront of her eyes covering Armaan's vision. The wall played Sid's beautiful proposal right in front of her eyes and the smile was back! Armaan's heart giggled when he saw her smiling with so much affection and admiration. He made her wear the ring and hugged her tight. He ran her finger through her arm to her neck.. removed the strand of hair which covered her neck and kissed her. She responded to the kiss by wrapping her arms around him so tight. She buried her head in his chest planted a kiss there and whispered "Sid" the same moment when Armaan whispered "Basket" in her ear.
Riddhima was taken aback by that! He pushed him so hard to free herself from his clutch that Armaan almost lost his balance. He recovered only to find Ridz dashing from there. She had her palm cupped to her mouth. Armaan was bewildered by her reaction. He didn't hear Riddhima whispering Sid's name and so he couldn't make sense of her behavior. Armaan was following her to the washroom but then was stuck with a new emergency case.

Riddhima in the washroom was in utter shock. "Oh God what's happening! Why is Sid clouding my thoughts. Why can't i get him out of my head. It's not that he is upset or anything. I don't have to worry about him. He is 'happy' in Houston"! Then why am i thinking about him so much! I had similar thought about Armaan but then he was capable of hurting himself if he cant get his way. Sid isn't like Armaan. He won't do anything like that, he promised he will be safe. He knows i still care for him but then i know he would never misuse it and hurt himself which will make me feel guilty! Then why am i thinking about him so much!"

She soaked her face in the cold water. It made her calm down and she thought to herself
"This is not right... I am doing wrong to Armaan. He loves me a lot and by thinking about Sid i am letting him down...If I love Armaan then i should be with him. And i should stop thinking about anyone else. I love Armaan.. I love Armaan.. I loved him for 2 years and i still love Armaan"

Just then her mirror image confronted her. "Aren't you repeating the same mistake you did with Sid? When you were with him you were thinking about Armaan. But you had a reason to be worried about Armaan as he was unpredictable and quite capable of harming himself. And now when you are with Armaan you are thinking about Sid when you know he is sound and safe! You were 'worried' about Armaan but now even without a reason you are still thinking about Sid! Armaan loves you... Sid never loved you"?

Riddhima felt the ground beneath her crumbling. He closed her ears tightly and ran from there avoiding anymore accusation of her mirror image. She kept herself busy in work the rest the day. As soon as she was done with her work she left the place and so Armaan didn't get a chance to talk to her.

Back at Gupta's Riddhima was fidgeting with her phone thinking about all that happened in the fire escape today. That's when she saw the ring Armaan made her wear. She stared at the ring for a moment and walked towards the dresser. She opened her jewelery box and found the ring which Sid had given her. Once again she was slipped to her past with Sid. she took out Armaan's ring from her finger and wore Sid's! She was lost in his thoughts when her phone rang.

Riddhima who was back from her fresh encounter with Sid memories : "Hello Sid??"

Armaan : "IT'S ARMAAN.... RIDDHIMA! ARMAAN!" This is the 2nd time Riddhima has done it and this time he was clearly miffed

Riddhima : Armaan..! Armaan...! I am so sorry.. woh mein..

Armaan : Woh mein kya Riddhima!?

Riddhima realizing the anger in his found it better not to take Sid's name agin so she stayed quiet.

Armaan : Jab dekho Sid Sid Sid! Tum pyar mujhse karti ho ya phir usse!
Armaan realized he went a bit over the board and immediatle apologized..!

Armaan : I.. I.. i'm soo sorryy! I din't mean to say that basket... Of course you love me and i know that.. It's just you keep thinking about him more than my likeness... i am also human.. and at times even i do react when you tend to think about someone else more when you should be thinking about me.. I dunno... I might be being selfish here... I understand you are worried about him and all... the fact that his pops out in almost all our conversation ever since he left is really pissing me off... I am sorry Basket..!

Riddhima was rewinding whatever Armaan just said... She realized how different Sid was from Armaan... She remembered how easily she could share her fears and concerns for Armaan with him. She remembered how supportive Sid was and how much he himself cared for Armaan... I kept talking about Armaan but he never reacted the way Armaan reacted just now...

Armaan: Riddhima...

Riddhima : Yes Armaan...?

Armaan : I'm sorry...

Riddhima : It's ok..

Armaan : You are not mad at me, are you...?

Riddhima : No...

Armaan : I love you... Now don't say me to and escape! I wanna hear those magical 3 words from you...!

Riddhima : 'I love you...'

mindblowing👏 this is really good and i really liked how you made ridz realize the difference between her ex. and her husband sid, this is indeed true, that sid is way above anyone, he is the most understanding person in this whole world! he is a unique man! contuine soon

Loved it !!!👏 How i wish they showed this in the show but alas,i guess the CVs will never let anyone be happy. Anyways it was awesome darling ! Now hurry up and make our Ridhima run to Siddhant to Houstan !
