PART 12

Once he recovered from her kiss he moved away from her.

Riddhima just kept looking at him trying to figure out what he is doing.

Sid : Riddhima...you don't have to do all this... Nobody will blame you for our divorce. You should be in a relationship where bond of love exists and not bond of farz.

Riddhima : But Sid i love you...

Sid's lips twisted into a bruised smile.
Sid just couldn't believe what was happening. Few weeks back he heard her saying Armaan is her 'pyar' and now she is confessing to him that she loves him!

Riddhima again moved closer to him, clutched his collar with both her hands, brought his head down, kissed on his forehead and said "this is not my farz" then she kissed on both his cheeks saying "this is not my farz" she kissed him on his nose and said "this is not my farz" She pulled him more closer, etched his 'sexy face' in her heart and brushed her lips to his. Sid once again pushed her away when she was about to kiss him.

Sid : Stop it Riddhima! You dont have to do all this.
Sid himself was amazed by his will power. When he so badly wanted to sweep her off her feet and shower kisses on her. But he was scared.. He was scared after giving him another lovely dream she will take all that back and walk away from his life.

Riddhima : Fine, we will do it whenever you are ready! She smirked.

Sid for a second thought she has mistook some other girl for Riddhima. He haven't seen this side of Riddhima. The 'hopelessly romantic Riddhima' The way she kissed him and now this cheeky line.. he kept wiping his eyes to make sure it's his Riddhima!

Sid : I have work. Will you PLEASE excuse me!

Riddhima : Sure i'll wait for you... HONEY

Riddhima stresses the word honey and winked at him.

Sid's jaw dropped but he recovered quickly and while walking out called out to her
"Yeah whatever it's a hectic day and i'll be going home soon after work."

Riddhima was disappointed that she couldn't convince Sid, but she decided to continue pamper him till he give in.

Sid on the other hand kept shaking his head just to see if he is actually awake. It all looks a dream for him. But he is loving the dream and to acknowledge that, there was a tiny grin on his face.

Shilpa saw Sid strolling through the corridor and she caught up with him.

Shilpa : Hey jeej!

Shilpa was surprised that Sid didn't get irritated when she called him jeeju but instead his grin broadened.

Shilpa : "ooOO someone's blushing!"

Sid tried to be all serious when she said that.

Shilpa saw the lipstick mark on his cheek and commented : "ooO romance in hospital that too in duty hour"

Sid turned to Shilpa with a surprised look. She smiled and lifted her eyebrows touching her cheek with her finger and pointing towards his.

Sid didn't understand what she was doing

Sid : What?

Shilpa : "Arre jeeju you cant walk around in a hospital with lipstick mark on you face! Uff this Riddima di! Couldn't she wait for you to get back home!" She teased him.

An embarrassed Sid started wiping wrong side of his cheek. Shilpa laughed seeing his expression.

Shilpa : "Wait i'll do it." She took her dupatta and started wiping the lipstick mark from his face.

At the rear end of the corridor there was someone watching all this. She like a vampire clenched her teeth and sharpened her nails to drink that females blood who is touching her husband!

"How dare she!" Riddhima stomped towards the two.

On the other hand Shilpa enquired if everything between Riddhima and him is back to normal.

Sid : I don't know... i am really scared to get close to her again... If she leaves me again i don't think i'll even survive..." he continued after a pause. "You know last time if you weren't there i would have completely lost it." He pressed her hand acknowledging how grateful he is to her. She quickly gave him a side hug to say it's fine everything will be fine...

Before they could continue their conversation Riddhima intruded them.

Shilpa : Hii Riddhima di!

Riddhima : Hii Shilpa.

Riddhima then turned to Sid who was avoiding her as though she was invisible.

Sid : Shilpa.... HONEY....

Both Shilpa and Riddhima were surprised by the tone and the way he referred Shilpa!

Shilpa turned to him with a confused look. Whereas Riddhima was so annoyed she looked here and there so as to hide her annoyance.

Sid and Shilpa were now talking with their 'eyes'.

Sid : 'Come on! Play along it's just to irritate her' He pleaded

Shilpa narrowed her eyes and shook her dead to say NO!

Sid again pleaded with his puppy face and Shilpa tried to avoid it but then smiled and nodded as if to say yes.

Riddhima had completely missed their eye to eye conversation as she was shifting her glance to here and there.

Shilpa : "Yes SWEETIE..."

Riddhima was now SHOCKED beyond anything! She stood there like a mannequin without breathing.

Sid was enjoying Riddhima's expression and he tried so hard to control his laughter. He turned to Shilpa who was playing along so nicely and continued "Will you please come to my cabin for a second BABY.."?

Now Shilpa wasn't liking it a wee bit! Her Riddhima di was suffering and she didn't find it funny at all. But for Sid's sake she answered between her clenched teeth and forced smile "Sure COOCHIE"

As Shilpa and Sid walked towards his cabin, Riddhima watched them with a heavy heart and moist eyes. She couldn't see her life walking away from her like that. She felt the earth shattering and the ground beneath her crumbing.

She sat in one of the visitors couch. Slouched forward, covered her face with her palm and thought 'Sid and Shilpa!? Noo.. it cant be true...! How can he..! How can they...! be together... when he is still my husband...! True he gave me the divorce papers but... but... how can he jump onto another relationship so soon..... No.... it cant be true! My Sid is not like that. He is doing all this just to irritate me....
Her mind kept playing the previous scene over and over again but her heart refused to believe any of those...! And so she got up, wiped her tears and walked towards the cabin.

Riddhima stomped into Sid's cabin.

Sid and Shilpa stared at her anticipating an outburst.

Riddhima pointed her finger at Shilpa and asked her to leave the cabin.

Shilpa kept her head down and was about to leave when Sid grabbed her wrist.

Sid : Shilpa isn't going anywhere.

Riddhima : I wanna talk to you. ALONE!

Sid : Whatever you have to talk you can talk in front of her.

Shilpa : Sid..

Sid to Shilpa : STAY!

Riddhima : Fine! I just wanna know if you both are together.
