I am new to the forums. I recently watched DMG and I am a fan of SR.

This is my first FF I have read and god this is amazing.

Part 29

Sid couldn't believe he was unsuccessful at getting a hold of her. He finally had a plan and he couldn't implement it without her approval. He was desperate to get in touch with her. He went to all the places he could think of that she might be but all ended up being fails. He was just about to head home and call it quits for the day when he had a sudden realization. He acted on his instinct and hoped he'd find her there. There was a lot he needed to talk to her about.

Avni asked for forgiveness for telling that white lie to her mother. There was still another 5 minutes left in the game. But Siddhant's team was up 3 to 1 and she didn't think the other team had a chance of scoring 2 goals in 5 minutes. So the part about post game victory and Sid's behavior was true. She was just about to check her voicemail when Mahi started to fuss. She grabbed her bottle and started to feed her when one of the moms from Siddhant's team came up to chat about next week's play date location. By the time they had finished Siddant's team had won and she was dealing with juggling trying to keep Mahi asleep while participating in Siddhant's excitement. She set Mahi down in her carrier gathered Siddhant's gear and finally managed to get all three of them and the loads of equipment a soccer game seemed to entail into the car. As she drove she listened to Siddhant's version of the game, obviously filled with lots of tackles and steals done by the hero himself mixed in with the joy of getting the post game treat. This was the first game in a long time that it had just been her and her kids. It was an odd feeling.

Sue was still standing at the door. Confused at what had happened. More like confused if it had even happened. She shut the door and went back inside, went back to the charts she was in the middle of completing. The charts lay open in front of her, her pen at the ready but she was unable to focus. She had figured that once she had said all she needed to say to Riddhima she'd finally be able to close that chapter and forget about her. But once again the woman had prevented what should have happened from happening. She wanted to ignore what her heart was trying to get her to think about. She didn't want to give that woman even a second of her thoughts. But it wouldn't let her go. She kept seeing Ridz's face. The words she had said kept replaying. Sue couldn't shake off the feeling that there was more that wasn't said than was. There was something Ridz's was hiding. Sue hoped it wasn't what she feared most. Hoped that she would stay true to what she had said and left Sid alone. And yet, she couldn't shake the feeling that though she was right about there being something hidden what she was thinking was way off base.

Shilpa couldn't believe she finally had some time alone. After all these days of being hovered around by her family she finally had a chance to decompress. She knew they were simply concerned about her. Knew that they wanted her to be fine, no scratch that better than fine, they wanted her to be happy. But unfortunately, the only thing that would fix her was time. And even then she wasn't sure she'd be the same. She had thought that he had broken her heart. But she now knew that what she had felt for him was nothing but attraction. What she still feels for Akash is love. Even after all that has happened she can't muster up hate for him. Because she truly loves him and that means she wants him happy. If he's happy with his new life, with his…wi…then she's happy too. But she can't lie. She's not as happy as if he had chosen to wait just a bit longer for her. She glanced at her watch saw that her 15 minute pity party time had gone. She got up and shook off the melancholy.

Riddhima wasn't sure exactly where she was. But she found a place to sit and sat down. After that confrontation all she wanted to do was turn her car in the direction of the nearest airport. She wanted to get on a plane and just leave all of this behind. She knew she was being a coward, but she didn't want to cause them anymore pain. And truth be told she didn't want to handle any of the pain either. But she knew she couldn't leave without handling the one thing she had come here for. She wouldn't leave without at least accomplishing this. She would not leave things unanswered again. She took a deep breath planning to check in with the one person who knew it all. When she glanced at her phone and saw a missed call. Her hands shook at the unrecognized number. She felt her heart rate pick up as she went to play the voicemail that had been left for her.

Sid pulled up and was once again disappointed. He couldn't believe it. He'd missed her again. He was slamming his fist against the steering wheel when his eyes landed on something. It glowed as if it was a sign from the skies above pointing him to the right direction. He pumped is arm in victory and reversed the car and headed to his new destination knowing that he'd find her there. It was time to for them to finally meet. Fate was telling him exactly where he needed to be.

Avni settled into a booth with Mahi's carrier next to her and smiled at one of her best friends as she walked in with her son. She watched as Siddhant and Sagar ran to play with the rest of the boys in the arcade. Rashmi grabbed a seat across from Avni and let out a sigh of relief. Avni just laughed. Rashmi grabbed Avni's glass of water and chugged while Avni watched amused. "Let me guess. Fruit snacks?" Rashmi gave Avni a 'don't you know it look'. Avni laughed out loud as she continued, "I thought you got rid of all of them." Rashmi replied, "I did too." Avni replied with a knowing look, "Oh no he didn't. Please tell me he's still alive after you found out." Rashmi gave her best impression of a stink eye, "He's lucky he's out of town on business. I swear that man is more of a child than our son is. You'd think he'd listen when I told him no more fruit snacks. That the fruit in the snacks seems to act as caffeine in our son. But nope. He's such pushover when it comes to Sagar." Avni, held in her laughter. She knew her friend would forgive her for laughing at her, eventually. But she figured it would be safer if she held it in. She knew what was expected of her as a friend, "Well if you need plans for revenge I've got an excellent one." Rashmi's interest piqued, "Hmmm really. I know I normally say not it's okay. But I swear this time that man has pushed me too far." Avni waited for her friend to decide finally Rashmi said, "Okay. Give it to me. You after all are the master plan maker of revenge." They both burst out laughing knowing exactly that Rashmi was referring to their childhood camping trip prank. It was still talked about to this day. Once both had caught their breathes Avni began, "You got it. But no one better find out where this plan originated. Because if any one asks I will deny knowing anything about it." Rashmi did as she was supposed to and gave the scout's honor sign. Avni continued, "Alright. So what you need to do is buy the vending machine sized fruit snacks give them to Sagar right before you leave on an 'errand' that will conveniently take hours to finish. If you need a place to 'go' you can come to my place we can open a bottle of wine and have girl talk. I'll get someone to watch Siddhant and Mahi." Rashmi's eyes started to glow as she was able to see where Avni was headed she said, "Better yet why don't you drop Siddhant off at my place, we can have girls day of shopping. I know my hubby won't want to take part in that and he won't have clue what is about to hit him not just with Sagar but with Siddhant hopped up on fruit snacks." Avni smirked as she said, "Sounds like a wonderful plan. Cheers to that." and both ladies clinked their water glasses continuing to discuss when plan fruit snack revenge would take place.

Sid wished he knew what car he was looking for but he unfortunately had no clue what she drove. He considered himself lucky that he found a spot almost right by the door. He parked hastily hopped out of his car and practically ran to the entrance. He did not want to miss her again. Not after all the places he had to go to. He just hoped he was right in his guess. He grabbed the door swung it open stepped inside and felt the air change instantly. He knew in his gut he was at the right place. His eyes immediately started to search the room. He hadn't realized he was holding his breath till his eyes landed on her and the tightness in his chest eased. She was here.

Sue paced the living room. Not able to decide if she should reveal what had happened, and better yet to whom. She knew Riddhima was here for a reason and until that happened she wasn't going to leave. She claimed she wasn't here to see Sid, that she had other reasons. Sue didn't know if she could trust her, and she knew that if Riddhima didn't finish what she was here to finish soon then the chances of her leaving without runnig into Sid would decrease. And that last thing Sue wanted was for Sid's world to come to a halt all because of that girl. She didn't want anything to do with that woman, but if it meant protection her bro from that witch, thens she'd happily take the punishment. And that meant she had only one option...

Can I say I love the attention I get in you FF Arpu 😭(tears of joy)😆... Sid can react to Riddhima of course he can 😆 I would want him to but as long as the reaction leads to closure😛... Though I think I have a rough idea of where Arpu is going with this story she is a nikkammi 😆 and that is all I can say... And I can see where this is heading too!!😛

OK as much as I dislike Ridhimma, I feel sorry for her in your FF (Im not sure if Im meant to or not). Plus it seems that things are not as they seem.She's so unhappy!

And thats why, I think Im one of the minority here, but Im rooting for SR! I know I know Nikki, Sid will be awesomely happy with Avni and the kids, and she is a wonderful person too, but somehow in this FF I feel Ridhimma completes Sid. He too has been so unhappy and even with Avni in his life, one brief, passing moment with Ridhimma has shaken him. Still today, she affects him.

But at the end of the day, I just want Sid to be happy, whoever he ends up with!

P.S. Arps, Im going to be away completely from IF for a month so will not be commenting on your updates. But I promise to catch up and comment when I come back at the end of August. Take care sweetie.🤗
