Armaan , Ridhima, Atul, Anjali, Rahul, Muskaan, Abhi, Nikki , Sid, Yuvi, Nina, JP and group are all senior doctors now. It had been 4 years since they joined sanjeevani. They had seen many ups and downs in their lifes in this sanjeevini, but still they love this place.
AR were a couple in internship days, but later many events happened and situations forced them to part their ways. But they never blamed eachother for their separation nor did they regret the days they spent together. They were happy for the times they were together.
After her divorce Ridhima decided go to US and do her specialization in neurology. Partly to fulfill her father's dream and partly to get away from all the mess in her life and gain control over her life.
It has been a year since Ridhima left to US. Her training was coming to an end and she would be leaving to India in a few days. She was no coward and she was in touch with all her friends and sid, Armaan too when she was in US. They all moved on in their respective lifes. Blaming anyone was not a solution and they all knew it. Sid did become his normal self and he is currently dating Dr.Tamanna.
Ridhima was coming back to India today and everyone was very excited. They decided to arrange a big surprise party for her.
Armaan had his own plans of surprising Ridhima. He hadn't forgotten her since she left and he was sure she also would never be able to forget him.
Ridhima was soo happy for the way her friends and family received her and took pains to organize such a beautiful party.
Everyone were busy partying. Ridhima was talking with shashank.
There was a spotlight on Armaan.
A ; today I am going to confess something in front you all.
The spotlight was on Ridhima.
Ridhima was shocked, surprised.
Armaan continued.
Ridhima, today I want to tell you something. Something which I should have told long back but I couldn't.

Ridhima has no words to speak at all. She wanted to speak soo much, tell Armaan that she also loved him as much as he did, but no words came out of her mouth. Only tears of happiness came out of her eyes. But those beautiful eyes said it all to Armaan. He knew she loved him. He knew it all the time.
Armaan opens his arms inviting her for a hug.
Ridhima ran into his arms and hugged him too tight that it was too difficult for them to even breathe. She hugged him as if she was waiting since eternity for this hug.
All their friends (including sid and tamanna ) shashank, padma, nani too clapped for them. They soo much wanted to see this since long and now their wishes came true.
They all left from there to give the love birds some privacy.
R : I love you Armaan. I love you soo much. Why did you take so long to tell this Armaan?? I cant live without you.
Armaan gently pulled her back from their hug. He cupped her face in his palms and cleared her tears with his thumb.
A : this time I wanted it to be perfect. I never stopped loving you and I know the same goes for you too. I was just waiting for the right time Ridhima.
As fresh tears formed in her eyes, Armaan kissed her eyes and sucked her tears.
Then he sealed his lips onto hers as if promising her that he would always love her this way till the end of his life and may be for many more lifes to come.
She also responded to the kiss by making it a perfect moment for both of them.
