Samrat's challenge on d date-two part sajan OS

Hello friends I am posting a short two part OS on Sajan''basically this is continuation of d date scene after the song.

Samrat's Challenge on d date

Part 1

after d music ends, Gunjan slowly realizes how close they were and slowly untangles herself from samrat's arms and moves back a little. Samrat trying to make her feel at ease says

Samrat: "Chalo ab ander chale chashmish , kuch pet pooja ho jaye (gives her his beautiful angelic smile and extends his hand for her hand)"

Gunjan shyly nods with an answering shy tinged smile and puts her hand in his and they go inside.

A table is set for two people in the cosy veranda with the moon overlooking and 2 candles are burning brightly. In the centre of d table is a cute little vase consisting of her fav single red rose. A variety of dishes has been placed on table, Gunjan is overwhelmed and her face depicts the brightness of her happiness at the trouble samrat has taken for their date.

Samrat: Ab dekte hi rahogi chashmish yah khana bhi khana hai?

Gunjan (Coming out of her trance nods n moves towards d table aksing) : Itna khana samrat'.hum dono ke liye '.

Samrat: sorry chasmish woh kya hai ki time kam tha warna mai aur bhi dishes bana deta (with a naughty smile)

Gunjan: Kya '.itna sara khana tumne akele banaya (is shocked that samrat has taken so much pain)

Samrat : Woh actually pura maine nahi banaya'. isme 50% mera hardwork aur 50% meri housekeeper ka hai'.aur haan before u ask 50 % kya maine kiya hai (with a cute smile n childish expression says) '.maine sabzi lake diya'..samaan lake diya'.apne in basket baal khelne wale haaton se sabzi kaat ke diya and chote mote kaam hi kiya'.woh kya hai na mai hamari date ke har is pal ko apne haton se sawarna chahta hun'.bas cooking me itna hi kar saka'.next time I promise pura khana mai prepare karoonga

(Gunjan is touched by his sincerity n honesty in accepting that he didn't do much n inspite of being a non kitchen person has taken so much efforts for her)

Gunjan : Tumne itna kiya who hi mere liye bahut badi baat hai'.ab shuru Karen

Samrat: (waits n) Chashmish'haan ek cheez hai jo poora maine banaya hai'..i want u start the dinner with it. Ek second tehro (He goes inside and fetches a bowl from feezer full of small irregular shapes of brown chocolates)

Samrat: Tumhe chocolates bahut pasand hai na'.yeh lo ek khake batao '.kaisa bana hai, shapes pe mat jaana, mai geometry me weak hoon, (tells laughlingly) magar geography meri achi hai isliye tumhe diff country ke map ke shapes mil jayenge '.woh maine suhaani se recipe poochke khudh bake kiya hai'.mai chahta tha ki hamare is shaandar aur yaadgar date ki shurat meri sweet si chashmish ek sweet ke saath kaare thaki ye pura date uske liye ek sweet memorable date ban jaaye'.(by now gunjan is overwhenlmed and touched by his small but yet so loving gesture n has sheen of tears in her eyes) '."toh kya kahti ho risk lene ke liye taiyaar ho, mera chocolate taste karne ke liye"

Gunjan (too moved to talk nods n takes a piece of d chocolate n eats it. The chocolate melts in her mouth n she wonders if its samrats love or the sugar that's making the chocolate taste extra sweet. Samrat is anxiously waiting for her approval. Luking at his face where he's trying to control his anxiety gunjan steps forward to show him her true appreciation, n with etra confidence n boldness pinches noth his cheek with love " mere shona shamrat ke jaisa shweet hai" .Samrat turns a light red shade n covers saying "toh lo ek mere haath se khao" Feeds her a piece . Gunjan opens her mouth and while eating a small piece melts n dribbles from her lips,

Samrat is mesmerized looking at her lips n drop of chocolate falling, before gunjan could realize n wipe it, he takes his hand closer to a surprised gunjan's face n wipes it with his finger s . A sizzling shock passes through gunjan at his touch'.she turns a violent shade of red..Samrat realizing that he got carried away with the moment tries to recover n put her at ease n says "chalo ab mere house keeper ke exam ki bari hai, lets see woh mere jaise pass kar pathi hai ki nahin"

They start eating . Samrat in his eagerness keeps babbling n starts to serve a portion of all dishes to gunjan's plate. Gunan looking at his eagerness, looks into his angelic face, mesmerized by the effect it has n thinks what I have done to deserve such unconditional love from this beautiful person

Samrat : "chasmish I know mai bahut handsome lag raha hoon, tumhari nazar me chehre se hatha nahi paa rahi, par thik hai thoda sa tum food pe bhi dhyaan de sakti ho(with a wink in gunan's direction)

Mortified gunjan looks down n starts eating ''She notices that samrat rather than eating from his plate keeps picking food from the plate she is eating from. Though she was a little shy n didn't want to break the comfort level of samrat, continues to eat while listening to samrat talk about d challenges he faced while cutting d vegetables, making up beautiful anecdotes of his struggle with the vegetables bringing a pure innocent heartfelt smile on gunjan's face. To top the food , samrat had ordered her favorite German black forest pastry topped with rich chololate syrup . It was d most memorable dinner n beautiful evening for gunjan, made more special just by her beloved samrat being himself n expressing his love so openly.

Samrat's Challenge on d date -Part2

After dinner they move on to the TV room , Gunjan ,to ease the silence looks towards the books shelf n happily picks up a recent novel of her favorite author which she had been dying to read, to get a preview

Samrat: (irritated that his chasmish finds books a better diversion than him says)" Chashmish woh novel mat padna, usme jab boss hi khooni hai pat chalta hai end me tho maza hi nahi aata, poori story bekar lagti hai"

Gunjan irriated that samrat has spoilt d suspense luks up to scold him n sees d twinkle in his eyes n understands samrat use chida raha hai. With her head bent, not before samrat saw the anger turning to quick smile, she keeps d book back.

Gunjan(remembering something): " woh TV lagao na samrat , mera favorite quiz show ka repeat telecast aanewala hai, kal assignement ke wajah se maine miss kar diya tha, I thot v cn watch it together(with a shy smile when says together).

Samrat: "Chashmish date pe bhi quiz show, how unromantic, hum bahut se aur interesting cheeze kar sakte hain (with a mischevious smile), but quiz no way(with a mock shudder) "

Gunjan: (trying not to blush replies) "Date pe quiz show dekhna mana hai kya, mujhe dekhna hai aur tum bhi dekhoge, mujhe nahi pata, bas dekhna hai (tries to act stubborn in her utmost cute way). Thoda knowledge aa jayega toh tumhara bhi bala hoga, its on GK & current affairs.

Samrat (with a twinkle in his eyes thinks quickly n plans in his mind): Theek hai, magar quiz dekne ka kuch incentive toh ho

Gunjan: Incentive

Samrat: Haan mai kyu tumhara boring quiz dekhu, isse mujhe kya milega

Gunjan: Kya milega, tumhara general knowledge badhega, aur isse badi baat kya ho sakti hai

Samrat: Chashmish GK kise chahiye mera knowledge waise hi bahut general hai aur kitna general banana (tells laughingly)'.ok jokes apart, mera GK bahut ahca hai, tumhe shayad iski zaroorat hai

Gunjan: Kya!!!! tum kehre ho tumhara GK mujhe behter hai (is fuming by now with samrat's claim)

Samrat: Ofcourse, mai challenge kar sakta hun, waise on second thoughts rehne do chashmish haar gayi toh tumhe bhura lagega ki coll ke average studying student se haar gayi ,'mai tumhe hurt nahi dekh sakta(trying to control his smile)

Gunjan (is fuming)"haarna'.mazak kar rahe ho kya ????(trying to add assertiveness to her tone)'.chalo mai tumhe challenge karti hun tum mujhe harana kya us five rounds me se ek bhi round jeet nahi paoge"

Samrat: Really let's see, magar ek shart hai mai apna intelligence aise is expose nahi karta batao mujhe kya milega agar challenge jeeta toh, tabhi mai dekhoonga

Gunjan (by now very confident that samrat cant beat her in her favorite quiz show replies): Kuch bhi

Samrat: (with a victory gleam in his eyes): Great, Teekh hai, for every round a person wins woh jo bolega karna padega, (gunjan is surprised by such a demand n hesitant to accept n thinks of backing off when samrat says) " Soch lo chasmish, mere khayal se bet rehne dete hai, aise hi mai toh jeet jaoonga, khamakha bet ki kya zaroorrat hai, tumhe bet se aur dar hi lagega, aise hi khelte hai"

That's it, that did the trick for samrat or should I say decided it for Gunjan

Gunjan(angrily like a hurt tigress): "koi zaroorat nahi hai sir, mai bet haarne se nahi darti, tum apni fikar karo, haar gaye toh meri maangen tumhe studies ka best friend bana dengi (confidently smiles that finally she can make samrat get interested in studies when she wins d bet)

Samrat: "without blinking his eyes, Sure chashmish tumhare liye kitabon ko kya mai toh, unki bache "brain" , unke relatives "intelligence", aur dost "hard work" ko bi gale laga lunga , nething for my chashmish (with a wide smile on his lips)

Gunjan: (blushing) Teekha hai toh taiyaar ho jao

Samrat: Mai toh kabse bekarar hoon chashmish quiz ke shuru hone ke liye, acha todha bet ka rules clear kar doon, tumne kaha ki 5 rounds hai -ek gante ka program right, abhi 11 bajne wala hai, 12 baje khatam ho jayega aur mai tumhe 12.30 baje ghar drop kar doonga'..koi problem toh nahi hai na (voice tinged with true concern for her and her comfort)

Gunjan: Haan fine...koi problem nahi hai'. (Thinking in her mind thank god aaj bui aur bauji unke cousin brother ke ghar pe stay kar rahen hain)

Samrat: theek hai, toh at d end of every round, joh bhi woh round jeetega , woh kuch bhi maang sakta hai aur haarne wale ko woh baat manni padegi, no compromise(in a serious tone)

Gunjan: (still worried abt the demand portion) Par samrat'.aise kaise

Samrat: (cutting her short) Par war kuch nahi '..Soch lo chashmish either yeh manna padega yeah haar manlo, 'marzi aur choice tumhari hai

Gunjan: Teekh hai magar meri bhi ek sharth hai aur haan tumhe who manni hi padegi warna all bets off'.

Samrat: What

Gunjan: (trying to control her blush n stammering a lil) "Tum tum mmmujhe aaj kkiss karne liye nahi kahoge" '.

(samrat starts interrupting)'"par yeh kaisi sharth'.."

(cutting him short Gunjan repeats imitating his voice n words with a mischievous smile)--- "Par war kuch nahi '..Soch lo samrat either yeh manna padega yeah haar manlo, 'marzi aur choice tumhari hai"

Samrat : (cornered with his own words n with a grumbling voice accepts "OKKK" but not before thinking of something in his mind n planning)

Chashmish: Great , toh TV on karo , har ek round me 3 questions honge and hame answer joh hot seat pe hai usse pehle dena hoga, jo 30 seconds ke ander answer bol deta hai wohi us sawal ka winner hoga

Samrat nods and goes and switches on the TV (to be continued)

thanks a lot for all ur comments'.Sorry friends ,'..my OS has got extended into another part'..am writing and completing third part which is full of fun''.'just to leave a preview of next part with u ppl 'samrat has already seen the actual telecast of this quiz d previous day though he may or may not remember all the answers😉 so challenge is going to get exciting, n yes he has a plans for Gunjan's sharth as well, after all how can there be a date without a sweet romantic kiss, '.'.so u can imagine how the 3^rd part is going to go '..
