Hi Di
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this part although I am a little late in commenting as usual. This part was embedded with laughter, sadness, a meaningful message to the young generation and had a hint of invisible romance! I may be wrong but Riddhima's one line about "NO YOU DON'T'IN FACT NO ONE DOES!" kind of gave me the impression she always had some sort of romantic feeling for our hero.
hi Nahida....all i'llsay is...good observation😉 wish armaan was that quick too😆 Thanks 4 liking this part
if I read between the lines she has indirectly confess her feelings as no one would never know that she felt something for him due the nature of their love / hate friendship/relationship. This is why I said invisible romance! She also had slip of tough when she asked him their ice-cream date.😳
UR absolutely right there...i like the term invisible romance😃
This part has also addressed a very sensitive issue of drugs and other ecstasy related activity which majority parent and teenager living in the west have to face! I must say you handled it very well from both the children's perspective and the parents' perspective!
thanksagain...it looks from reader's comments, this game is also taking off in india😕
"Each time, I saw you, I was sure you were either ridiculing me or assessing me on a jerk-scale- I was sure I scored in the negatives in those days." ' now that they have confessed their feeling after 28 years I hope Riddhima gets see all of this and puts poor Armaan out of his miseries. I would love to see her reaction to his detailed monologue about their budding relationship!
u will have to wait on that
Btw did I mention I loved they subway conversation ' it felt like this is what the real Armaan Riddhima are about: sometime arrogant, sometime argumentative, sometime annoying but overall adorable!
now we can only see the real AR in our ffs...alas
Armaan is obviously trying to redeem himself but knowing Armaan I wonder how long this will last.
good point
Di seriously I feel like I'm writing an essay with all these quotations!
love it ...this helps me write my next part
Finally thank you for the extra long part ' I am glad that all the pestering worked, I shall do it more often!😉 he he...unlike DMG Cvs, I do listen to u guys😆
Love you loads
PS: I love the Jay Sean song! yeah,i just found out that it was a #1 song in Europe in 2008!

Edited:
The Part was AWESOME !! {As I always say}
I was really glad, and wanted to pat Armaan's back when he "Drew a line for drugs" 👍🏼
And then when he tried the "Space Monkey" game ..... Wanted to give him one right away ! 👎🏼
I never knew this game was soo dangerous..... I have seen some students of my class do it... Thanks for informing it Di !
Thanks ehsaas....oh i am so glad i wrote about this part. Hopefully, u will be like Ridz and stop them from doing thisNow I know what to do with them...
And Riddhima following Armaan was just so Aww.. 😊
She really does care for him..
ofcourse, she does
And I was really sacred when Armaan's Dad gave him the gun
I was like "what is he doing?"
😲
Psssssssssssst - Will come back to edit more afterwards...
Sorry.. Busy Schedule ! 😳 😳
Edit :
"what is he doing?" but then got emotional when he said that he would rather have his son killed in one go...Thought that Armaan would do it too.. as he was still under that stupid game...but Thank God Riddhima came to the rescue...
armaan needs Ridz in his life to keep him sane😃
After the Space Monkey.. It was the Ice Skating that I loved the to the core...
Mwahhhzz for Jay Sean.... 😊 😳 and Armaan for singing that song in Riddhima's ears 😃
LOVED that scene to the core...
t
hanks...i can only imagine armaan skating like that with a girl in his arms
and then the Subway talk was just sooo cute and naughty...
Armaan asking "Out of the blue" questions to Ridzi to know more about her 😉
"You have a twin we don't know about?"
"You have been to jail?"
"Eeeww….so you would want to marry a guy like your dad?"
"You are gay?"
I was laughing all the way.....
I must say that every part of It Had To Be You is balanced with every emotion possible....
From Hatred, Love, Humor, to places we go "Awwww", "OMG!" , "Ewww",
l
ove it when u all love it😊...thanks a ton!Keep Writing, 👍🏼

Love,
Ehsaas 😈[/quote]
