Naina is bearing so much pain to which she is not able to express with anyone, sometime may be Alekh but not always.

She is thinking that her Rajveer has left her forever but she is still feeling him around her. Same thing is happening with Rajveer in Sanjeevni.well....is that Raj? and that's not Sanjeevni dear...it's City Hospital...
