Mayank drove fast to reach home ... he cannot wait to tell Nups how much he loves her and how sorry he is ...

He pulls the break of the car and went to search of Nups ... " Nupur " .. but the house was completely empty . Mayank called her name again and searched every room . A fear is mounting inside his heart and he desperately called her name. He went to their room but saw that all her things have been removed . He opened the closet and saw that there were only his clothes while there was no sign of Nupur's clothes.

Mayank ran downstairs to check the kitchen but it was empty too. As he turned On the side table ,he saw a note along with a brown envelope ...He picked the note with shaking hands and read

Dear Mayank ,

I am glad I met u so that I could love u even though it never lasted . I think even on the day of marriage I knew that I lov u more than u could ever love me . I am glad u have now found Dia whom u love more than any one else. I wish u all the happiness with her . I knew about her from the beginning .First I denied myself that you will not hurt me like that but later slowly everything was in front of my eyes. I will not ask u why u did it because Mayank just remember a married woman can also get attracted to someone . However there is always a point when u say " No '..this is wrong ." bec u love ur current partner and u respect him . I wish u had loved me enough to stop yourself . This thing only proved me one ting that u never loved me and I can never live with a man who doesn't respect me enough and who doesn't love me. I am glad we decided with this divorce. Thank you for the LoVeLy DiVoRcE. Now I can remember r moments of happiness with smile and not tears. In the envelope there are our divorce papers on the terms we agreed . Mayank slowly drop on the Kitchen floor and sat on the floor. He kept on shivering and kept on reading her lines with tears running down his cheeks .. He never realized when he fainted but the next day when he opened his eyes . He was a dead man walking . A man who breaths but doesn't feel.

Epilogue :

Nupur migrated to Australia and lived with her aunt. Two years after the divorce she met her college friend by accident and they started talking just as they used too . Zain was happy to meet Nupur again . He will never tell her how much the news of her marriage had broken him and that he came to Australia for his further studies due to it.She is divorced now and he wanted to remove the pain you could see in Nupur's eyes . Slowly Zain mended Nupur's heart and a year later he confessed his love which he had for her since college days . Nupur cried in his arms and said if he had told her before she would have never married Mayank.

"Then we would not have our son with us" : Zain reminded her . He explained her that everything happened for a reason . He was glad that it happened so that they can now cherish their love forever . Nupur married Zain and lived a happy life . Zain adopted her son. They together had six more children. A pack of triplets boys. Who were followed by three daughters. Nupur whenever remembered Mayank it was not with pain but only as an experience in life . She still wishes him well and hope he finds as much happiness with Dia as she did with Zain.

Mayank never was able to forget Nupur . He was never able to recover from her loss. He tried to find her but never was able to do so . Dia when saw that field is clear for her she tried to trap Mayank . Mayank did't care one way or the other . He married her but could never respond to life again. It was as if he was standing outside his body and viewing the world with dead eyes . Dia after 3 yrs of marriage with Mayank ran away with his best friend . A man who was richer than him . Mayank did't care what dia did . He had already lost his love .He divorced Dia who took a huge chunk from his money and property as her settlement. They did't have children together so there was no custody battle.

Mayank was thus left alone. Girls flocked around him but he had already lost the one who mattered . He understood the meaning of Love when he lost it and he died regretting what he did to her . Mayank when died alone as rich but unhappy man, his muttered words as doctor told the press was " Nupur it was you . I Love you ."
