ok... so i know that i am very late... but sooo sorry..... i hope this update lived up to ur expectations:)

Nupur remained quiet cuz that was the best thing that she could do at that point of time. But mayank was in no mood to remain quiet. He really wanted to calm himself down and started the conversation.

M ' so' do mum-dad know you're coming??

N ' (she loved it wen he addressed her parents as his own) actually.. they don't.. I thought I'd give them a surprise..(she winked)

M ' so basically they aren't even aware of my being'?

N ' don't worry mayu!! They both know you'as in they know that we'r good friends'

M ' and'

N ' I just cant tell them about us on the phone'.come on

M ' ok' I was just wondering what their reaction is going to be'

Saying this he slid down the seat and placed his head on her shoulder.

She moved her fingers thru his hair and tried to console him'

N ' everything is going to be ok mayu..

M ' I haven't been this nervous even before any conference!

She kissed his head and just made him go to sleep by running her fingers thru his hair. This was a kind of weapon which always made him go to sleep. It also helped him to rub his stress off. And this is exactly what she did. He slept all the way thru on her shoulder. He felt a bit relieved after he woke up but the aim for which he was going struck him and he got nervous again'

They were in the car on the way to nupur's house'

N ' trust me!! They'll love you!!

M ' I trust you'(he had a thousand thoughts in his head' he knew that they'll eventually love him.. he trusted nupur.. but what was he going to say to them??? He was very confused)

Finally they reached her house. His hands were still sweaty. She hugged him tight before going in. he hugged her tight back too and didn't want to let go of her. He wanted them to stay like this forever. but he had to face it someday. And he wanted to do this like a real man. He told himself.

Nupur opened the door with a lot of excitement she ran into the house dropping her luggage in the living room and headed straight to the kitchen to look for her mom. She went in and tightly hugged her mom from behind. A huge smile came on nupur's mum's face and she shouted with joy!!

Nm ' nupurrrrr!!!!!! Finally u came!!!!!!!!! I amm sooooooooo happy that you finally have time to see me!!( she said a bit sarcastically)

N ' uffo mum!!! I have been wanting to come for so long ' but timings didn't work out'

Nm ' its ok beta! ( and she gave her a tight hug)

Waise toh now u've become a fashion designer..huh'wen are u finally designing something for me????

Before nupur could say anything her mom's eyes caught mayank , who was standing there silently allowing the maa-beti to have their conversation. Nupur looked in the direction her mom was looking and spoke

N ' maa .. this is..

And before she cud finish her sentence her mom said

Nm ' mayank!

Mayank was shocked to see that she already knew him'.and he smiled with joy and bowed to touch her feet. Nupur looked at how the big business man was trying to impress her mom by following the traditional cultures and all.

Nm ' such a sweet boy!

Mayank smiled.

Nm ' so you both are neighbours'huh'. ?

M ' yes aunty'.

Nm ' I hope nupur doesn't bother you too much'

N ' maa!!!

Nm ' oh' I am just messing around'.. nupur why don't you go and show mayank his room..

M ' no' its fine' I'll head for a hotel..

Nm ' aise kaise beta?? First time ur coming here'. You have to stay with us'.kyun nupur???

N ' exactly mom!!

Nm ' ok beta' now u go and take him to his room so that he can freashen up a bit after that flight. I'll prepare the dinner. Ok??

They both smiled. Nupur took mayank with him.

They both entered the room and mayank kept his luggage down nupur came and hugged him from behind.

M ' nupur!! Yeh kya kar rahi ho??? Maa aa gayi toh???

N ' arrey wah!! Maa se itna dar lagta hai to dad se kitna lagega'??

M ' dekho nupur'. Aise thik nahi hai. Hum tumhare parents ke saamne aise romance nahi kar saktey '

N ' oh! Ghar par toh mujhe do second akele nahi chodtey the. Jab dekho peeche peeche. Ab tum jao main tum se baat nahi karti.

And she turned away and started to walk. She was about to leave wen mayank held her hand and pulled her towards him.

M ' acha baba!! I am sorry.

He cupped her face and kissed her fore head. She smiled at his cuteness.

N ' acha' ab chalo jaldi sey ready ho jao. Maa dinner ke liye bulati hi hogi.

After some time they both went down. Nupur's dad was also there.

N ' dad yeh hai mayank.

Nd ' acha toh yeh hai who ladka jiske bare mein tum itna sab kuch phone per bolti rehti ho.!

N ' daddy!

M ' hello uncle!

They both shook hands.

Nd ' so tumhari padosi tumhara ser zyada toh nahi khati na??

N ' dad!!!!!!

M ' nahi uncle' who toh bohot sweet hai. I am soo happy to have her as my neighbour!

Nd ' nupur aur sweet'??? Chalo good for you'. Mujhe toh laga tha ki badi saari complaints miley gi.

Mayank smiled seeing how close her dad was to nupur.

Nm ' dinner ke liye paneer bana doon??

N ' nahi!! Mayu ko paneer pasand nahi'!!!

Nd- wah!!! Mayu!! Kitna SWEET pet name hai!!

Nupur and mayank both blushed and were lost for words..

M ' aisey koi baat nahi' aap jo bhi banayiye mujhey koi problem nahi'

N ' acha??? Toh uss din jab hum Indian restaurant gaye they toh tumney mujhey bhi paneer khaaney nahi diya!!

M ' who restaurant tha!! Yaha maa bana rahi hain!!

Nupur's mum noticed that he called her maa but didn't say anything.

Nm ' acha acha theek hai!! Main paneer ke saath aur bhi kuch bana deti hoon takki tum pet bhar kar khaa sako!!

They all sat around for a while. Mayank was relieved as he found out that her parents were quite friendly. They all joked around and had their dinner. Mayank was happy as he didn't feel anxious anymore. Afterall nupur's parents were as sweet as her. Now he knew where she got all those qualities from. Except she was sweeter and was the only girl who had found a place in his heart and had stolen it away from him''..

ps- all those who wan me to pm u the next update can send me a friend request cuz i got really lost this time and i am not sure if i got everybody... so it wud be easier for me if u sen me a friend request... then i wont miss any one..:)
