Hi Sam,

Ok, I am back with my comments missed out 3 of your parts (22/23/24), so you can imagine, I have loads to write, prepare yourself to be bored, cos I don't have your flare of writing, before I start on the parts, I have to admit one thing, your FF, is like my dosage of English, I savour your parts completely, I read all the 3 parts twice, its like I am trying to read between them, I thought I knew English, but you have showed me new dimensions of this language...thanks...

Next, I wanted to say was I enjoy reading your explanations at the end of each part, it reminds me of my English text book, which had a little star against tough words & these were explained later in the end. These explanations are really valuable, cos they give a more clear pic, of what you were trying to convey. The best so far, I think, is the word Consummate, when I read it, in the part, I was totally taken aback, not cos I thought that Ridimma's intentions were not good, but for the fact, that I haven't read this usage (shows my poor reading habits) before, I felt it was the most beautiful usage, when I read I understood the meaning, but when I read your explanation, it kind of completed my understanding.

I happened to come across the update much b4 I received the pm n I had ths feeling tht yet agn u forgot to pm me..so obviously I was lil upset(very teeny weeny bit I swear) abt tht but blv me evn tht small amount of ill feeling disappeared the moment I read the first few lines of ur update..n was replaced by a sudden urge to hug u!the way atul explns anjie abt armaan not being abl to giv time to her actually touched my heart..u wudnt knoe but I was undergoin a similar phase..my closest friend in clg had been behaving the same way as armaan..like earlier we used to hang out such a lot but these days her priorities hv kind of changed..i was upset abt ths since a long time but whn I read ur update it was as if it was u explaining the whole thing to me..i sound a lil melodramatic,I knoe but blv me sam..i was so happy reading tht..now atlst I ll b abl to behv in a civil manner towards my friend rather thn acting all pissed..the way u have portrayed atul's thots into his advice actually shows how mature ur thots r..i really loved the part n maslow coming here agn..i bet none of them cud relate his theories to such an extent in our daily life as much as u hv done.it was amazing.though I wish anjie had been sharp enuf to notice who atul had actually loved..i kind of hv a feeling it's the person he's talking to!...next is AR,u knoe the part tht I liked abt them is the level of comfort the two r sharing..its evident they r meant to b together..armaan acts so dignified..it makes his character more admirable.n riddhima,I jus love her sense of wit..she can make anyone impressed with her ways....rahul n muskaan..wht shd I say?i hv no idea y muskaan is avoiding the situation..they bth have feelings for each other..yet unsure..hope they sort it out soon..n now for the last part..u wudnt blv but I loved rahil's reaction on seeing AR together..i have always loved the rahul riddhima friendship n his reaction shows tht he is still involved in his friend's life..he had been pretty dormant abt her for quite some parts..seeing rahul riddhima together is as gud for me as seeing AR together..i love the friendship thing u put into their parts..its one of the main reasons I love harry potter books..bcz of the trio's friendship..i guess I have made ths longer thn I intended to but wud jus like to add one last thing..everything abt the part was gud including ur note at the end..ur other half coming to surprise u! tht was jus so sweet!it kind of added to the charm to the update..it wud b evn better if u told us his name..then we all cud address him by his name..thats it sam..i jus hope u have the patience to go through ths entirely..if u cn put such a lot of effort in writing a part then I think evn I cud put in some to appreciate it!

As for the previous part, I loved the description of Riddhima looking at him, hopefully describing the glories of Basillico before settling for polishing off those two packets of chips. Then of course there was that paani puri scene which was equally adorable. In fact, there were a lot of wonderful scenes?Riddhima going to gr8 pains to explain why exactly she called it a "date", Armaan being so supportive at the hospital, especially the understanding "aggressive male" comment (I loved him at that moment! Well I would have if I wasn't already in love with him). Poor Atul, the only guy who has no personal stake in this love-rectangle and sometimes I feel he's the one who sweats the most about it. But I love his sensitivity; guess all those years being "on the outside looking it" has its own rewards even though it must have been horribly lonely not to mention painful. But this update was highly rewarding for me as well cause I got acquainted with King Tantalus (can't wait to try it on someone else btw). Again the reason for Armaan's name was truly unique and again loved finding out about the "French connection". Knew that Richelieu's first name was Armand of course but never knew about the family Armaan. And the way you linked the French to the Persian was really interesting. A part that really stood out for me was the following:

"Hmmm?.Arzoo and Armaan?.two sides of the same coin?desire and aspiration?what a wonderful combination?your parents must have really wanted the two of you?.the names are a wonderful embodiment of the dreams of two people in love?." Ridhima wondered aloud.

Plot-wise it might not be that important but I loved the thought and indeed I agree with Riddhima, a truly wonderful combination. Course, how can I forget the way they flirted with each other over dinner?

I know it's wicked of me but I thoroughly enjoyed both our heros falling from their lofty perches?first Armaan and his flustered, stammered excuse and then Rahul's tensed out state. The scenes b/w Atul and Anjali were really poignant. But what I zoned into was the following:

"The first?" Atul laughed a little sardonically, "well, the first was really a figment of my imagination, actually more like my aspiration?she came from a very different crowd?in fact much more like Ankit, Armaan and you?and completely unlike me she was unattainable, from a different world, yet we were friends?such good friends that when time came, she chose to confide in me about the man she was in love with?.it broke my heart?but it also made me realise that I much rather have her as a friend than loose her altogether?it was a tough lesson to learn?and painful but then I thought this too will pass and it did?and now when I look back, I am just grateful that she and I are still friends"

Perhaps I'm letting my experience with the actually DMG colour my perspective but the first thing that rushed to my mind was Atul and Angie? Could it be? Anyway it was just a thought, no need to let out any spoilers. Speaking of the serial, WHAT on earth do the creatives think they're doing? Have they even heard of a thing called Character-sketches? These guys feel less like characters and more like cardboard cut-outs and their thought-processes not to mention frequent about-faces are totally beyond me.

Sorry sam,I meant to send you this comment immediately on reading the latest update, I honestly did. But then I checked my mail and found that I had a long and might I add wonderful letter from my Galahad (and thanks for the help in sorting out my feelings, I'm not sure, but I think I might have indeed finally found my personal knight, and boy was it unexpected and bewildering and frightening?it still is the last two. I never thought?anyway!) But the past few weeks have been an emotional roller-coaster, so much so that I found myself empathising with your characters much more than usual especially Muskaan. In fact, in this last update I felt as though she was echoing my own tumultuous thoughts in that scene after the RM phone call.
