Inside a room
A bucket full of water was splashed upon an unconscious Rajveer.
Rajveer: (yelled as he woke up) SAALE KAMINE RISHI NAHI CHORUNGA TUJHE!!!!!!
Naina: lagta hain or ek balti daal nee paregee nasha utaarne ke liye
Rajveer: (when he saw her there he blinked twice and then he turned into this desperate fool asking for forgiveness) Dekho Naina maine kuch bhi jaan bujke nahi kiya tha to please tum ghussa mat hona wo…
Naina: Chup! (she covered his mouth with her hand) main kuch nahi sunna chahti Raj kyu ke me sab jaanti hu (she made a crossed face) or haan me tumse naraaz hu
He made a sad puppy face
Naina: main tumse isliye naaraaz hoon kyu ke tum on saari larkiyo ke saamne strip karahe the (she pulled him closer to her holding onto his shirt which apparently he had worn again) jab ke bina kapro ko tumhe dekhna sirf mera haq hain
Rajveer stared at her in amazement as he found her sudden bold behavior too surprising.
Naina: Or nahi to kya to isliye Mister Rajveer Singh Shekhawat aap ko is baat ki saza zaroor milegee (she rubbed her nose with his)
Rajveer: (held her tight in his arms) oh yeh mam? Or yeh saza kya hogi
Naina: aap ki saza yeh hogi ke jo program aap bahaar adhura chore ke aaye hain ose aap yaha mere saamne complete karenge
At first he thought he didn't hear right but then when he saw the mischief in her eyes he realized she was damn serious.
Rajveer: anything for my lady (he took a bow)
Naina sat there waiting with anticipation as to what he was going to do. He organized the music in the room and then he began with the same moves he had done earlier whilst she laughed out of joy. He removed his shirt the same way he had done before and just kept luring her on as she laughed so much thinking that he certainly was insane. His hands had reached his pants now and were just about to pull them down when she ran to him and wrapped her arms around his neck, holding him tight in her embrace.
Naina: Raj I really love you (kissed him on the cheek) lekin I think ke kal ke liye ise reserved rakhte hain
He loved the sound of that and in excitement he pushed Naina on the bed with him and just hugged her really tight. She squealed and told him that it was 4:00 in the morning and they had to return back to their houses or they were history. He didn't want to let her go at all but she reminded him constantly and finally they left from there. Now he just couldn't wait for the day to begin.
Next morning
The haldi ceremony took place and at Ahluwalia residence all the ladies were excited and applied the haldi on Naina teasing her to the core. For the first time she didn't mind it that much as she knew that she had to look the best for Rajveer and only him.
On the otherside Rajveer was most displeased with the ceremony as all these anuties teased him here and there. He didn't appreciate them touching him like that but then when one of them told him the ceremony was necessary as they prepared him to look his best for his bride, he got really excited and then boldly offered his whole body for them to apply the haldi on. The aunties just shook their heads that he was impossible and just completed it.
Near the evening
Alekh: no way Raj aaj kya mujhe marwaaehga?
Rajveer: dekh tu ne kasam khai thi ke abse jo bhi kaam hoga osme tu mera saath dega
Alekh: kesee kasam or kesee yaari. Pichlee baar Varun ko tu legaya tha or phir oske baad kutto ke jese pure ghar me dauraya, is baar pata nahi kya hoga. Or ha koi kasam wasam khai nahi hai maine.
Rajveer put hand over his head pretending to have hurt himself. Alekh became worried and put his hand over Rajveer's head.
Rajveer: ab khaali tune
Alekh: (made a face) kya yaar yeh cheating hai
Rajveer: me kuch nahi jaanta. Tu mere saath chalraha hai to bus. Dekh aaj raat ko meree shaadi hai or osse pehle mujhe osko tayaar karna hai
Alekh: (found him too impossible) ek to tu or teree wo Naina dono saalo itne deewane ho or osme beech me phasa me (raised his eyes heavenwards) Kab or kese tujhse dosti hogayee bhagwaan jaane
Rajveer: (put arm around Alekh's shoulders) wo pal ko tu hamesha yaad karega mere dost kyu ke wo pal sabse haseen pal tha.
Alekh: ab ziada maska lagana chore or bata ke kya karna hai.
Rajveer smiled and relayed his plan to him.
Ahluwalia resisdence was a riot with poeple all over the place getting end moment things ready. Her family members were also running around. In between all that they got two unexpected visitors.
Pandit 1: Alak niranjan
Ritu: (noticed them coming in) are baba aap yaha?
Pandit 1: ha baaleeke hum her jaga pe hote hai. Alak niranjan. Shaadi ho, mundun ho, namkuran sab jage hum hee hum hote hai. Balke yeh kaheeye ke sab shub kaam hamare hee haatho se hote hai baleeke
Ritu: acha baba andar aaye (pleased to have a holy man at that time)
Neelu: koi zaroorat nahi Ritu (halted them in between) aise raha chalte saadhuo ko acchi tarhase jaantee hu mein. Chalye nikal ye yahase
Pandit 2: ghusthaak larki, (got angry) jaantee nahi kisse baat karahee hai.
Neelu: jaha tak me jaantee hu (gave an exaggerated smile) ek nautanki baaz ke saat baat karahee hu
Pandit 1: (nearly fumbled but dimissed it quickly) um..um… koi baat nahi betee pehle hamesha aisa hee hota hai (stayed calm and grinned) hmmm tumhaare mann se yeh shanka door karnee hee hogi. Alak niranjan
Neelu: Ritu please don't waste your time or in do namuno ko nikaalo yahase kitna kaam baaki hain
Pandit 2: lagta hai maharaj is larki ke mann me khote hai jo iska vishwaas itna dagmaga raha hai (he eyed Neelu) Or ha namune hum nahi, tum ho namunee Neelu (winked at her)
Neelu: kya! (her mouth was left open after she recognized that it was none other than Alekh)
Pandit 2: samjhi? (he winked at her again)
Neelu: Maharaj! (she fell at Rajveer's feet startling him)
Rajveer: (cleared his throat) hmm jeetee raho betee.
Ritu: wow lagta hai bohat hee pochee huwi cheez hai aap. Aapko inka naam bhi pata hai
Alekh: are yeh maharaj to antar yaami hai betee (behaved all orthodox) Naahi sirf yeh jaante hai ke inka naam Neelu hai per yeh bhi jaante hai ke yeh ek sundhar honhaar baalak se ishq bhi kartee hai
Neelu: (joined in pretending to be a total devotee) aap to dunhye hai maharaj. Aaye baitye
Rajveer: alak niranjan (raised his hand) ham yaha baitne nahi balke dulhan ko hamara aashirwaad dene aaye hai baaleeke.
Ritu: jee maharaj wo to apne kamre me taiyaar horahee hai.
Rajveer: hame dulhan se osse pehle milna hoga (confused Ritu) alak niranjan hame os disha lechalo baaleeke, lechalo (almost hypnotized her)
Ritu: lekin...
Neelu: tum fikar mat karo Ritu me inke saath jaaoongee na (smiled towards the two) Aaye maharaj.
She suprressed her amusement and led both the guys towards Naina's room and just as he entered a gush of wind blew across Rajveer's face, time slowed down and Naina turned towards him in slow motion. He froze looking at her beauty clad in the heavy worked red sari. She was still half ready but she sure looked like his bride. Her lovely flowing hair was blowing his mind off and he felt like he was going to faint....he couldn't help but just stare at her.
Naina: (wasn't pleased to have strangers in her room) aise kya ghoore rahe hai aap?
Alekh: umm (cleared his throat and nudged Rajveer) yeh ghoore ghoore baba hai. aise wo aashirwaad dete hai, kyu maharaj?
He glared at Rajveer again to bring him back into senses and once he did he shook his head and agreed.
Rajveer: idhar aao baaleeke
Naina was hesitant at first but did come over to him and kept looking at him uncomfortably. For some reason she hated the way he was looking at her like that. He looked more like a pervert than a priest.
Rajveer just kept staring at her from top till bottom admiring what he was seeing forgetting everything else.
Alekh: (came closer to him and whispered in his ear) abhe saale itna ghoore mat warna bandha fut jaaehga. Jaldi se matlab kee baat kar.
Rajveer: (spoke through gritted teeth) tu yahase jaaehga tabhi karunga na
Alekh: maharaj apna aashirwaad ekaant me hee dete hai (gestured with his eyes towards Neelu) ab hum sab chalte hai.
The other helpers who were in the room also left with Alekh and Neelu which worried Naina to the upmost. She didn't want to be left alone with a perverted stranger. She tried holding back Neelu but for some reason she was more interested in listening to the other pandit than her. She was vexed with her but was too late to hold her back.
Once out, as Neelu passed by, Alekh quickly grabbed her and pulled her into the corner.
Neelu: Alekh yeh kya karahe ho tum? (looked here and there) ghar me koi dekhlega
Alekh: shaant baaleke. is maharaj ke paas sab cheeze ka hal hai.
He held her hand and then climbed up the stairs leading to the terrace.
Meanwhile inside the room Naina found out it was Rajveer and couldn't believe he came there to meet her when they were getting married in a few hours. He simply told her that he had to come to get her ready as promised. She just called him a total crazy man in love.
Naina: mujhe to lagta hai tumhe kisee naatak company me bharti hojaana chaheeye (pulled his cheeks) her waqt dekho nautanki karte rehte ho
Rajveer: aji aap ke pyaar me hum to nautanki baaz tak banjaaenge. (he pulled her closer to kiss her but she pushed him away)
Naina: Kya karahe ho Raj? (got out of his grasp) bhool gaye kal maine kya kaha tha
Rajveer: yaad hai isiliye hee to...
He advanced towards her but she pushed him back again. The teasing continued for a minute and then she settled down whilst he got busy in what he had actually come there to do. As promised he was going to adorn his bride the way he wanted to see her. He worked on her hair, and then one by one placed all her jewellery in place. She just looked at him through the mirror with love and nothing else as the guy deserved, nothing less.
On the terrace
Neelu: (Alekh was busy in making out with her and she wasn't really keen as they were openly standing onto the terrace) sach me marwaa ohge tum. Rajveer or Naina ka to koi problem nahi kyu ke agar wo pakre gaye to onhe kya hoga, bus shaadi hojaengee onki, lekin hum...
Alekh: to kya huwa hamaree bhi shaadi hojaehgee isee bahane (mischievously) Tum kaho to saath me beit jaaeye mandap me onke saath.
Neelu: badmaash ke badmaash ho tum (tried to push him back) chalo choro na sach me agar koi aagaya na to hum dono marenge kyu ke tum yaha aaye ho kisee ko nahi pata
Alekh: to ab jaan jaenge. Ab chalo yeh nakhre choro warna tum jaantee ho ke Alekh Sharma jo chahta hai ose haasil karke hee rehta hai. To even if you say no darling I'll take it by force.
Neelu: nahi... (she got out of his grip and moved back slightly afraid)
Alekh: nahin (teasingly went towards her) nahi...
She escaped him and he chased her all over the terrace nearly catching her many times but she was too quick for him. She kept teasing him and making fun of him which just instigated him even more and now he was determined to get what he wanted. In their chasing she collided with the washing line and the clothes hung on them. He also got entangled in it and both of them clung to each other. Now she had no escape from him and he finally got what he wanted which was his love kiss.
Rajveer: (came and startled both) yeh kya karahe ho tum dono
They broke and Neelu went red with embarassment whilst Alekh gave him an irrate look.
Alekh: teree problem kya hai ha (accussed him) sab tujhe disturb karte hain to ab tune bhi shuru kardiya
Rajveer: agar tu sab jage ko apna bedroom banade to mera farz banta hai ke tujhe aaga karu (patted his cheek as if he was a kid)
Alekh: saale tujh jesa matlabi insaan maine nahi dekha. Apna kaam khatam hogaya oske baad bus jaana hai. Mera kya?
Rajveer: offo ab ghussa kyu hota hai (put his hand on his shoulder) Shukur maan ke is baar me jaldi aagaya warna phirse tujhe bhaag na parta...
Alekh: oski to tu baat hee mat kar kyu ke bhaag na to tujhe para tha or wo bhi kutto se (almost laughed)
Rajveer: (sarcastic laugh) ha ha very funny. Lekin is baar teree wajese is deewaal se nahi kudne waala main
Alekh: ab chal jaldi kar warna phirse deewaal kude ke hee jaana parega
Both the guys headed for the door of the terrace when it flung open and standing there was Ritu with her mouth open wide at seeing the guys. Both Rajveer and Alekh turned away and pretended on doing something else.
Ritu: I knew it ke koi na koi garbar to hain (in an authoritative voice) aap dono yaha kya karahe hai?
Rajveer: hum wo uh (looked towards the sky) dekhne aaye the ke aasmaan me stars hai ke nahi, Ab hum bus chalte hai ha
They tried to leave but Ritu stoped them
Ritu: ruko! Raj, kuch hee ghanto me tumhaari shaadi hai or tum istarha dulhan ko osse pehle nahi milsakte
Rajveer: ab kya karu Ritu (dreamy) meree dulhan itnee khoobsurat hai ke ek pal ke liye bhi osse dhoore nahi rehsakta
Ritu: ab to wo zindagi bhar ke liye tumhare paas rehne waalee hai to phir itnee thoree dair kee dhooree se kya hoga? (sighed) Thank god Navin ne nahi dekhliya tum dono ko warna tum dono kee to chutti hojaatee aaj
Rajveer: my sweet sweet Ritu (turned to suck up to her) ab jab saale sahab ko pata chala hee nahi to I'm sure ke onhe pata chale ga hee nahi (threatened her in a pleasant way) Now I better go
Rajveer and Alekh quickly ran away from there and relaxed when they got outside away from the house.
Alekh: yaar me soch raha tha (in between) ke ab Neelu ke gharwaalo se baat karhee loo
Rajveer: yeh huwi na baat (slapped Alekh's back) finally tu ne yeh baat to cheree. Ek kaam kar, abhi jaa onke ghar, oska haath maang or mere saath mandap me bait ja.
Alekh: hehehehe (laughed like a geek) maine bhi Neelu se abhi yehi kaha. Wese kitna acha hota na hum dono kee shaadi ek saath hee hoti
Rajveer: to is mein kya hai. I've got an idea. Ek kaam karna tu ek saal intezaar kar or isee din pe shaadi karna. to phir hum dono kee aaniversary ek saath aaehgi. tub hum chaar phirse shaadi karenge.
Alekh: kya? (looked disappointed) ek saal? yaar yaha pe me pal pal tarasta hu Neelu ka saath paane ke liye or tu hai ke...itna lambha intezaar nahi hoga
Rajveer: abhe tu kya chahta hai, zindagi bhar ka saath ya phir pal pal ka saath?
Alekh: of course zindagi bhar ka saath
Rajveer: to phir meree baat maan, jaa onke ghar or Neelu ka haath maang le (satisfied look) Phir wo book hojaaehgee. Ab mere bus me hota to me tera intezaar karta but you see I'm getting married....
Alekh: saale tujhe to me chorunga nahi. Apni setting hogayee to bus...teree wajese maine kitne jhoote khaye hai
Rajveer: oske saath pyaar bhi to bohat mila hai tujhe (hugged him by the shoulders and continued walking) Or wese bhi tum dono ki yeh love story mere or Naina ki wajese hee to shuru huwi hain to phir hame hamaree shaadi bhi ek saath celebrate karni chaheeye (gave a genuine smile) meree yeh baat yaad rakhna theek hai. Ek saal ke baad hum chaar phirse shaadi karenge isee din per taake hum dono kee anniversary ek saath aaye
It sounded like a great idea and the men just returned back home with the happy thought.
