Varun: (from behind) kyu apna time waste karahee ho jisko tumme koi interest hee nahi? (stood in front of Shaina) hum jese mard ki bhi kadar karna sikhlo, fiada hee fiada hain
Shaina: (clearly not interested) Oh really? (searched over his shoulder) I'm sorry me kadar zaroor karti per mujhe to koi mard dikhai hee nahi deta (she turned to leave)
Varun: (held her hand and twisted it behind her) Ouch, now that surely did hurt
Shaina: (angry) Mera haath choro
Varun: Hum wo hain jaaneman jo ek baar haath pakar le to phir kabhi nahi chorte (she still struggled) Ek baar apna dil deke to dekho
Shaina: No thanks (pushed him) mujhe naahi tumhaara dil chaaheye or naahi mujhe tumse koi dilchaspi hain.
Tossing her hair behind her, she stomped off clearly disappointed about many things. Varun just stared after her with a grin that he was going to make her accept defeat against her denial sooner or later.
As she walked around the hall, soon these dhol beats took over again and she got prevented by all these guys. She tried to push her way through them but they didn't let her leave and then arrived, the hero Mr. Varun who challenged her for another dance.
Varun: Tera rang balle balle, teri chaal balle balle
Tera roop balle balle, tere gaal balle balle
Dekha tujhe to mujhe pyaar hogaya haiiiii
Tere khayaalon me yeh dil khogaya
He danced away constantly asking her to join in. Finally she did.

She went and pushed him back on top of the other guys.

The dance continued between them with their tit for tats. Varun tried to convince her that he was not a bad guy and she would miss out if she lost him.
Varun: Dhol jaani, dhol jaani mere paas aa teri meherbaani
However she knew he was just one of them.
Shaina: Jhooth bole na, jhooth bole na neeyat me hain teri beimaani
Now Shaina just wanted him to leave her alone but everywhere she went he popped up some way or the other. His teasing was to the limit and she really wanted to strangle him but she couldn't.
Varun: Oh kurti teri chhentdi, duppatta tera leheriya
Hoiiiii oh kurti teri chhentdi dupatta tera leheriya
Hindustani rani banjaa raja ki tu goriya
With attitude she showed off her assets and warned him.
Shaina: Main kudi Punjab di mera resham da rumaal ve

He held onto his heart as if he got a big attack and danced like an insane man in love.

After sometime he had her cornered and wrapped her in his arms. She struggled badly for him to leave her but he just enjoyed making it more difficult.
Shaina: Na dekh challe, challe dil phenk challe challe
Mujhe chod challe, challe na chedh challe challe
Finally she elbowed him in his gut and freed herself.
Shaina: Paagal deewana dildaar hogaya
Isko sambhaalo ye bekaar hogaya
He didn't give up at all and was determined to have her no matter what. It was his last attempt.
Varun: Mera yaar balle balle, dildaar balle balle
Inkaar balle balle, iqraar balle balle

She denied him more.

He pleaded

She rejected.

No matter how much Shaina tried to free herself from Varun's presence he didn't let her be and constantly irritated her. She was left with less choice and in the end thought to just let him be since there was no point in fighting him away as he just kept coming back.
On the other side Naina was still not talking to Rajveer because she didn't believe him yet still about the bachelor party. And then she was annoyed with him for dancing with Shaina even though she had heard his last comment and had burst out laughing. However she just loved playing hard to get.
Rajveer: Naina please meree baat suno, me sach kehraha hu ke koi bachelor party nahi huwi thi
Naina: (scrounged her face) I don't want to talk to you Raj (walked away from him)
Rajveer: (held her hand back and pulled her towards him) Oh really, me bhi dekhta hu ke kab tak tum meree baat nahi maanti or raazi kese nahi hoti
She pushed him away and crossed her arms across her chest. She also wanted to see what he would do but pretended to be less interested. She walked passed him but stopped a few steps ahead after the dhol beats played and she was forced to turn around.
Men: Yeh kudiyaan nashe di pudiyan
Ladies: Yeh munde gali de gunde

Rajveer: oooooh ohhhhhhhhh
She stared at him surprised whilst he gave her a bow and then these people from the background came rushing towards him with excitement and played the drum beats loud and fast.
Rajeev: Mehndi lagake rakhna doli sajaake rakhna

Most of the people joined in and Naina just looked on

Then he was surprised too when she interrupted and answered him
Naina: hoooooooooooo aaaaaaaaaaaah

He gave her a dreamy romantic look

Others cheered him on dancing away with him

He saw she still didn't look convinced so he thought of something really great to tell her. Something which he knew would impress her immediately as it would be straight from his heart.
Rajveer: Ud udke teri zulfe, karti hain kya ishaare
Dil thaam ke khare hain aashiq sabhi kunwaare
She looked at him with awe whilst he gestured with his hands, although she wasn't the one to give in easily.
Naina: Chup jaaye saari kudiyaan ghar me sharam ke mare
Gao me aagaye hain paagal sheher ke saare
He pretended to be offended by that and grabbed her hand whilst she struggled.
Rajveer: Nazre jhuka ke rakhna daaman bachaake rakhna
She couldn't stop thinking that was this guy for real or what. No matter how much she tried to stay cut off from him she just couldn't stop loving him more.

However she came out of her trance and released herself. She still had to play hard to get.
Men: Mehndi lagake rakhna doli sajaake rakhna

He noticed how she still wanted to the game to carry on so he wasn't going to lose at any costs. He continued to pursue her further knowing that she would have no choice but to be bowled all over him again.
Rajveer: Me ek jawaan ladka tu ek haseen ladki
Yeh dil machal gaya to mera kasoor kya hain
She raised her eyebrows at him and then gave a sarcastic grin
Naina: Rakhna tha dil pe kaaboo yeh husn to hain jaadoo
Jaadoo yeh chal gaya to mera kasoor kya hain
He had her wrapped into his arms now
Rajveer: Rasta hamara takna darwaaza khulla rakhna
He was the most wonderful thing that had happened to her.

She covered his mouth with her hand
Naina: Kuch or ab na kehna kuch or ab na karna
She smiled and wrapped her arms around his neck

Yeh dil ki baat apne dil ne chupaa ke rakhna
The boys behind them wolf whistled and cheered them on whilst Naina became shy and left Rajveer's grip.
Men: Mehndi lagake rakhna doli sajaake rakhna
Ladies: Sehra sajaake rakhna chehra chupaake rakhna
He was really excited and he held her hand and made her join in the dance with him
Shava oye oye oye, shava oye oye oye, shava oye oye………….
The happy festivities continued with all of them mingling in and pulling each other's legs. Rajveer was glad that Naina had discarded the bachelor party idea since it never actually happened and now she was talking to him again. It would have been worse if before his wedding everything would have been destroyed and he would have killed Rishi and gang for sure. Then he would have made sure that they had apologized a thousand times before he would have had released them.
Anyhow now things were back to normal and the evening was nearing its end. He just couldn't wait till tomorrow when he would have Naina all to himself and no one else to disturb them.
Twenty minutes later
Neelu and Shaina came searching for Naina and then grabbed her out of the crowd. She was curious as to what was their problem but both of them didn't look as if there was anything serious.
They had just come to her to urge her to sing a song on that auspicious event. She clearly refused that she wasn't going to in front of so many people but they kept insisting.
Soon the gang noticed them talking so they joined in and enquired as to what was going on. The girls told them of how they wanted Naina to sing and how she was refusing. The others also insisted Naina to sing but she still was hesitasnt and didn't agree.
Rajveer pushed her and convinced her finally and she had to agree as it was terribly hard to refuse him for anything.
The girls took Naina with them in the centre and got everyone's attention
Neelu: Ladies and gentlemen aaj is shubh afsar pe hum sab ne to apne dil ki baat bata bhi dee or dikha bhi di (smiled and others laughed too) per ek aisa insaan hain jisne abhi bhi kuch nahi bataya to ham sab ne socha ke ose bhi moka dena chaheeye (Naina kept telling her not to hype it up like that but she continued to tease her) to here is presenting to you all the bride to be Naina.
There was applause and then Naina sat down joined by her friends behind her. After a brief pause she practiced her vocal chords.
Naina: Sabki baraatein aayi doli tu bhi laana

Her gaze fell on Rajveer who sat opposite her to a distance and gave her loving looks.
Naina: Baandh ke sehra humse milke niklenge saare armaan dil ke
She covered her eyes with her hands and then peaked out to see him
Naina: Aakhon me taare naache
Haaye aakhon me taare naache ghoonghat yu uthaana
Phir humko haule haule baahon me chupaana
Sabki baraatein aayi
She got up and looked around the hall towards all her close ones and then went towards them one by one.
Naina: Apno se judaa me hotee huwee
Kuch hastee huwi kuch roti huwee
She hugged her father and shed one or two tears. He also became misty eyed but told her not to cry. She wiped her tears and then with a smile turned her attention towards Rajveer.
Naina: Jab chorungi babul ki gali tumre angna aaungi chali
With sudden modesty taking over her she hid behind her mother but stole glances with Rajveer.
Naina: Jab tan mann se teree banungi
Gori baiya meree dharna haule se
She placed her mehndi clad hands in front and displayed them.
Naina: Mehndi waale haatho ki
Haaye mehndi waale haathon ki churi khankaana
Phir haule haule mujhko baahon me chupaana
Sabki baraatein aayi doli tu bhi laana
Dulhan banake humko rajaji lejaana
Sabki baraatein aayi
All of her closeones came to her and either hugged her or just kissed her on the forehead or the cheeks. She smiled and laughed with them all feeling sad at the same time as the feeling sunk in that she was going to miss them all. As she kept going she eventually landed in Rajveer's arms and she went beetroot red as he stared at her and complimented her with his seductive eyes.
Naina: Phir bindya ki sab chandaniya
Or paayal ki sab raaginiya
Tere ghar aangan me loota degee
Dulhe raja teree dulhaniya
He rested his head on her shoulder and gave her playful nudges with his head.
Naina: Pehle tum khelna mere rang roop se
Phir chun daalna ang ang ki kaliya
She hugged him and rested her head on his chest.
Naina: Kore tan ke phoolo se
Haaye kore tan ke phoolo se saijeeya sajaana
Phir haule haule humko baahon me chupaana
Then others came and separated them teasing them to the core since that was the best they did best. As naina saw all of them laughing and enjoying together she felt too sad thinking that she won't be amongst them any longer.
Naina: Sabki baraatein aayi doli tu bhi laana

By the end she couldn't control anymore and she choked. Instant tears fell out of her eyes and she hugged her mother tight crying out. Everyone became concerned and tried consoling her as they knew what she was going through. It sure was a tough time but they all were confident that her future was going to be full of happiness and only happiness. Rajveer was living proof of it and they had full confidence in him.
The atmosphere turned quite sentimental for the next ten minutes as Naina was settled down by them all and they fussed over her to make sure she was alright or not. She was alright but still a bit upset.
The gang met up and thought the evening was at an end and they needed to end it on happy note and not on sad one. They gathered together to make a plan and then informed Rajveer who also agreed that it was a perfect idea to cheer Naina up too. Then they all disappeared somewhere and Rajveer took Naina with him too to explain to her everything
