Part 13
In the mahal,AV and Nivriti enter Dharam's room.They find Dharam looking very worried and tense.

AV:"Dharam,tum aaj kaha chale gaye the,subha se mahal mein dikhayi nahi diye."

Nivriti:"Haan,aur tumne aaj subah ka nashta aur dopahar ka khana nahi kiya,kaha chale gaye the tum?

Dharam:"Hum naye mahal aur shrmaiko ki basti mein gaye the."

AV:"Kya?Phir sainiko ne humein iske baare mein kyun nahi bataya?"

D:"Kyunki unhe khud yeh nahi pata tha,hum waha bhes badalkar gaye the."

AV:"Bhes badalkar?Par kyun?"

D:"Pitaji,hum barso se yeh dekh rahe hain ki shramik humse nafrat karte hain,hum unhe sab kuch dete hain,ghar,kaam,anaaj phir bhi yeh humse khush nahi hain.Aapne kabhi socha hai yeh humse itni nafrat kyun karte hain."

AV:"kyunki yeh log ehsaanfaramosh aur besharam log hain."

D:"Nahi pitaji,humein bhi yehi lagta tha par yeh sach nahi hai.Aaj aap naye mahal mein jate to aap woh sab dekh nahi pate,inke saath kitna atyachaar,kitna anyay hota hai.Ab humein kuch karna hoga,humein aryanagar ke kanoon mein badlaav lana hoga."

AV:"Par..."

Nivriti interrupts him.

N:"Shabaash bete,mujhe tumse yehi ummeed thi.Bhaiya,maine aapse kaha tha na ki dharam aapse bhi achha raja sabit hoga.Dharam,mujhe tumpar naaz hai,"

AV:"Par dharam tum bhool gaye in shrmaiko ne 15 saal pehle hamare saath kya kiya,Nivriti ke bachhe ko aur tumhari maa ko kitni buri tarah se maar dala."

D:"Humein sab kuch yaad hai par iska matlab yeh nahi ki hum kuch shrmaiko ki gunaaho ki sazaa saare shramiko ko de,"

N:"Haan bhaiya,kisne kaha ki bhagvaan ne mere bete ko cheen liya,kya dharam mera beta nahi hai?Maine to dharam ko apne bete ki tarah pala hai."

D:"Aur humne bhi to aapko apni maa mana hai.Aaj hum jo kuch bhi hain aapki wajah se hain."

Both dharam and nivriti hug each other.AV leaves the room angrily.

Next day,in the new mahal,everybody as usual is busy with their work.

One sick shramik falls down.A soldier comes there and starts hitting him.

Veer stops the soldier and tells him that the shrmik is sick and he shd be taken to vaidji immediately.

The soldier gets angry at veer and was abt to hit him too when someone holds his hand.When he turns around,he finds Dharam there.

Everybody is shocked.

D:"Sharam nahi aati ek nihatte par haath uthate hue."

Soldier:"Maaf karna maharaj."

D:"Iss bimaar shramik ko vaidji ke paas le jao."

Soldier takes the shramik to vaidji.

D:"Aap sab log humein yaha dekhkar hairaan ho gaye honge.Hum yaha aap logo se kuch zaroori baat karna chahte hain."

Looking at veer,he said,"Kisi ne theek hi kaha tha,ek raja ka farz hota hai ki woh apni praja ki bhalai ke baare mein soche,uski takleefo ko door kare."

Veer is surprised.

D:"Hum aap logo se maafi mangte hain ki hum apna farz theek se nibha nahi rahe the."

By now,all the shramiks had gathered there.

D:"Aaj se hum aryanagar ke kanoon mein badlaav la rahe hain.Kal se saare shramik surya uday hone ke baad kaam pe aayenge.14 saal se kam umar ke bachhe aur 65 saal se upar ke buzurg kaam pe nahi aayenge.Budhi aur garbhavato auratein bhi kaam par nahi aayengi.Beech mein agar aap log thodi der ke liye aaraam karna chahte hain to kar sakte hain iske liye aapko koi nahi rokega.Agar koi shramik theek se kaam nahi kar raha hai to koi bhi sipahi uspe haath nahi uthayega.Agar kisi ne aisa kiya to usse kadi se kadi sazaa milegi.Surya asth hone ke baad aap log apne apne ghar wapas ja sakte hainAgar aap logo ko koi bhi takleef hogi to aap jab chahe humse mil sakte hain,hum vaada karte hain hum aapki takleefo ko door zaroor karenge."

Everybody is looking shocked.They can't believe dharam has changed the rules.

Veer:"Bolo Maharaj Dharam ki... "

Shramiks:"Jai"

D:"Aaj aap sab logo ko hum kaam se chutti dete hain"

All the shramiks are very happy.All of them are blessing dharam.

Dharam leaves.He was abt to get into his chariot when veer calls him.

V:"Shukriya maharaj"

D:"Shukriya to humein tumhe karna chahiye,tumne hamari aankhein khol di,humein hamari jimmedariyon ka ehsaas diya hai."

V(shocked):"Maine?"

D:"Achha woh sab chhodo,hum chalte hain"

V:"Dharam.."

DV hug each other.

Sia is watching all this.She is so delighted and feeling proud of dharam.

Dharam leaves and all the shramiks return to their homes happily.

Thanks for the update.....Dharam finally realised his bit of mistakes...7 him changing rules & regulations.....was a very good step...Next Part Sia's heart breaking..hmmmmmm that means she will come to know that Daharam is going to get married to Ananya...what about veer...how will he feel about this.....

lovely subha,i enjoyed it,dharam holdg the hand of the soldier was 2 gud,i was imagining it hw it wud b?the update was 2 gud,waitg 4 the nxt!
