I think faculty is getting downright crazy each day. I cant even anticipate what they are trying to show or prove through this. I noticed a few things for which I am at least not getting any explanation/logic. First lets see what main decisions faculty take and powers they have in their hands.
1. Choosing students from the audition round (Why didnt they choose Monica and Sandeep in the first place instead of Qazi if they think they are more talented😕 they were there in the audition rounds too). If in the audition round they looked for a total package too why in the first place they chose Shamit or Arijit or Rupu who initially used to stand like statues only and then why make a farce that they are not performing later on. At least from 5000 people u cld have got 14 performers. I really doubt faculty knew the criteria of choosing at that point tehmselves.
2. Main work of faculty that is training When Qazi sang "Sach mere yaar hain" and "Tum Dil ki dhadkan mein" they said he should concentrate more on performance and when he sang "Samne yea kaun aya" they said he should leave his performance for sometime and concentrate more on singing. Same thing happened with Shamit when he tried to perfrom they said he looked strained coz he tried to focus more to the audience and when he did less of that they said connect with the audience. But i think its the job of the faculty (Prashant and Padma to show how to sing and express) and Bosco to coordinate the steps of the song. SO if a contestant has not performed much with "sach mere yaar hain" may be Bosco didnt find enuff steps for that song too. Qazi is to do what he is taught, he is not a choreographer i dont think he can choreagrpah some break dance steps with "Sach mere yaar hain". SO when showing the participant lacked in performance of a particular song and didnt perform much shows the faculty's inability to teach him.
3. Choice of immune students (Whats the criteria???? I never got that myself.) Is it the gala performance I thought thats more logical coz for immune students if u have to see overall performance and growth curve before puttings student in danger zone u should consider that tooo. If u say u can give ur best in one but we see the overall thing its true in that case tooo one can give his worst on a specific day but that doenst mean he would be placed on probation why not see overall growth then. Okay even if I take it - a person being placed in danger zone then getting voted out and again coming back and being safe (Rex) is a hell lot of improvement and a person not at all trained giving two flawless performances and judges commenting "Koi gurukul aake improve kiya tou woh ho tum and u are a different man" doesnt it show overall growth. why arnt these people made immune then😕
4. Saving of people from danger zone (I thought Ila once said they do it on the basis of who made least mistakes on that very performance. ) Was it anything about encouraging. I dont think that was the criteria. And if encouraging is the criteria why not encourage everyone irrespective of how they perform. One turn to each fair enuff. Again when Arijit's mike placmenet was wrong and Rupu culdnt match scales with Amit they said for the first one, baccha josh mein aake performance mein khoke agar mike idhar udhar kar bhi diya tou usme koi bari baat nahi hain and for Rupu they said hamara galti hain ke humne usko galat gana diya. 😲. Ohh so baccha josh mein aake performance mein kho jaake ek adha sur idhar udhar nahi kar sakta (Qazi). At least jo bhi gaya logon ko sunayi tou diya. Koi koi log tou itna kho jata hain ke they forget their mikes and how is janta and judges supposed to listen and judge when they cant hear. If Shamits face looks strained on high pitch songs isnt it the duty of the faculty to point that out as they did in case of Rupu I think if he is looking strained his choice of songs are also wrong.
5. Last but not the least maintaining discipline and luv and peace amongst students (I think this is one of the faculty's most important job) IF faculty comes up with games like who needs to be out tell ur comments and listens to things like his face is not good, he talks much, he is not deserving and claps at such comments, saying these are games, I dont think students calling each other Kutta and Monkey is much of a nuisance. Its the faculty who gave the liberty to call each other names and mock at each other. Why give beeeeeeps guyzzz why cut those, u want us to hear those things, so why all this drama.
Teaching students their limits awww. I think judge or an examiner is always respected and his decisions are thought to be right ones. If Ila can cross her limits and fight like a 🤬 with him why cant students do the same with Ila and the faculty.... they got the audacity from them only (Khud karo tou lila hum karen tou character dhila)
6. Lastly partiality and favoritism If Ila can take a decision emotinally and save a new talent rather than saing deserving ones if Shamit takes a decision emotionally why is he called a politician. And if Arijit can vote a person with eyes closed not even judging how he sang on the Gala why doenst bechara Janta have the rite to close their eyes and ears and vote for the person they like irrespective of how he sang. Arey Janta tou itna Mahan faculty se kuch sikhega. Then why does Ila make such a pathetic face🤢
Today Fame Gurukul is looking like Fake Gurukul (Gurukul without a proper Guru) just coz of the stupid faculty and their brainless and heartless headmisttress. I have never seen a more crazier faculty who has been given powers and making misuse of their chairs.😡 Guyzzzzzzz did I miss anything please add if I did. and ohhhhhhhh this has become quite a long esaay like thing. Kya karoon I always get carried away when it comes to Ilaaaaaaaaa's faculty.
