I would like to say that as a viewer, watching FG is more pleasing to the eye. The way its shot, publicity for the show, etc. However, if I have to compare the quality of the shows, I HAVE to say that Saregama is MUCH better. The contestants are TRULY talented and the whole focus is on singing. But in FG, its a reality show, which means taht we get to knwo the contestants "up close and personal" which means that their personality, how the behave, their interaction with the other contestants, etc plays a role in their success. BUt yea, FG is more fun to watch! hehehe 😆

Please don't bad-mouth judges in either show. They are equally talented and respected in their fields. You cannot compare Music Directors to Singers to Lyricits!!! Both sets of Judges are awesome.
Both shows focus on different things and are good in their own ways. FG is reality show based on now-a-days trend of showing person's inner feelings. SaReGaMa is focused totally on singing.
It is hard to judge anyone unbiasdely. We judge people based on our prejudices 90% of time I think..so to be an impartial judge is great responsibility and I think judges are doing great.
