Forgot to mention an important scene in today’s episode. We saw Tanu’s abandon issues today. She was fearing Ayaan might leave her the way her father left her and mom. I suspect this will come to play if at all Ayaan decides to be with Faltu and wanted to divoerce Tanu.

I am trying hard to like this show. Off and On when they show Faltu’s cricket journey which gives me hope plus lead characters/actors are really likable. But then they derail and start some crap like Rocky and try to create a bizarre connection between Rocky and Ayaan which makes me take a break. Instead of these many sidetracks and they could have invested more time in Faltu’s blindness treatment and challenges and/or her struggle in academy with other girls. They wasted lots of potential sub-plots.I am still hoping they will be able to bring the story back on the track if they give enough time to their slow realization of love and the journey onwards.

Thanks keeping this forum alive. It’s interesting to read others point of views.

Haha I completely agree with this taking another 100 episodes! It took Ayaan more than 100 to say he’s in love with Faltu and that too to himself! I don’t think Faltu is completely wrong in doubting Ayaan. She made him hate her and she doesn’t know that he now knows the truth. Had I been in that position, I too might have assumed that Ayaan was behind everything. Especially since Vishal had that message from the bank. Also, I’m assuming since Vishal’s truth will be coming out to the public eventually, Ayaan might go against the family and take the spot of coach at the academy in the future.

I don’t think this will matter much once Ayaan finds out that she was the one behind getting Faltu kicked out of the academy. After that he won’t care about what she feels. I think this is more of a foreshadowing to the obsessive behavior the makers might show from Tanu’s end in the future. They’ll try to show that due to her lonely childhood, she is willing to do anything to keep the important people in her lives near her. That will be where they’ll try to give Tanu that Malini makeover from Imlie. Kanika is already becoming like Anu anyways.

Hey, I’ve been having the same issues with this show. They started the show with Faltu saying she wants to be a shoulder that her father can lean on for support. Her father had the heavy debt of a loan which he had to repay and the makers showed that she wanted to help her father repay it. I don’t see that sense of urgency in her anymore. She’s not solely focused on cricket, she’s not trying to get a good job and repay the loan, and she is the least bit concerned about how her family is living back in the village. I wish they would’ve just kept things about a Faltu trying to fulfill her dream with Ayaan supporting her along the way and throughout that journey, a slow build up to their realization of love. Ayaan and Faltu fell in love with each other when Ayaan was getting married. Instead of building up their realization, the makers chose to build up their confession which is quite annoying. Hopefully things will get back on track soon.

So true. I feel like they jump from one story to another without concluding the any of them properly. They could have run both Faltu's growth journey and Ayaan's admiration/love realization for her. But both were executed badly. They haven't made up their mind on Tanisha's character either. She swings from being naive to cunning to lonely child to what not. Kanika the character (and actor both) is super annoying and somehow they have given her way too much screen space. The original story had enough steam "father Vs son" and "Girl Vs Society". They also had the right flavor of Sid's one sided love for Tanisha and Tanisha's infatuation/obsession for Ayaan. This would have helped them build a great storyline. But they have underutilized most of it so far. And love story was almost killed the day they forced the "sindoor shadi". As you said we can only hope that they will clean up all the mess before SP and TRP will stop showing mercy on them

The issue with the makers is that they keep adding unnecessary drama. As you said, Kanika really doesn’t need to be in the show. Sometimes Tanisha is good and sometimes she’s bad. The one character who actually seems to be consistent is surprisingly Sid who has been stuck on wanting to separate Tanu and Ayaan but also stalling it as much as possible. When Sid has already told Ayaan that Tanisha knows everything about him and Faltu why isn’t he doubting her? The makers just conveniently forgot about mentioning that. When watching this show, logic does not exist.

I feel

Ayaan will not take coach position in the Academy. Even if the truth comes out, I feel kanika will take all the blame and make Tanu innocent just like how Anu took the blame for Malini. Leaving Tanu will be tough for Ayaan mainly because the business will collapse. I feel

Ayaan will kanika will come to a deal that Faltu cricket career will not be disturbed by Kanika and Ayaan will not disturb his marital life with Tanu. The story can dragged like this where Ayaan/Faltu both will struggle. These ladies might leave Ayaan when they will come to know that he is not rightful heir of Mittal parivaar. I hope the makers will prove me wrong and take the story in a different direction.

Your view also makes sense from a serial pov. This is most likely going to happen. The company will be given to Sid and he will fail to run it. Hopefully the makers will take a better route.

+1 to both the posts.

I see the same possibility of some sort of business deal between Ayaan and Kanika to protect Faltu’s cricket career and Tanisha’s marriage, respectively. I don’t think they are planning to get rid of either Kanika aur Tanisha’s character anytime soon. So this will help keep them relevant in the story.
And honestly this will be the only way Faltu’s cricket journey will be shown else the alternate route will make her “bahu” and start domestic politics (going by ITV/SP history)

However this would be pretty lazy approach. As the only way they will be able to keep the love story continue in this set-up; would be through IMA. And I don’t think the Indian television is mature enough to handle this matter correctly.

Alternatively they can separate Ayaan and Tanisha (post truth reveal), give Sid more meat in the story and help him steer Tanisha’s priority and emotions in his direction. Honestly (as one of you said) he is the only consistent character so far. And I find him interesting as well. He can remain grey and create few more dimensions in the story. Let Kanika be there and do whatever crazy conspiracy she wants to do against whosoever - if that pleases makers.

And start Ayaan-Faltu journey fresh with she focusing on cricket career and he supporting from distance and finding his individuality. Also one of them realizing his/her emotions and slowly wining the other one. Keep Ayaan’s dad’s ego and Faltu’s family challenges in the mix to add complexity.

They can still create lot of overlaps and conflicts between both set of life’s and take the story forward.
