Character Sketch:
>>Suman
Young, cheerful, smart and loving girl who is an orphan. Suman doesn't remember much about her parents except the fire that killed her parents when she was three. Suman was found by Devraj and Suhasini who took her in and raised her as their own. As fate had decided, Suman soon finds a comforting friend in Ranveer only to discover later that she has fallen in love with him.
>>Ranveer Mittal
Ranveer is the only son of Aakash and Sindoora Mittal and is the youngest son of the Mittal Family. Born and raised in a well-known family, among his loved ones. He soon falls deeply in love with Suman, who he has known as his best friend during most his childhood. He will fight against all odds to marry Suman.
>>Gyana Mittal
Dadi'sa, elder of the family, mother of Devraj, Brijesh and Aakash Mittal. She is kind and caring, loves her grandsons a lot and treats Suman as a family. She expresses her desire to see her three grandchildren marry on the same day, playing an important role in Ranveer's marriage with Suman.
>>Devraj Mittal
Devraj Mittal, a successful businessman and "Head" of the well-known Mittal family as he is the eldest of the three brothers. He highly regards his family and would not allow any wrong done to them. He and Suhasini had a daughter who died of a medical condition at an early age. He raised Suman as his own, never letting her feel that she is an orphan, after he and Suhasini found her.
>>Suhasini Mittal
Suhasini Devraj Mittal loves her family, considers Suman as her daughter. She runs the house. Suman idolises her and comes to her for any advice she ever needs. Suhasini is wise and understanding which is why she is consulted by all in the family for anything needed.
>>Brijesh Mittal
Brijesh is second son of Gyana Mittal with same priorities as Devraj. Brijesh helps Devraj with the business. He is a father of two, Sahil and Manan. He gets along well with everyone in the family.
>>Nupur Mittal
Nupur Brijesh Mittal is loving and kind in nature, never differentiates between all the kids including Suman. She likes to help Suhasini run the house. Her positive nature always helps the family through tense situations. She's very religious and always prefers consulting a priest before starting any work.
>>Aakash Mittal
Aakash is youngest son of Gyana Mittal with same priorities as his brothers. Aakash started his own business venture with his wife Sindoora after their marriage. He is the father of Ranveer. Ranveer idolises his father and comes to him for advice whenever he needs. Aakash understands Ranveer well and has always been supportive of him in every situation. He gets along well with everyone in the family.
>>Sindoora Mittal
Sindoora Aakash Mittal is modern lady who works with her husband in same business. Her closest friend is Kalavati who also happens to be her business partner. Sindoora loves her son and is the only one who doesn't approve of Devraj and Suhasini's decision of having Suman in the family. Sindoora also doesn't want Suman around Ranveer but never succeeds in doing so.
>>Disha Mittal
Disha is the daughter of Devraj and Suhasini who dies at the age of eight due to a medical condition. The loss of their only child leaves an emptiness in Devraj and Suhasini's life which is soon filled by Suman. Disha may have left their life but her spirit lives on through Suman who slightly resembles Disha in her way of loving and caring for people around her.
>>Sahil Mittal
Sahil is the eldest son of Brijesh and Nupur, and eldest of all the kids in the family. Sahil is caring and loving just like his father. Though he may not always agree to but still helps his younger brothers in their mischiefs. He always treats Manan and Ranveer equally.
>>Manan Mittal
Manan is youngest son of Brijesh and Nupur, and middle brother among the three. He is the most mischievous out of the three but still loved by all. His carefree and cheerful nature can make anyone forget their anger on his mischiefs. Manan is closer to Ranveer in comparison to Sahil because of Sahil's slight sincere nature.
>>Kalavati Parmar
Kalavati is mix of modern and traditional type. After her husband left her, Kalavati handled the business partnership with Aakash and Sindoora Mittal. Kalavati is now a single mother of two daughters, Sanjana and Antara. Kalavati Sindoora have been great friends since their childhood and have some things in common, including their nature.
>>Sanjana Parmar
Sanjana is eldest daughter of Kalavati. She is also happy-to-go-lucky kind of person who is well pampered by her mother. She prefers to live her life in carefree way.
