It's the Moonlighting curse. The will they/won't they scenario is infinitely more interesting than the resolution of the story😃

Word..I think this is the biggest drawback of a love marriage..You just don see the other side of the coin 😆 I know a girl who eloped with a a guy ( an auto driver to be precise) on the day of her marriage despite being from a well off family..And now she is pregnant & back home and its her parents who are still taking care of her despite all the humiliation & embarrassment..Parents ( in most cases) always forgive the child for their mistakes..Probably why most of them take it for granted & decide to elope 😆

All the eloping cases I have seen around me in real life did result in the parents forgiving them ultimately. So I get why kids would do that. But they need to understand that their parents went through h*ll during that ordeal.

The only show that I have seen in my life that has not been affected by the moonlighting curse is Castle (I am not counting shows with limited eps). It's as if all of these writers have never experienced fulfilling lives with their partners, so they are practically incapable of giving us a couple who are committed to each other but are still fun.😆

I have a huge issue with kids eloping especially after their marriage is fixed with someone else..Its dramatic on shows but down right insensitive in real life..If you have the guts to elope, you should also have the guts to put your foot down & refuse marriage with another person..Imagine the embarrassment the bride/ groom goes through..I hate ppl who do that in real life..

I hate it too. That's why I hated the idea of Veera or Baldev abandoning a groom or bride respectively at the altar. Thankfully I have not seen anyone eloping after their marriage being fixed.😕

Part of the reason some elope is that they are cowards (I am not referring to all), they prefer to adopt the shortcut method of getting together rather than actually put all of their efforts in convincing their families.

See i don mind it on shows cos it provides scope for drama but in real life, i have a huge huge problem with it 😆 Its downright insensitive to play with another person's feelings..Not to mention, all the embarrassment they'l suffer for no fault of theirs..I know someone who eloped on her wedding day..She happily took part in all the rasams just to give the impression that she is happy with the marriage & then ditched him on the alter..Now she is back home though cos she divorced her husband..Karma is a bitch indeed 😆

It's still a very sh*tty move for me even if it's a show.😆 I like Baldev as a person despite of his old bullying days and the biggest problem I have with Veera is that she never seems to appreciate him enough, so seeing either do such a thing would probably make me dislike them..at least temporarily.😆

That person's selfishness makes her sound like a vamp..no offence.😆

All of the eloped couples I know, still have their marriages intact, happily I presume. Even if they are not actually happy, I expect them to last because of their conservative backgrounds.
