Caught between the devil and the deep sea

Okay so hey ppl 😃 I have forever wanted to make this topic but never got around to actually typing it out cos i was waiting for certain things to unfold on the show..But given their penchant for wrapping up things in lightening speed, i thought i'l just make it anyway even though its irrelevant to the current track 😆 This is only a hypothetical scenario and there is no guarantee of it actually playing out on the show..We might be subjected to sappy melodrama & happy reunion in 5 minutes for all we know 😆 Anyways, coming to the point of my post, lets think of a hypothetical scenario where Ranvi staunchly opposes Veera's decision to marry Baldev..He is so opposed to the idea that he threatens to disown Veera or be grossly disappointed with her if she ever chooses to go against him & marry Baldev ( i know its tough to imagine😆 )..In such a situation, what should Veera do? What will you do if you were in Veera's place? Now lets think of all that Ranvi has done for Veera..
-Tended to her as a child & taken utmost care of her in the best manner possible
-Gave her all the love in the world though he was under no obligation to assume so much responsibility at such a tender age
-Never let her experience Ratan's obvious hatred..Infact he always tried his best to shield her from it
-Fought with his mom multiple times when he felt she was being unfair to Veera
-Din think twice before sacrificing his education or other comforts/ needs of life just so Veera gets all the happiness in the world
-Din even think twice before risking his life when Veera's life was in danger
-Post leap, he never let Veera know that they were in financial crisis & tried his best to fulfill her dream
-Though he wanted her to fulfill their father's dream, he never uttered a word of opposition when he realized Veera wanted to pursue her higher studies in London
-Was progressive enough to give Veera complete freedom of choice..Even when she was caught hugging Karan & the whole pind questioned her character, he stood firm & supported her without a second thought
-Even when the half sister truth was out in the open, not once did this fact bother him..Infact, he was more worried about how Veera will take the whole thing if she ever comes face to face with the truth

I can add a lot more but i'l stop here..In this scenario, when Veera gets to know she is infact Ranvi's half sister & he has gone out of his way to give her all the happiness, its natural for her to feel indebted..I made a post on this ages back & i repeat it again..Its quite normal for adopted kids to feel an immense sense of gratitude towards their foster parents..Especially when they have never let you feel like an outsider & almost always stood by you..

Anyways, now that Veera has fallen in love, there is no denying that Baldev has been a great boyfriend so far..Infact, he has stood by her even before there was a conscious realization of feelings on his part..He was the only one who comforted her when she broke down post the half sister revelation, was so tender & caring though they were enemies back then, stopped her from going abroad when he got to know Ranvi had mortgaged his house & almost always stood by her when she is in pain/ some sort of trouble..And now that they are in love, he is nothing short of a dream & does everything possible to keep her happy..

So coming to the main point of my post, in this scenario, how will you choose? Will you give up on a guy who stood by you all your life & literally sacrificed everything to make sure you are happy cos you have an awesome boyfriend who is ready to pamper & indulge you for the rest of your life? Its tough to choose your love over your parents..Its ten times tougher to choose your love over a guy who is literally the reason for your existence especially when he was under no obligation to do so..I see ppl saying Veera should always choose Baldev but is the choice that easy? Lets forget how well the actors are playing the role, lets forget Shivin & Vishal and just think of Ranvi and Baldev as characters 😆 And lets not compartmentalize pre-leap & post-leap Ranvi and think of them as the same person..In this situation, whom would you choose? I know you should try convincing but all that has failed..You cant even choose to stay single for the rest of your life cos that will put your brother in immense agony & depression 😆 What would you expect Veera to do? Whom would you choose if you were Veera? 😆

Ok now its connfusing but there is always way right its ok if she choose ranvi but she could try to manofying him cuz lets face ot its ranvi uss main utna dum nahi 😆
I wont be angry with veera if she choose ranvi but she should miss baldev alot bass

Ahhh - Finally you're back ... Where were you since so many days ... Was missing your posts & comments especially "Baldev's gorgeous eyes" ... I thought you quit watching the show coz of the things that have been going around in the show 😆

If i were veera in ur scenario i would try to talk to ranvi and explain how important baldev is and how different he is than what ranvi thinks of him. But if he wouldn't understand at all then i would tell him that if u can't accept baldev then i can't accept anyone else as a hubby..and would choose a life of a bharamacharya😃

Before I start reading this..I thought you had finally weaned yourself off of the show when I didn't see you for a couple of days.😆 Some of the eps s*cked so bad..I wouldn't blame you.😳

No.I told you that option is not available Unfair 😆 I thought you'l choose Baldev in a heartbeat 😆

Yeah i haven't caught the epis off late..So i thought i'l make this post anyway instead of waiting for it to play out on the show 😆
