Whoa😳. Thanks a ton for all the comments! I am blushing tomato red right now, and grinning like an idiot from ear to ear. I just logged into IF after two days and saw that this SS that I had written a million years ago got all these comments. Needless to say, I am overwhelmed!😳😃
I began writing this story in March when I first started watching the show. I was hooked immediately to the couple and watched all the old VeeBa scenes on YouTube. I let my creative juices flow, and finished these two chapters in a jiffy. They were so fascinating, I just HAD to write something on them😊
And then, I went on a short vacation to Ooty for a week, intending to come home and complete the story.
When I came back, boy, was I in for a rude shock!🤢 This was in March when RanJan first got married and Baldev started pursuing Veera. I was dismayed to find that Baldev's character had undergone a sea change, to the extent that he almost seemed like a completely new person.
So yeah, I was incredibly disappointed because my favorite character seemed almost unrecognizable and could not be incorporated the way I envisioned him, because the show's makers were intent on showing him as a buffoon.
So that, coupled with the droopy interest readers showed in this tale(except for Sunny and Nikki and others) made me not update at all🥱[Okay, perhaps my laziness also played a part in it, but still...😉] I guess I just wasn't enthused enough to continue.
But NOW I certainly feel enthralled by the renewed interest in this story.😳 And the current track seems conducive to having this tale continue. So yeah, I am definitely back in action if there are takers for this silly tale of mine.⭐️
