Sometimes in movies they show that the world stands still for some time when the hero and heroine falls down on each other..Those are all just part of the movies..

But THIS was reality,Veera tried to explain to herself..

Her eyes were still locked in his dark ones,and his hard body pressing down on hers was making her feel hot,cold and drunk all at the same time.

His hot breathing was falling on her face,and Veera could not control the thrills of pleasure that created within her..And his dark eyes were also creating a magic of their own..

Was she imagining it..?Or had the world really stopped around them..?!

The chatter of people around them,the distant dogs barking,the giggling of children cycling way by them,the cars passing by-all noises seem to have ceased..!

All she could hear was his and her thudding away,and their mingled raspy breath..And if at that moment she started to hear music around them,she would not be the least surprised,she thought with a shaky breathy..

He seemed to move a bit closer to her,his handsome face closer to her now..
HANDSOME?!!Had she just thought him handsome?!

And then he moved his face closer,and Veera forgot to think anything at all..How could she when his hand was near her waist,making shock waves pass all over her body..?

"Veera.."Oh God!Why was voice sounding so husky and sensual..?!

His hard body over her was making her feel dizzy,and why did she suddenly had the strange yearning to pull his close tight,and hug him tight too?!

She looked into his dark eyes,wondering what he might be thinking right then,when she watched his eyes move to her parted lips.

Her lips started tingling instantly..

Suddenly she wanted more..

It was not enough that he-..

His eyes moved back to look at hers,and Veera felt she was zapped again!

Those dark eyes looked so hoot and hungry..

It reminded her of the looks he had given her while putting the dupatta on her,,But then he had a slight smile in his eyes,but this time his eyes were all hot and hungry..It gave her feelings of equal amount of shock and yearning..

Her stomach muscles knotted in reaction to the look he was giving her..

And Veera gulped again,as it seemed he was moving his head lower..

Was he going to-..

Was he really-..

His hot moist breath falling on her face,and tingling lips were making her feel-..

"Are you two alright?"

The spell was broken instantly,by the waiter who had come with their ordered food.

"Yes!Yes we are fine!"Veera declared in an unnaturally loud voice,as they both got up from the pavement ,and tried to fix her dress..

She gave an overbright smile to the confused looking waiter,as she sat back on the chair.But nit before she was stumbling once again,and was caught by Baldev again.

A few seconds was all it took for her to get hot and warm all over again,as she looked into his dark eyes..A few seconds as he held her arm to prevent her fall..

And then he had let go of her looking away as of nothing had happened,and Veera tried to look normal too..

She needed to get things back to normal between themselves.She hated this awkward silence that followed.

It made her feel-..

She noticed Baldev was staring at the busy road.And then she remembered why she had attacked him in the first place..!Those girls!

"Waise Baldeva tainu pata hai,yaha log tujhe jail mein bhar denge agar aise hi kudi wekhke tu siti bajata raha..

[Baldeva,do you know,they'll put you in jail here,if you keep whistling at girls here..]"She said as she took a bite of the burger she had ordered.

Baldev turned to give her the weirdest look,From his studying his own burger with bit of distaste..

"Kudi?!Siti?!Maine-..?

[Girls?!Whistle?!I-..]"And then suddenly his eyes rounded,and he started laughing clearly recalling his whistling and Veera's attack on him..

Veera turned redder and redder,both in anger,irritation and embarrassment,as she tried her best to look casual.

"Baldeva!"She seethed out,as she noticed people staring at them due toBaldev's loud laughter..

Finally he managed to choke down on his laughter.

But to add to Veera's irritation,he did not feel the need to explain the reason behind his laughter,and started munching on his burger,first with curiosity..And then with relish as it seemed he enjoyed the taste of it.

The entire evening passed in Veera's looking irritated,and Baldev looking smug and happy like the cat who had gotten the cream,as they went around sight seeing.

Veera's irritation increased as it seemed he was not even noticing her strange quietness or her anger directed at him..

Baldev was more busy in eyeing the new country and of course girls..

Once or twice accidentally his hand brushed with hers,making Veera go still at the shock wave that rocketed through her body,but adding to her irritation Baldev did not seem bothered at all..

Of course he would have noticed,if he could spare some time from ogling girls in mini skirts..!She thought with frustration..

They took an early dinner as the next day,they had to start on their journey to the farm where they were supposed to go to learn about the new farming techniques.

It was while a tired and irritated Veera had opened her room's door,when it happened.

Baldev.whose room was beside hers,suddenly pushed her in,as he himself followed to her surprise..

"Baldeva,tu-...!"

"Shshshhh!"She could not talk any further as he placed his hand on her mouth,as he pushed her up against the wall in her bedroom.

The bedroom door closed by itself with a loud click.

Veera's eyes rounded,as she watched him insert the room key in the card holder,so that the room lighted up..

But he had still not moved off her,and when he turned back to look at her,Veera felt her heart nearly stop..

She was not afraid of him..Though she should be,as she was still trapped against the wall by his hard masculine body,and her mouth still clamped shut by his hard hand..

But what she was more afraid of was the look in his dark eyes..

She closed her eyes and opened them again,and gulped down a knot of tension.

Her stomach muscles clenched in tension..

Yes!Oh yes!He was still giving her that strange mysterious look,and Veera was glad she was held by him as her legs were already turning to jelly..
