CHAPTER-15.

Veera could not believe what was happening as his hot moist lips sucked and kissed hers hungrily.

Her heart was ready to burst with the fury of his hot hungry kiss,and his touch and hard hold round her body had her yearning for more.

He nibbled on her soft full sensitive bottom lip,and Veera gasped with pleasure,as he suckled arousingly making her forget everything.

He always had the wildest effect on her,and made her melt with his oh so arousing touch..She let the feelings sweep her over,not caring for the appropriateness of time or place..Not caring about anything but the feeling of his hot mouth and body making her melt and feel all sorts of heavenly feeings..

For a few more seconds she lay still in his arms,and then as his hands entered her hair to hold her closer,she could not hold back anymore.Without a care in the world,or that they were both out in the open and in plain view of any passerby,she started kissing him back with a moan.

He went still the moment she started kissing him back,but Veera was not the one who was ready to stop at all.

Not after she was ready to fight to get him back.No matter what.She was not ready to give up,now or ever.

She moved her hands and grabbed the collar of his kurta with one hand,and the other curved round his nape to force his head closer,and she went on kissing him,urging and pleading him to kiss her back with all the naivety she possessed..She had only the experiences of his kiss to help her,and her love to guide her way back into her husband's heart and being.

She whispered his name against his lips,and desperately urged him to kiss himback,but he was not responding..!And with that Veera was getting more enraged and frustrated,as helpless tears came to her eyes..

Something cold and heavy seemed to settle in her heart,as a thought passed through her mind.

He did not love her anymore..!And then the same realization passed through her mind in cold cut precision,each word settling like heavy boulders of shame and grief in her heart,as she stopped trying to make him kiss back,and slowly moved away,avoiding looking into his eyes..

He..did..not..love..her..anymore..This time a sob escaped her lips,and she tried to stifle the tears that were ready to burst out at any moment.

"Veera..Wo main-..

[Veera..I-..]"

"Baldev ghaar aa jana jaldi..

[Baldev come back home soon..]"She managed to whisper in a broken voice before she ran away..

And Baldev stood up helplessly looking at her running away,wanting desperately to stop her,but he knew he just could not..

He could not,because as soon as she had started kissing him back,he had noticed the dark shadow of him..

And now he changed his expression to one of smugness as he walked upto him,walking out of the shadows he had taken refuge in to hide from Veera's eyes.

Baldev watched the man leave with hatred and distaste on his bface,as he watched his retreating back..

He looked down at the bundle of money he had been handed for making him happy.For making the scoundrel happy by hurting his Veera once again..!And rage boiled inside him,as he wanted to throw the money and kill the man right then and there.But he could not.He just could not..Not yet..!

He cursed softly as he watched him leave,and closed his eyes as tears of frustration dropped down his eyes.

He suddenly felt like a broken man whose entire world had been taken from him..How was he going to do what he was told to do with his Veera?!How was he going to..?!

Baldev stealthily walked into his room late at night.

He watched her sleep with a pained expression..If she knew..If she only knew..

He quickly changed his dress and got down beside her to sleep..He deliberately kept some distance between them,but unknowingly as he fell asleep,he had pulled her into his arms..

Veera breathed heavily,looking around in the darkness..

There was something evil lurking in it,she just knew it..

She could feel the presence around her,as she desperately tried to blink and see through the veil of darkness slowly and surely tightening round her.

And then she heard it..The heavy breathing..

Her heart nearly stopped,as she heard that hoarse heavy menacing breathing closeby..

Where was it coming from..?!!

She took a step back,and something pierced her naked sole,and she could not even in wince in pain,as chilling tendrils of fear ran through her spine turning her completely cold.

She turned round slowly one more time,trying to see something in the darkness,but the breathing was getting heavier and coming closer now..

She covered her motuh squelching the whimper of fear that came to her throat..She could not scream now..She could not make a noise..She did not know how she knew it but she just knew she could not dare to make any sound..

Cause whatever it was she could hear was coming for her..After her..And if she made the slightest noise it would get hold of her and..

The heavy breathing was coming still closer.

She took a step back,and dry leaves and twigs snapped under her feet,and some more thornes made her sloe bleed..But again she did not wince but nearly whimpered out in terror,at the sound it made.

She had to be careful..Very very careful..

And then suddeny,a low growling sound,and the dark shadow was right infront of her..

She had opened her mouth to scream,when suddenly bright light blinded her,amking her nearly go blind..And then a voice screamed at her to run..To run as fast as she could..To run for her life...!

And Veera whirled around and did just that..!She was running..!As fast as she could..!For her life..!

She knew she could not stop..!She dared not stop,as the evil was right behind her,and if she stopped it would simply overpower her..!

She sobbed out in fear,as she ran through the dark foreast,cutting and scratching herself,but she ran on..

She ran on,as she could hear loud thumping noises and heavy breathing coming from behind her..!

It was coming after her..!It was going to get hold of her any moment now if she did not hurry..!

What was IT?!!

She neither had the time nor the energy to stop ad ponder..

All she knew she had to run..!

She brushed off bushes off her way scratching herself some more,her open hair nearly blinding her,but still she ran on..She whimpered out in fear,as she heard the sound behind her coming closer..!She had to be fast before..

THUMP!

She fell down slipping on a tree root,and before she could get up,it was on top of her..!

Veera screamed out loud..!Her voice echoing within the deep dark jungle..

As loud as she could,she went on screaming,unable to stop herself..!

Tears of fear ran down her cheeks,as it demanded her to stop,but she went on screaming and thrashing trying in vain to be free of its hold..!
