Chapter 2
US 9:00 am Wednesday
Raghav is back from his morning workout , Ray's all ready to change his diaper and sammy still sleeping.
" Sammy what the hell , your r still in your bed , U know that we r leaving to India within 2 days , have you done all the preparation ...?
Sammy still sleepy " Rags everythings done visa , passport , plane , office , staff and the bungalow just as you said about 20-25 min distance from chawl .
As maya was in the room to wake up sammy she seemed a bit surprised by the last line " What's with the chawl , I thought it would be more easly if you stay more closer to Kapoor's house rags ? And sammy it's your turn to change Ray's diaper ,I am leaving , byeee see u in the evening .
"I thinking Maya's right rags ...
"Yay she is , its you turn. Saying so rags left the room avoiding the point which was a bit crucial. But he knew that he was all correct about the plan[1].
India , 8:30am , Monday , Kapoor house
"Good morning Prem , so r you all ready today , you r being launched today in real estate , not everyone has such a great start with such a big project. I am so happy . What's wrong , what r you starting at in the newspaper ? Sahil kapoor was too happy even to have a negative though , but Prem was still , his face showed it all , his feeling like he is done with his carrier even before the start , finally he broke the silence " Dad , just stop acting like mom ,we have just finished the project but booking r yet to be done. Only 5% of r flats r sold till day , u shouldn't be too confident.
"Ohhh come on my chocopie stop saying such things , you will be more successful than ur dad
.
" Stop it mom , haven't you both seen this ?
And Prem finally should the add in the TOH on the from page it self a huge add with a lavish housing project , a much more bigger n better from Kapoor's saying Coming soon a project by Singhania constructions .
Reading that both Sahil and Neetu did feel a 440 volt ka jatka , well they were not expecting the kid that ran away from his problems and responsibilities would return back after 10 years.
This 10 years challenge was not seeming good to the fortunes of Kapoor's .
Rags did take it too seriously.
"Let him come Prem , wo hamara kuch nahi bigad sakta , kya hi kardega ? Kitana reputation hai Kapoor's ka , vo soch bhi nahi sakta . Sare businessmen hamare side se hai aur hamesha rahenge . Ase ek din me koi business setup nahi karta . Chalo we r getting late , media will be waiting for us .They all left for the conference with media.
9:00 am , Chawl , Mumbai
"Kamla maa , jaldi nasta dona mujhe college ke liye late ho raha hai . Pakkhi had been doing her breakfast at chawl since she started going in college. She had officially been the part of the family since Kalpana was send to the hostel. The room was full of Pakkhi's photos with kamla and the entire family, one photo with kamla in between and kalpana on one side n Pakkhi on other which was taken on the day kalpana left for hostel 10 yr ago.
Actually the photo was supposed to be of kamla n kalpi only , but pakkhi had make a seen to be in the photo n so she was.
Not a single photo of kalpana there aftee was seen in the house.
Kamla was making breakfast , while Vittal was going through the newspaper " kamla dekh apane Raghav baba vapas aye hai , dekh unka name chappa hai paper me . Hearing this both kamla n Pakkhi were too excited . Kamla was happy while Pakkhi stated dream about how does Raghav look like after 10yrs.
She was suddenly taken out from her dream land by kamla's voice " Pakkhi tujhe nasta dekar kafi time hogaya abb khabhi le fir dekhana appne sapne .
Vitthal as usual noded n walked out of the room.
"Chalo kamla maa, me college jarahi hu appse shamko gharpe milti hun , aur haan app abhi mere ghar jakar zada kam mat karna app abhi head of the servants ho , sirf orders dena khana to appke bena hi banta hai abbhi . Saying so both kamla left to Kapoor's house n pakkhi to college . And Vitthal was finally left alone , some peace for his mind.
10:30 am , Delhi , Rags house
Raghav was watching businessnew channel on TV , it was covering the live conference of kapoor's with media , the launching of Prem Kapoor .
" Rags tu ye kya dekh raha hai , Kapoor's ka publicity stunt hai ye, launching and all.
"Sammy I want all the info of this kapoor's new project, everything aaj sham tak .
"I will get it , chal abb mumbai jate hai , tu appne staff members se mil lena.
"Nahi sammy , me office nahi jaraha , this is not the right time , aur tu bhi office mat ja abbhi kuch dintak , just get me the info fast.
" What do you mean rags ? Dinbhar ghar pe tu karega kya n this is time is not right haan?
" Well I will spend some quality time with Ray. Saying so rags frowned , he knew letting out his identity at this early stage was not good .
"So it seems Ray's gona get a lot off attention , if so plz to change his diaper's and bath him for somedays untill maya comes to India. Sammy left as he had a lot of work to be done.
So here is chapter 2 , plz spare me for my mistakes my hindi is not so good n I do not get time to read the text again .
The story is quite a twist , with many parts to be continued later as the story progresses.
So I will be asking a question regarding the pt to be seen latter in my chapter's in the end . This is just to remind me of that point. And guess work for you people.
A question was asked in first chapter too n this chapter's question is
Why had rags to have a house close to chawl , when his aim was Kapoor's ? Was it just his feelings or was there a reason behind it ?
